The shower in the room 207 has mold and should be looked at to avoid any suit for those who are mold sensitive.
Overall, I loved the stay, the staff were exceptionally nice and accomodating. Love the ambiance, the location, the art and the morning breakfast service!

The C3 - Hotel art de vivre’s location is very convenient and close to Old Quebec City! The breakfast buffet is so delicious! The room’s king-size bed is so comfortable! The staff are so friendly! Definitely a good place to stay when you come to visit Old Quebec City!

Our room was the size of our bed. Our toilet was in the kitchen of the hotel, and the rest of the kitchen was beside our heads in our teeny tiny room.
The staff were great, the concept is cool, but if you're unfortunate enough to stay in room 101, the hotel should be paying you to stay there.
We got no sleep in the mornings as the staff was setting up for breakfast or doing breakfast.
We were exhausted when we left.

We had a great time there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but it has all you need in good quality. The room is ok but be aware that its not very spacious, as the shower. If you are tall or have big luggages, it might be a problem. I would only suggest to add some extra shelves that would help with space to put some clothes. I definitively stay there again

The receptionist did'nt talk english when we arrived so we could'nt get any information.
The room was very small and the bed was placed on another flor level than the rest of the room which meant that you almost fell when dark.
The bed was good and it was silent. The breakfast was also good.
4.3
Bathrotlight flickering, bed duvet way too warm, toilet not flushing... Otherwise service was super friendly and location excellent.
4.3
The breakfast is delicious.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient to visit the museum or going to the theater . The breakfast was really nice , I missed some vegs but having some scrambled eggs and fresh fruit is good enough . The service offered by the staff was the best of the stay. Very kind, respectful and paying lots of attention to our needs since we arrived .
We will definitely comeback whenever we visit Quebec . What I also loved, was the care of the details ,like having textile napkins. I felt at home :)

Excellent stay overall. Very attentive staff!

Great area and clean

Very nice decoration, great staff. Nice and convenient rooftop, they gave us marshmallows to do on the fire.
My friends shower broke after they took a bath, ours was good, only needed more cleaning in the wall tiles.

It was a very nice place to stay at. Walkable to downtown Old Quebec. The staff were lovely and the building itself was beautiful with all the art and very clean.
4.3
All around great place, well situated, clean, not too expensive. Had a great stay.
4.3
Very good accommodation, 20 min by foot from the old town.

Great location. Artsy hotel, cool, small but will all amenities, great breakfast buffet.

You can tell the owners love their hotel and do a wonderful job at conveying that in their service and the details of your stay. A unique and fun experience. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an authentic experience of Quebec City. On the other hand, I would pay a bit more to get one of their better rooms as the ones in the lower cost can be reflected. We weren’t spending a lot of time at the hotel, but if you’re there on a work trip and want more comfort, it is a good idea.
4.3
The heat makes some noise. Besides that, everything is perfect.
4.3
The room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The property gives a true sense of culture as opposed to staying in a chain hotel.
4.3
Very disappointed by the state of the room we were in. It does not look anything like the photos on the website at all. The walls look dirty, carpets look dirty and the bathroom shower looks full of mould. We didn’t stay the night
4.3
Cozy and quiet hotel near Old Quebec’s attractions
4.3
Hotel was cute, but no housekeeping was done during our stay. The bed faced the artwork in the room (which was quite unsettling) and the room was fairly small.
4.3
Our stay at the C3 hotel was decent and the staff were amazing throughout the whole trip. However, we noticed a few flaws at the property. For one, there was a day we left a tag on our door to have our room cleaned and came back to the room in the same state. The continental breakfast was very boring and the only cereal options were plain cheerios, plain cornflakes, and no stirring sticks for hot beverages. The location was pretty good, about a 15-20 minute walk to arrive in Old Quebec.
4.3
Amazing hotel! Great spot and so unique. Only negative feedback would be the blinds from our room didn’t block well the light. We took a room in the basement facing the parking lot so when people came back late at night the lights would reflect in the room.
However, highly recommend!

Staff was fantastic and very helpful! We loved the location of this property, as well!

We were on a family trip and we stayed here for 3 nights, it's a well maintained property in a close proximity of all Quebec city attractions, this is opposite to Plains of Abraham park so you can visit there during your morning walk too. Just a block away is the Cartier Ave which is treat for some amazing food including excellent coffees.
4.3
The hotel was good, clean and staff was courteous. But the room lacked in comfort as it was so noisy. On our second night, we all got up at 6 am due to this constant loud beep from a construction truck in the back of the hotel building. It was non-stop till the time we checked out at 10. The hotel staff showed least concern about it. That was really disappointing this being a 3 star hotel.
4.3
Old fashion and clean. Friendly management. 20 min walk to Old Town Quebec.
4.3
Lovely spot! You do have to reserve parking way I’m advance at an additional fee if it’s something you want.

C3 was a very nice and cozy place to visit. The whole place is beautiful with an art theme, even in the rooms. All of the staff were really friendly and accommodating. We booked a parking spot, which I recommend to anyone staying. It made everything much easier to have access to our car. Also they have a complimentary breakfast in the morning and all day coffees and tea. This was wonderful, especially after walking around in the cold we would warm right up with tea. I highly suggest coming here
4.3
Everything was good.
One thing that I would see as an improvement would be having a free coffee maker in the room, like it is usual in many other hotels.

We had a great time!

at check-in we found out it was a half basement room, some disappointment but when we walked in ''wow'' nicely decorated, very clean and a good size room. Also this hotel is well located on Grande-Allée, next to Cartier ave and the Plains of Abraham. A 20 minutes walk to Chateau Frontenac.

I will go back !

I didn’t get a response via hotels.com at first , but once I called them, I found that they were very friendly and helpful. So if you have a question, call them directly. They have 800 numbers too.
Hotel is very cute and the room is very nice. Our room was in the basement but it didn’t bother us. Only problem I had was that because of the height of the lumps, I hit my head a few times. I am about 5 feet 1 inch (155 cm), so whoever stays in room 200 and if you are my height, watch your head.
Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
Also a vibrant street is nearby: a lot of restaurants, bars, coffee shop, bakery and shops.
I will definitely come back again.
