The biggest problem was checking in. The person on duty at 11:30PM when I arrived had no clue how to check anyone in. After fifteen minutes, she finally gave me a room key and asked me to check in in the morning. The room was fine, except that there was no closet and no place to hang up clothes.

My room didnt look like it was swept. No minifridge for our stuff. Bathroom wasnt cleaned properly. I used to be a housekeeper so im not a karen by far but was definitely a lil disappointed

Checked into the hotel and left within 10 minutes. The room was dirty and the area was super sketchy. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and sketchy people hanging around. Super disappointed.

Motel 6 seems to be the best value traveling with pets. The convenience of backing up to the room door and access to pet relief areas is as important to my older body as is the overall security. The room was clean and had all important basics and service was good.

Avoid this hotel. Many sketchy people were just hanging out on the balcony, watching where we were going and what we were doing. It was very creepy. I prepaid this stay, so I scheduled and paid to stay in another hotel. We were very worried about our stuff being stolen, so we left everything in the truck and made/paid reservations elsewhere. I actually paid for 2 rooms on this night to avoid staying here. It was not clean or well maintained.

Absolutely terrible. Rooms were dirty. Had bugs. And they gave some else our room key and we ended up getting woken up at 1 in the morning to someone else trying to get on our room.

Horrible!!!! 200 dollars down the drain. Rooms rented to us were uninhabitable!!! Felt unsafe for myself and my family. Pool was green with trash. Rooms were dirty. Went into the offfice to cancel but was told we had to contact Expedia. No luck with that because the hotel canceled our reservation!

I understand the hotel is undergoing renovations. However, the first room we had the door lock batteries were low. So they moved us to a different room, which was fine. They handled it quickly. I think the room we are in was not complete with renovations as the vent in the bathroom was not covered.overall it was fine, but I think it could’ve been a little better preparing for someone to go into a room

When we arrived there was a fight going on in the parking lot between a couple the police were called. One of the reasons I rented this motel was for swimming pool, and it was so dirty looking we couldn't even enjoy it. I know they were short of help and hard to keep up with things, but with it being their busiest time of year and so many people staying there, it should have been better. My granddaughter and I were very disappointed we could not use the pool. The prices were higher than normal this week. Very disappointing.

This room was very small I slept up against a wall. The blankets were old and mattress felt old. We were very uncomfortable! The shower curtain was dirty and I booked a room for two adults and a 14 yr old to had to go to the office to get more towels. But the trash guy and front office staff were very nice.

Pretty disappointed in the price of this room. I booked this room for $230 and the price doubled when we arrived. Staff was amazing but the room less than pleasing. Dirty sheets and dirty toilet. I will NOT return. Definitely not worth the $350 that I paid.

The area didn’t seem very secure. Several sketchy people hanging around. The pool looked like green slime. The floor in the room was dirty. It did have a small refrigerator and microwave. Obvious that multiple people live here. We were barely in the room so ok for cheap accommodations but I won’t be staying here again.

This motel was the worst we have ever stayed in, the rooms were not ready as promised they were so dirty and the manager said it was because the rooms were in a area of the property that they never use, will never stay there again.

The rooms smelled of cigarettes even though I saw no smoking signs everywhere. The patrons next to our 2 rooms, left their door open the entire time while they were smoking. It was awful waling out to smell that. Im not picky at all but it was intense! The staff that were cleaning the rooms were smoking right outside the open doors. Gheesh! Yes, it was a motel 6 but...the rate was $217.00 per night due to being the Cheyene frontier days. Usually, $89.00 per night. I understand the mark up, but lesson learned. Will pay that much at another motel.

This property is in desperate need of a remodel. Ceiling falling in. Shower surround pulled from the ceiling. A lot of water damage. Not worth the price. They jack the price up so much during CFD.

When expressing conditions of this property with staff they told me to go down the road and pay 500 dollars next time if I was not satisfied. Door would not look and alarm kept going off on the door. Office staff refused to take a look at it and said it was my fault. Room reeked of pet urine. Tried to run the AC, the smell got 100x worse had to shut it off. I Suspect there is plenty of drug activity going through the property. Stay far away from this place! I will gladly pay extra to stay anywhere else next time I visit Cheyenne.

The interior of our room had been remodeled and was clean. Despite a clear space in the new cabinetry for a refrigerator, there wasn't one and we were informed that rooms with a microwave and a fridge were "premium". That word should be used loosely at this property though... the exterior is pretty rough. The pool water looks like the color of limeade and there were wires hanging in the pathway at the top of the staircase. The "bath towels" were basically XL hand towels. For about $250/night, it was far from worth the money. Also, we were lucky in that when we got to our room it was actually clean... I was 3 other groups that opened up their rooms to uncleaned rooms. If management is going to charge so much during Frontier Days, they should pay the staff enough to keep them present and working. Oh, and as an extra bonus, our "view" was of the railroad tracks that seemed to be active at least 2x/day...

They didn’t have our reservation. Expedia helped them find it then we waited 2 1/2 hours room still dirty. Expedia waited on the phone to speak with manager to cancel the reservation and front desk refused to help. Motel6 is refusing to give us a refund

The property is still under construction. The room that I purchased in advance to queen beds was not available. I was only able to get a semi renovated king bed with a TV with no remote for four people. There was a line in the lobby. Everything was a disaster the poor staff, had issues with the computer system because nothing was done correctly. There were multiple people not able to get into rooms that were purchased.

Check in was very slow, unorganized and smelled of cigarette smoke. The rooms were dirty with toilet bowls that hadn’t been cleaned. Moldy doors and fixtures falling off of the walls including bathroom vent cover. Air conditioning unit in one room was not in working order. Overall terrible experience.
