Service was good..i felt safe in the area. Price is good for NY. Chairs are tattered, need replacing. But for 1 night stay, it did the job.

Very industrial area, but that cannot be changed. The bathroom was on an angle and difficult to move around in. When someone left across the hall it was so loud when the door closed I thought it was our door. Night staff could not have been kinder. Parking was great. Convenient. Take the bkfst up a notch; it would be a huge boost. Prices were absurd given level of hotel. People were great. Yes, I'd go again if cost was down.

Property is close to the airport and a main highway to be able to get in and out of the big city so super convenient.

Good friendly service

After many airline delays, we booked this property to have a close stay to LaGuardia for an early flight. We weren’t there long, but had a good experience. The employees were friendly and helpful and the accommodations fulfilled our need for a clean, comfortable night.

The staff was amazing! So kind and friendly. 4 members stand out the most. We unfortunately didn’t get the names of the women but we did get Dennis’s name, so shout out to him. Two women were behind the desk and one was the breakfast server of the weekdays. The furniture was dated and some broken but it was comfortable and affordable for our size family. The one complaint was the beds were supposed to be queen sized but they were full sized. Luckily we fit though so no inconvenience. Other than that we had a good comfortable time. Very thankful for the experience. For the guest: Please be sure to appreciate the staff. A hello, good morning or have a good day is polite and can change your experience. If my small children can say these things so can you!

Ms. Leah and Ms. Kamisha was very helpful, courteous and kind. Very professional and greeted us with a smile. We were in a situation and they accommodated us accordingly. They both went out of their way to give me and my family, the comfort at Comfort Inn. I guess they live up to the hotel's name.

Breakfast was limited, in a sense of variety, unappetizing. Elevator was tripping, afraid of it getting loose. Hallways was very noisy every night, unexplainable sounds such as air blowing. The hotel is situated near a huge cemetery. Places need a good cleaning, as you enter you can see the carpet was extremely dirty in colour and dusty. The management of this Comfort Inn needs to invest in this property, its in a deplorable conditions, expensive, I didn't enjoy the hotel facilities.

The stay wasn’t bad at all and the staff were very cooperative and nice. The only thing was the graveyard right in front of the hotel which made it seem very spooky. Otherwise, everything was pretty good.

Check in was quick. Coffee, tea and water with lemon was available all day. Breakfast was very limited but suffice. The hotel was located across the street from a graveyard.

The hotel was great. The lady that checked us in was great. It was a little bit loud in the morning but I guess that is to be expected in the area. Over all it was a great stay and Woolf highly recommend.

It was super convenient to crash here before an early flight, and as others mentioned, the free parking is a huge bonus.

No carpet in the room was great for me since it triggers my allergies.

This hotel is very nice but keep in mind that there is a cemetery across the street. If you’re ok with looking out your window to the sites of headstones then this is the place for you. The hotel is very clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at arrival were not that friendly! The food was limited. The room was average with mold around the refrigerator the phone didn’t work. The tv broke and they brought numerous tvs until it was fixed. I contacted Expedia customer service with little to no help at all. I will never be back and will be leaving expedia alone! Also the pictures on the expedia website did not match and the address was not matching the gps on the uber apps were not correlated. We were constantly taken to where the original hotel was. We were a party of 5 and were very dissatisfied!

Hotel is nice Becasue it has parking. Everything was clean. We were attending a show a Brooklyn Steel and this was a good location for an Uber and not pay a fortune. Would stay again.

Very good. Specially when you have free safe hotel parking in the middle of New York City… besides the location is so convenient to Manhattan and Queens…. Right near highway …. Just one word … awesome.👍

We stayed on two separate days in June 2024 on a long road trip from the southeast to the northeast and back. This hotel was literally the least expensive in the area nearest a person we were visiting during our NY stop. It was okay but quite shockingly expensive for an average of about $350 a night - that’s what you can get for an industrial area off the highway for 4 people with parking included. The hotel is older but the rooms were clean. Breakfast is standard fare. We arrived at 2:35pm on our first day and they wouldn’t allow use to check-in before 3:00pm, so we had to wait in the lobby. We would definitely book here again if we can’t find cheaper equivalent properties when visiting.

I liked my stay here, it is right across a cemetery but it’s not a reason to not stay there. The area is quiet and safe. I liked the breakfast they provided. The only complaint I have it the chemicals they use to mop the floors in rooms has a bad after smell. I know it’s mixed with bleach but it has a bad rotten smell. My 9 year old didn’t like it either.
