Very clean, convenient location, great value. Includes balcony, mini fridge, mini microwave, continental breakfast, onsite parking. Not fancy, but perfect for us every time we take a Rehoboth getaway. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, boardwalk.

Stay here all the time when in town. Virginia and staff are wonderful. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

First time here and had a good stay. Loved the convenience of the location. Will definitely be back..!

The location is clean, breakfast good, and parking fine BUT apparently there are 3 rooms which are located 3 ft from the elevator and another 3 ft on the other side from the ice maker.that’s what I got ! All the other rooms seem to be property located but if you get 1 of these 3 rooms you will hear everything. People coming and going and every time they want ice.
The room was too expensive to have to deal with this.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Couch was uncomfortable, electrical plugs were loose. Tv, WiFi needs upgrading
4.5
Nice location easy walk to get to beach and to eat, shop, parking was free
Room clean
TV didn’t have a good picture at all
King bed kind of hard but was ok I guess
Gaps around and under hotel room door
Bathroom clean
Bathroom floor a bit older missing caulk in the corners of tiling around floor.
Large dark stain in front of vanity could be hair color (?) but yuk

Nice stay for a one night stop.

Kathi at check in was great. The room itself was clean. However the phone in our room did not work and when we asked about it we were told it couldn’t be fixed until November. Also the water temperature in the shower fluctuated super hot to super cold every minute or so when showering. The included breakfast was minimal, lots of carbs. No hot eggs or hot meats of any kind. We were told that was because it was now off season. We were not aware the breakfast menu would be minimal choices.

My room was by house keeping room , and in the morning they were talking aloud I could not sleep

Great trip with wonderful room and staff

I stayed one night, it was a good place for 1 or 2 nights. Great location!! Room could be updated a little bit, plenty of storage for clothes.

This place is fantastic. I hemmed and hawed a bit about spending the extra money and I didn't regret it. I will say that they appear to have put me in a bigger suite that I didn't pay for... but still, the feel of the place is just great.
There are a few weird hiccups like the hot tub (which I shouldn't have even had) not being workable or signs that say "vending machine" on the 5th floor and then you go up there and don't see one, or an arrow pointing to a bathroom on the first floor and then you follow it and there's a locked bathroom while the real guest bathroom is by the entrance, and the awkward parkade on 2 levels with 2 separate entrances that don't connect so you have to go around the block if the good one is full and the space on the lower level is inappropriately narrow...
But those are overall minor and the place is still great.

We had a great stay, everything is pretty much in walking distance! The complementary breakfast we good, and the rooms were clean

I chose this hotel because was a good price for the 1 night we wanted. While the hotel is a little dated, it was clean and comfortable. It was nice that it was located only 2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk and was easily walkable to some good restaurants. It was also in a more quiet part of town so it was nice to relax on the balcony. Our room was listed as "lake view" and I guess you could consider that true, although there isn't much of a view through the trees. We didn't visit the pool but did use the breakfast area. Breakfast was ok. Overall, while it doesnt have the amenities of some of the other hotels, it was still a nice place to stay and good value for money.
4.5
We had a King size bed with couch. The tv was very old and not clear. Our bathtub did not drain well and the water collected - which made showers unpleasant. The breakfast during the week was only cold food - weekend has hot food. Either one is just okay. The pool was small but if you get it to yourself its nice. Would stay here again but we would request a room with a better view.
4.5
It was a clean comfortable room with an excellent location. The only thing I would improve is with the breakfast. The food was basically all carbohydrates and basically no protein, eg. egg, bacon etc. Other than that I would highly recommend the hotel

Good beach hotel. Beds comfortable. Would return

Our stay was not as good as I'd hoped. The cleaning staff although we didn't use often but when called upon to bring supplies they were late.
However, the staff was friendly and pleasant.
The downfall to it all was having tiny ants in our room which ruined several food dishes and snacks. Not happy about that loss.
I'd brought it up to the front desk, who acknowledged they do have ongoing issues adding the exterminator vvomes every two weeks. Yet the problem exists nor were we made aware of this offense.
Not even an apology or even a credit or monetary offering of food ruined by the ants. I slao wish the balcony door offered a screen.

Great weekend visit. Nice breakfast and beach shuttles included!
4.5
Great customer service and convenient shuttle to and from the beach.

Overall eveything was great. The thing is my room was right behind the breakfast room or kitchen, and every morning before 8:00 a.m. maybe close to 6:00 a.m. the noises did not let me stay a little longer in bed, I totally understand is the place when they prepare and serve the breakfast BUT please remember the guests are in vacation. I think rooms 312, 313 and / or 314 need to be cheaper or dont exist.

Location is great! Property needs updating.

The staff were top notch! Every. Single. One. So helpful, friendly and kind. They have the best people. The breakfast is perfect for us. Delicious and they work hard to keep everything stocked hot and fresh. The pool is adequate for what you need considering it is at the beach. It is small but perfect for us. The location is walkable and the shuttle makes it great for when you need or want a lift. Which they are amazing as well. The locations from great shops and restaurants is terrific. It was so clean and cozy. I only have two complaints. The beds are too firm. Me and my husband had a few issues with my back and his neck from it. The outside railings were the most rusted I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Some washers were rusted off and there were two I saw on my side going to my room that were gone and several that were almost gone into the concrete. So I yelled at my kid not to lean on it. Pointing out to her why. She didn’t again so no issues. The coffee bar with tea was awesome. Excellent coffee! The underground parking is hard to maneuver between columns but definitely doable.

I didn't like the TV, it's very small.

Great place to stay. We had a family of 6 travel down and got one of the two bedroom rooms. Everything was excellent. The parking lot was a little tight, especially with a full sized truck. Continental breakfast also included eggs and either bacon or sausage. Coffee was available 24/7. The hotel provided transportation to and from the beach from 10a to 5p which was nice with a larger family with gear. Overall we recommend the Breakers.

We had a nice 5 day stay. Thank you. Location was great for places we wanted to spend time. Your staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was a bit tight. We shared with the desk staff that the mattress in our room was uncomfortably hard. That was a serious drawback. I appreciated the daily breakfast though it was only adequate. There was little variety with the same meal served every day the only change was the meat, some days bacon, some days sausage. I would have appreciated additional fresh fruit on the buffet other than just apples.
All in all, a good time and worth a return visit.
4.5
The location, room size, cleanliness, and condition are all good. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The primary reason for the 3 star rating is that for the amount of money paid the technology is terrible. The televisions are very dated, and the cable service is of low quality (not HD) with few channel selections. The wifi was very weak and was basically useless.
4.5
Everyone was pleasant. Both the shuttle guys were amazing!! Fun, kind, accommodating, & helpful!! The breakfast was great too!!

We have stayed at The Breakers several times before, and still we were very pleasantly surprised. Our room, a King Supreme Suite, had a double-width balcony overlooking the beautiful adjacent park. The reception staff was warm, welcoming, well-spoken, and efficient. The room was clean and well-appointed, with an extra layer of comforting security inside the door. The hotel itself is nestled in a quiet corner of the most beautiful part of town, yet it is only 2 short blocks from the boardwalk, ocean, and all the amenities of Rehoboth Avenue. Parking is easy. The lobby is spacious and attractive. There is an outstanding complimentary Breakfast in a nice 4th-floor venue, 8am-10am daily. By the way, this is also a pet-friendly hotel; we've stayed at The Breakers several times with our dogs in the offseason. We'll return again and again; this is an outstanding hotel at an excellent price.

This was our 2nd year staying here for our family of 4. We loved the "Standard Suite, 2 Queen Beds" choice. Hotel is nicely decorated inside and out. Parking isn't too bad. We haven't had any difficulty finding a spot. Our room had our beds in a nice and quiet- separate room with NO windows. That made it for easier and deeper sleeping! The separate living and kitchenette area was a good size. We did have trouble with a few pesky ants (near kitchenette), we spoke with the front desk staff and they immediately had maintenance come to our room and spray and caulk an area where ants were coming from. There were a few ants the following day and we spoke to the manager and she offered to have maintenance clean the area. We agreed. We hadn't asked for compensation but the manager on duty did point out that they "do not compensate for ants". ---*Just a thought for any future customers*.
The ant problem came and went and did not bother us that much to switch to another room- which they did offer as well.
Back to the good stuff--The rooms were nice and cold! Last year we had lots of humidity in the rooms but this year...Amazing cool crisp air!!
This area near the beach is perfect, only 2 blocks away from the beach and the scenery from here to there is pic worthy. Staff are friendly, no issues with getting enough towels etc. The free breakfast is GREAT! Food variety is good and not cheap stuff either. Great place!! We will be coming back here next year. No big problems for us.

Have had a number of pleasant stays at The Breakers. Pluses this time were some hot food at the breakfast (unlike back in May when I stayed here) and that I was allowed to keep my car parked for the afternoon after Sunday checkout.
A big minus was that the maids skipped my room after the first of my two nights (supposedly because I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door for 30 minutes while I went to have the included breakfast!). I finished getting ready for the beach and thought the maids would still be coming around, but when I returned at 5 pm and informed the desk that my room wasn't serviced, they said I must've had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door all day, which I absolutely did not. (I removed it the moment I returned from breakfast.) I was told someone would come but nobody did.
I would stay here again but this was really unfair when I just did what normal people do when they go for a short breakfast on the premises at a normal time in the morning.

We loved the balcony with the lovely view of the park, staff were very kind and friendly.

The front desk staff was very nice and thorough. Rooms were spacious.

As first time guests at The Breakers, we were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room, the friendly workers and the upgrade to a suite. Plenty of room and a secluded balcony! Thanks for making our stay wonderful!

It was a perfect getaway. The staff was friendly and got us checked in super early. The room was perfect for me and my two boys.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Just wish the bathroom and sink area was a little larger.
