I was very much disappointed. During my previous stays the hotel was run by Choice Hotels. This is no longer the case and seems to be a private company now. Attention to details were not there like they used to be. 1) Had a one cup coffee pot in the room. Was supplied with a four cup packet of coffee. I asked at the front desk if I could get one cup packets. All they had were the four cup packets and was told to run them through the brewing process several times. I tried that but after the first brew the grounds were soaked and water would not run through them. Instead the hot steaming water shot out of the brewer all over the place including on me. Very unsafe. 2) The only functional ice machine that could be found was on the first floor down the hall from the lobby. The one near my room was marked "out of order". It was ridiculous to have to take a five minute walk carrying a very small ice bucket. It wasn't worth the walk. 3) One of the things that I always enjoyed when staying here in the past was the breakfast buffet. It was so good that locals would also come in to enjoy the buffet. This trip, no buffet and not many customers. These things alone show me how much less this hotel caters to it's customers and I know the next time I stay in the Dells area I will be staying somewhere else.

Our toilet flooded all over the floor everytime you flushed it. Bed were ok but woke up sore. The pools were very cloudy water like they need to be cleaned.

Kids loved the pool, little water park, and hot tub! Great location, quiet, and we had our own little wing of the hotel. We’ve stayed here twice so far. Each time was better than the last! We will be back!

The employees were very friendly and helpful. Location was wonderful but we had a room on the main floor that had a very musty smell!!! Having allergies we had to go to another hotel the second night because the musty room set my allergies off. I was told that the whole hotel is going to be under construction soon to update the rooms. I would definitely stay there again once the bottom floors get an update!!

This was a perfect spot for a family. There is a nice size pool area outside and inside with water slides. We loved the location. Within walking distance for eating, outlet mall and coffee. Within a few minutes of many other attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

Budget friendly hotel. Clean and beds are comfortable. My grandson enjoyed the outdoor and indoor waterpark area. Need a little bit of bathroom update. Overall, stay was great.

Our 2 queen bed, pool view room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. The pool area's were fun outside and inside. Could definitely use a paint touch up. The swimming areas look old. Still fun. Just looks like zero dollars have been put into the appearance of the inside and outside pool area in YEARS. Would stay again. Overall pleased with our time here.

Great customer service! Nice indoor and outdoor pools. The room was a little outdated but beds were comfy. The restaurant serves breakfast until 1 and the breakfast food is great. If you want an affordable place to stay with your family in WI Dells during the summer this would be the place to stay.

Large resort complex with multiple entryways, have to drive to the entryway for the building you stay at after checking in at the main lobby. Room was clean and comfortable. Some of the staff (night shift) was not professional and lacked courtesy. We only stayed one night and had to leave early next morning so didn’t have chance to explore the water facilities but the pool looked nice and had few people in it so not crowded.

We usually stay at other resorts. We decided to stay a night here as part of a longer trip. There are signs on the door and this place is NOT 2A FRIENDLY. The pool area was nice both indoor and outdoor. Closet door had a hole in it and a cover was missing over what I assume was a smoke detector at some point in the ceiling. Over all the place was decent but having no gun signs posted will definitely keep me from coming back.

This hotel is very unkempt. The pillow cases were dirty, the whole place smelled of mold and our room had a hole in the wall where our smoke detector was supposed to be. There was not another smoke detector in the room at all. Pretty sure thats got to be a violation of some sorts. Left and stayed at another hotel.

The location of this property was good. The staff were a bit rude when we were trying to check-in early and it seemed like they were bothered when we asked questions. The listing for the property indicated there was a bar inside of this property; however, we were informed the property sold in June and the new owners chose not to open the bar. The room was clean but was extremely cold when we went inside for the first time. We had to call the front desk about the tv as it was not working and was advised to unplug it and plug it back in. We did this. This allowed the tv to get to channels but we were unable to remove the CC. We chose not to call the front desk again as they were unhelpful the first time.

The room was cleaner than others I’ve stayed at, still could have been cleaner there were a few dead bugs, jet pool in the room was a bit dirty but I’ve stayed in hotels that were much much worse. One staff member especially was amazing starting from check in.

We reserved hotel room with whirlpool on your website , when we got to the room it was simple room no whirlpool . The price was still like the one we reserved with the whirlpool. Never again will we use Expedia for any reservations
