Week long business trip. Hotel is older, not much to look at. Room was ok. WiFi is horrible. After 3 days I had to request maid service as they hadn’t gone to my room a single time.

It was good until the last 4 days when they didn't clean my room even when I asked for it to be cleaned two days in a row and they never did i left and went to a different hotel. I didn't even care that my stay wasn't over with i still found a different place to stay.

It was Tuesdays night and people partying and smoking Marijuana outside the rooms. Also a sign that said Pets allowed and I seen people walking their pets coming out of the rooms. Had to be consistently checking on my vehicle. Did not feel safe in the area.

Our room key didn’t work. Took it back to get fixed and the front desk lady said she would make sure the room wasn’t given to someone else and then she got it open but left the door open so when we got up to our room there was a period of time the door was left open

Our stay did not have the room that shows on the picture showcase on the hotels app. We thought we were getting a renovated room but that was not the case. So was pretty disappointed by that but it was a 1 night stay so it was manageable. But i would not stay more than a day.

The place is understaffed, which made for a 3-hour long wait for my room to be ready, even though I made the reservation weeks in advance (through a third party site, which might have been the main problem, and not a reflection of the motel reservation system itself)... This said, the staff were as accommodating as they could be with what limited resources and help they had available. Thank you for allowing me to wait in the lobby, and for providing water and ice for myself and my pets to keep cool during the blistering summer day. Pool, laundry, and ice machine were out-of-service, but the room and linens were clean, and the property was quiet with working surveillance cameras, which, as a single woman traveler the later was far more important to me.

Pics and ratings on this hotel are deceiving. -Cigarette holes in our sheets and top blanket. -Bed frame was broken so it leaned on one corner. -Smelled of cigarettes so bad we could hardly breathe. -Bathroom was dirty and stained -AC just barely blew out cool air, and you couldn’t adjust it to a temperature. It was cooler outside. -No TV remote. Had to go ask for one, then the guy brought a basket full of remotes and came in our room to try them all out cause he didn’t know which one went to that tv. We ended up changing motels the next day because there were too many things to list, no manager on duty you have to put a call in and they’ll call you back….plus our clothes and luggage reaked from the room smelling so strong of cigarettes -until we found a different place to shower and wash our clothes.

The room smell like smoke, bugs in the room, the bed was uncomfortable, it sag to one side. Overall, the we were not satisfied. We did talk to the front desk person about the situation, all we got was it’s a non smoking room n hung up. No ice was available. The room looked like it was under construction.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room was very basic with no refrigerator or microwave and not many outlets. The location was convenient. I'd say for the price the room was a good deal.

I did not like that some people was noking in my door at 10:30pm right after we fell sleep for about 10 minutes. Not sure if they were looking for a family or parent and they had the wrong room number. They left after I told them that I’ll call the police if they don’t leave.

Motel 6 staff (Manager, frontdesk clark, housekeepers, maintenance) were all terrible. Paid for a week stay, unfortunately our room was never cleaned. Gave towels to housekeepers to clean, but never received them back, so we had to purchase our own from the nearest Dollar General store.

I'm still waiting on my deposit from my last stay date of June 30th 2024...checked out at 11:30 am and I've been calling Motel 6 only to get different answers/reasons ...the 2-3 days, the 5-7 days, no refunds on weekends and so forth.... IT'S NOW BEEN 8 BUSINESS DAYS not counting the weekends...the delay of my deposit refund has caused problems on my bank account. PLEASE HAVE $50. in CASH for a faster deposit refund.

Well, turns out AC didn’t work in the room. Thankfully we didn’t arrive till 10 pm and it wasn’t super hot. Also shower gave cold or hot water; could not adjust to warm. Pleasant checkin lady despite being hot with several all at once. Very nice grassy area for kids and a different one for the dogs. Was great for low budget passing thru with dogs.
