Stayed for one night. it’s pretty bare bones, but Everything was clean, in good condition, and comfortable. Bring your own shampoo and hairdryer. The airport is literally right across the street, but I didn’t really hear the planes from within the motel room with the heater on. Also could not hear people in neighboring rooms. It was exactly what we needed for the price and I would stay there again.

Room was freshly painted. New shower, new toilet, new sink and a new vinyl floor. Sheets were clean. Should have been a home run! But, the comforter on the bed was old… it was stained and had two cigarette burn holes in it. There was a clothes rod, but no hangers. Two towels and two small mismatched pillows on the bed. This was a non-smoking room.

Stayed here overnight after landing at Bradley Airport. Motel 6 was close and reasonably priced. Rooms were freshly painted and had all the amenities needed for a stay. Pool was clean and parking lot was secure and well lit. A great place for a short stay in Windsor Locks by the airport.

Had booked online and was put in a smoking room despite selecting non smoking, bed had a huge stain and me and my wife were bit all over. Huge streaks of cigarette smoke dripping on the walls. Overall a disgusting experience. When we went to speak to the front desk because we had our baby with us they just said sorry and didn’t offer a different room or any sort of refund

This property was being renovated so there was trash an old appliances by every staircase i mean they were renovated all the rooms wich is not bad . Our bedroom sheets had multiple cigarettes burns and we dont even smoke we went to the staff in thebiffice and he gave us new sheets much appreciated maybe a few month from now this motel will be all renovated and there sheets will prob all be new im hoping i wouldn't mind staying again if there all renovated and we wont have to deal with burn sheets but thebroom was clean so thumbs up for that

ongoing construction, construction workers waking me up early, dangerous to walk to and from our room because of constructions debris, no working tv, water damage pulling paint away from ceiling and wall in multiple places, burn holes in blankets, dirty shower floor.

When I arrived police and fire were on property because someone set trash outside one of the rooms on fire. My room smelled of stale cigarettes, there was body hair all over the shower wall and a dirty towel was wrapped over the top of the bathroom door.

The price was good it was around a lot of areas to go out to eat that was close by but what I did not like about it was there was a some work that really needed to be done like when you walk up the stairs to get to the room it's Rusty it's loose there was a piece of wood holding a step up looks like some holes in the wall that wasn't really fixed right there wasn't really no sockets to plug in anything

They do not have a shuttle to the airport and did not understand that it showed it to be available online. He just kept saying they don't offer it instead of hearing me that it said that they did online.

The room was not clean. The tub was dirty and urine on the toilet seat. Also the hotel was under construction so there were mattresses all over. The shower handle was stuck and the pool was unusable. Spoke with the mgmt, they offered 20% off but have not recieved it as of yet.

Check in was very easy. If you stay on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator so you have to use outside stairs. You could smell weed as soon as you open your car doors in the parking lot. They are apparently doing renovations to some of the rooms, so it was like walking through a construction zone. AC worked. Shower was very tiny and shower floor was dirty. Bed was uncomfortable and loud. Smells and light came from under the door. Did have a fridge and microwave. No carpet. No one came to desk for me to check out, so I just left the key on the counter.

I asked for non-smoking and the room given reeked of cigarette smoke. The second room had significantly less an odor, but there was still an odor. Had to run bathroom vent and a/c continuously to get rid of it. Manager said rooms are non smoking but people smoke anyway. They need a way to clean the air.

The room was a garish orange with orange bedspreads. It was like being inside a toaster oven. The room was shabby and the water pressure was very weak. Essentially it was one step up from a dump

Let me start by saying I originally had a problem getting proper accommodations from the hotel. They refuse for my assistant to check in for me after Expedia clearly put in the notes Michael Morgan was going to check in for me. Then when my assistant arrived to the hotel they were very racist towards him and lied and told him they cancelled the reservation and did not. We had to book another hotel far my worksite because of the racism. Every hotel was booked in the area and I was extremely irrate. This was a business trip! I would like to know if I am going to be accommodated and refunded for this situation.

Close to airport, I wasn't expecting fancy accommodations for the price, but the room was very unclean (floors not swept, tv remote and refrigerator/microwave were so gross), very nice shower surprisingly (which is why I rated 2 stars vs 1

I lost power and I needed comfort of the electricity so I rented a room there to go with my 8yrs old. Well, she loved it! she loved the pool and the comfort and service of the staff. The only remark I have to offer is that maybe they use some rooms specifically for those who bring dogs and those that don't, my room smelled of wet dog and cigarettes. but other than that, I loved that it was well lit, staff was super friendly and there are restaurants within walking distance.Thank you for a great stay!
