We never spent the night there, the room was very dirty and bathroom was very nasty. I asked for a refund a they did not want to give me one. This motel it’s very bad.

The room was old, which would have not been a problem if it were clean! I had a king suite with river view, there was a coffee maker, NO coffee, NO coffee cups, ONE bath towel, and the room was not cleaned well at all. The river view was nice

Couldn’t lock door. No one on premises. Door lock until after 8:00 am. One person came in late and key wouldn’t work and they slept in car! It was a nightmare!

At low capacity, the hotel is run fine. At high capacity, the service is terrible. Dirty towels were folded as if they were clean and left in the room. The toilet smelled bad and literally had not been cleaned. Stained toilet paper was left in the bathroom. There was no network connection to watch TV. I considered booking a different hotel, but the holiday weekend was sold out of affordable rooms.

This did not appear as advertised. It is a very run down motel. I thought it was a hotel. The room only had one plug in the sink area, which was chipped really badly. I have a CPAP and had no place to plug it in. I slept like crap because of that, and because the bed was lumpy as hell. The staff wasn't friendly to the point of being rude. There were only two towels in the room. No small hand towel, no wash rag, just two towels. The shampoo leaves a gross film in your hair that leaves you feeling worse than before the shower. The shower head had clogs and half of it just dumped out the bottom. My hotel key stopped working and they were supposed to replace the batteries as soon as I left the room because maintenance couldn't do it if we were in the room. 12 hours later I returned and still couldn't get into the room. They never replaced the batteries. When the maintenance came to let me in my room, he said the key was damaged and he would go grab one real quick. He was completely sketching. An hour later, he never came back so I called the office and said to forget it because it was almost midnight and I wanted to take a shower and go to bed. When I went to check out, they gave me a hard time because I needed the key to check out. I didn't have the key because the maintenance guy took it. So I had to wait around half an hour until he verified he had it. This place is a trap. I had two people tell me to not stay here, but I was unable to cancel my reservation. Worst ever.

we were unable to check in at all . got there at 3:00 when check in starts the front desk person was extremely rude and unprofessional while telling me to come back at 3:30 to check in .. i came back at 3:30 only to find the office door locked and a note on the door saying they would be ready at 3:30 we waited around till 4:00 with no one showing up it was 110° out and i had kids that had been in the car for hours so we had to go find somewhere else to stay . this place wouldn't do business during its business hours and was rude about it a refund would be nice

The room facilities are few, the breakfast is simple, and the beverage machine does not serve. The room was clean, but the bathtub and toilet had old dirt. The water output from the shower head is small. There is only one trash can. The TV is under maintenance. The staff are attentive.

Hair on the soap, ceiling fan looks like it has NEVER been cleaned, someone’s body pillow used as “pillows “ on front bedroom bed. 2 bdrm “suite”, not one tv. After waiting around for them to go grab one from another room, finally directed to a room just as equally gross. Tv propped up on dining table in a room with a dirty futton to sit and watch it on. Are you kidding??At check in the sketchy lady informed me “ rhe pool will be closed for maintenance tonite” what a joke, that pool hasnt been cleened all season. It was just a gross the next am. Trash piled out of, on top of and all around the trash can 6 ft from our door. Never ever again.Be carefulonline NOT to book this dump by mistake when intending to book River Lodge across the river. That would be bery hard to stomach!!

We reserved 2 rooms. We called early in the morning on day of check in to make sure our rooms were next to each other, because we have 2 autistic children that have to be separated, but we need to be close for support. We were assured that they were. When we arrived, we were told they were not. After some time they were able to get us 2 rooms next to each other. We were informed that the pool was not open due to maintenance issues, also that were no drink, snack or ice machines and no breakfaset served. When we got to our rooms one room had no working TV and no remite. The door looked like it had been kicked in, the safty chane was broken off the door jam and was found across the room. The dead bolt was broken and would not work. Both rooms had no towels and the hatd wood floors were extremely dirty. The pther room had a big problem with ants. When i called to complain and ask for the deficiencies be fixed. The person who said they were the manager would call maintenance but could not guarantee that they would show up.when i complained about that because i needed the safety chain due to our autistic children i was told "I can check you out" nobody ever brought anything, or fix anything. I had to sleep on the floor next to the door to assure my little guy would escape. Definitely not recommended. In this case the pictures and description of this property are completely false.

New room had only a thin amount of toilet paper and we got some more from front office. Floor in new room was not clean. Pool has no water. When i arrived, the manager could not locate my reservation and she took about 30 minutes, they seemed very unorganized, then she assigned me a key to an already occupied room by someone else, The they too 1 hour 1/2 to assign me to the other room, and in the lobby there were others customers, having similar issues, Then on my 2nd night the property manager knocked in my room twice, asking me for my last name. I thought that was weird, The she came back again an hour later, Asking me to vacate the property, I had to show her my reservations. And she happened to be the same person who checked me in? This is experience has been the worst ever for me. I would definitely not ever stay there again, and I would not recommend that anyone does!

I hope this was just a bad weekend for this hotel. They were overbooked. There was a long wait to check in. The room was poorly cleaned and maintained, with a burnt out overhead light and an open socket with no bulb on one wall. One of the towels in my room was dirty and appeared to have been picked up off the floor after having been stepped on and then folded and put on the shelf. There was hair sticking to the inside of the shower curtain in clumps. I was only there overnight for a concert, and at checkout in the morning, there was a long line of angry guests complaining and requesting refunds for even worse experiences. I had to wait nearly a half hour just to hand someone my key and ensure they knew I was out of the room. I am usually pretty patient, and I don't have crazy expectations for a hotel under $50, but it does need to be clean and efficient, at least.

My Family and arrived early in Bullhead, called to ask if there was possibility of an early check in, before in could finish my sentence! I was cut off and it was an immediate NO!! Check in was at 3pm we arrived at 3pm and waited over an hour for our room to be completed, there was about 5 other people waiting and the attendant at the front desk was extremely rude with the other customers when asked what was taking so long. My room was ready the room was still dirty there was still food in the refrigerator, the floors were not swept or mopped, the bedding had stains of blood we asked for new bedding and was told it was from the washer causing rust on the blankets! The AC had Nats coming out of it, we only continued to stay as the trip was last min and my Family had nowhere else to stay and they do not grant refunds!! This should be 0 stars

Wonderful spot for a hotel! Right on the river, literally. There is a pool that’s on the hotels balcony/backyard along the river. The hotel suites are so awesome with the balconies facing the river with the most amazing views. All the negatives to this hotel are petty compared to the location and layout of the rooms with balconies. Just maybe do some of your own cleaning to feel more comfortable. Also, staff has been very accommodating, to be told something and actually see it done is very reassuring and I appreciate it greatly!

Frist of all, our room was not ready at check-in time, then just to see that the room was not really all that clean, the t.v. network was not working, so we couldn't even watch the news. Reported it to the property manager, but she just said the network is very slow and we will figure it out. Although, she was friendly but not helpful. Their pool was very dirty and the landscaping was not kept up at all. Only provided two bath towels, no wash cloths nor back-up toilet paper (we had to ask for it), etc, etc.

It was terrible. The employees quit due to non full payment. I called the property and asked if they can take my key to my other party that had been there a day before. The office agreed and said check in ends at midnight. I arrived at 11 pm there were 3 other families trying to check in but no one was in the office. I had to book another hotel 30 miles away. My mother was with me she is diabetic. The next day it turns out they had given my room away. I check in Saturday July 6 .and got a room , then I spent all day at the river. I came back around 7 pm I slide my room key and there was a couple in my room.. I was given another room with no tv, the sink was huge hole dripping all the water. It was a nightmare!!!!!. The AC was not working in my friends room so she left one day before her check out date. The water in the other room was only hot water,! It was a nightmare

Check in process took hours, lot of customers complaining but I will say the cs rep on Friday night did her best to be patient and accommodate things that she could or could not control. There was no TV, towels or blankets in the rooms. Neighbors stated people were doing x-rated things in the pool so we didn't take our children to swim which sucked because it was a hit weekend. In the mornings there were so many random sketchy folks walking the parking lot. Keep your valuables close, basically got what we paid for. Prices were low and we got to shower and had somewhere to sleep and the AC in the two rooms we did get worked great I'll give them that.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Very unclean rooms, no linens, no towels, room looks like a murder scene. Understaffed? No JUST ONE PERSON running the WHOLE place from desk to housekeeping. ZERO STARS FOR this NIGHTMARE.
