Pretty standard tourist hotel. Awesome pool and nice breakfast, but otherwise fairly standard with nothing special.

Excellent location within walking distance of the Menara Mall and Jamaa al Fna square. Lots of restaurants too.
Hotel staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Pools are very well maintained with lots of sunbeds around. Buffet breakfast was amazing with very good selection.
Tried the spa facilities, again very pleasant staff and excellent service.
Highly recommened.

paid close to £1000 for a week stay, was disappointed when I saw male hair on my “new” sheets two or three separate occasions in the week stay. Air con was capped at 23.5 which is too warm for me and it could not be lowered even after raising it with reception staff. The lobby had no air con, even though temps were in the 40+ degrees. The cleaner clogged the sink and issue was not addressed till I got back late at night and had to raise it again with the reception to have it sorted. Staff were somewhat unfriendly. Massage service whilst was good overall- although there was no changing rooms. they failed to provide towels for modesty at start of massage, so I took one off the massage bed. Also tried hair service and they appeared to only have two tones available. Colour came out ok- but not your usual salon experience.

The facilities are very clean. At the shop, they only sell souvenirs, not daily necessities. A rich breakfast is provided. Unfortunately, when I went to the restaurant to have dinner, there was no staff there.

Nice hotel with great location and good service.

Now don’t get me wrong in many ways KRG is a nice hotel but it is nowhere near the 5* they claim to be.
The Pool Area is lovely but service is poor.
Reception is hit and Miss some of the team are charming whilst others are dismissive.
Rooms are comfortable but more 4*, bed okay but pillows to hard.
Areas if the hotel need better maintenance and attention but the gardens are immaculate
This is a family hotel do expect kids running everywhere, they should separate the two pools into a family one and an adult one.
Tried to speak to management about these things but got a didn’t care attitude.

Stayed for four nights in March 2024. Great location, lovely hotel with very attentive staff. Only issue was the air con which didn't appear to cool the room. Had a massage in the hotel spa which was incredibly relaxing although there was a lot of banging due to work being carried out in the pool area but this was only a mild distraction

Twas a really good hotell, with enough walking distance around. Taxis aren't too difficult to hail from there either

The taxis are just unreliable with the price. The property is much older than the pictures. The breakfast was great and that's about it.

The hotel staff were not helpful in anyway, the food was shocking.

They had a good breakfast and the outside pool area had a nice relaxing vibe. Good shower with water pressure. But that’s all sadly.
The bad - the beds were uncomfortable very firm. The AC did not work and only had heating option. The issue is that the rooms keep the heat from the sun. Staff kept saying no AC only “general”. They said it’s cold for Moroccans it they were oblivious to the people who the hotels are for - tourists. The guys who take your bags are rude and horrible people. One of them accused me of not paying the local tax. They also disabled my key a day before. I suspect it was because of the tax which I payed towards the end of my stay. I would not stay here again!

Comfortable room, good, affordable buffet style meals and very pleasant gardens and outdoor area. Dont miss the fresh made donuts for breakfast.

The hotel is good in general, however the longes and restaurants close too early. Also what bothers me the most was the housekeepers who knocked on my door at 7am thinking the room was vacant and couldn’t went back to sleep.

Was exactly what we needed for the souks. Parking for our car. Nice quiet room. Big bed. Clean bathrooms. Nice breakfast

The room was more like a 4 stars not 5 stars as they claim.
1.0 / 10.0
Very tired 3 star hotel at best. Room cleaning staff very inefficient, leave minimal towels, don’t refill shower gel. Everything has to be requested. Provided room with view of a brick wall and road. Air con never worked, when only heat comes out. Location wise very central but for lack of luxury and comfort I would personally avoid!
Requested room change which they resisted upon through out!
This is my personal opinion of this place.

The hotel is nice, but I wouldn’t say it’s 5*. There’s not much to fault but I wouldn’t recommend an early arrival or a late checkout. There was no option to check in early, whilst you can go and sit by the pool or elsewhere while you wait, if you’re going to the pool there’s no where appropriate for you to change save for a small communal toilet. We had a late flight on our return and we were advised that the hotel did not have facilities for us to shower and get changed after waiting around at the pool all day, as most people do in these circumstances. We were therefore compelled to pay an extra £30 for a late checkout to have the luxury of a shower after sitting by the pool all day. Other than that, the staff were generally very nice except on our first day some of the pool bar staff were a bit inattentive. The food is also not really the best, I didn’t enjoy the breakfast buffet at all, whilst there was a lot of option it just didn’t look appealing at all. The hotel gym is pretty good and much larger than what you’d usually get in a hotel. Lastly, it is a great location. Walking distance from the medina and most attractions and there is a taxi rank right outside if needed. Most of the drivers are reliable, and after using 2 of them, we ended up sticking with the same driver for the remainder of the trip who was exceptional and trustworthy. Overall a pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel and staff are really nice and helpful. Service can be a bit slow especially at reception but no complaints. You can get a traditional tea whilst you wait. I wouldn’t describe the hotel as 5* though. Definitely a 4* hotel. Location is great for getting about.
