So good, breakfast and staff are very good

Overall the property and location were excellent. The only point for me that was disappointing was the breakfast quality. I thought it was mediocre.

Staff was great. The breakfast was good, typical hotel breakfast but food tasted good and there was a variety and it changed a little each day. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located for our trip. Close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and was near the highway entrances and not far from the airport. We would stay here again.

The nice things about this hotel is that there is a swimming pool, gym and a cute little patio area. Unforatunely, the negatives outweigh the positives. The place just feels dirty and has unpleasant aromas. Our room smelled of smoke, the bathroom door wasn't working properly and there was a handle missing on one of the dresser drawers. This room also had the smallest beds on our trip and just way to much furniture in the room.

We had a Vrbo that was straight TRASH. This hotel was able to accommodate the entire family. Thank you so much.

Staff very friendly, had many activities and easy access. Breakfast was very delicious and had several options. Definitely would stay here again.

Not a bad place, but had a toilet problem and it took several hours to receive a plunger.

The staff are extremely helpful and courteous! However, the furniture and bedding need replacing. The mattress was worse than mine, which is long overdue for replacement! It was saggy and worn out and offered no support, which contributed to a poor night’s sleep. This was greatly added to by the night light in the bathroom that cannot be turned off, the smoke alarm light in the bedroom, and a tv that made popping sounds for hours after it was turned off. I stayed two different times on the same trip and each room had a terrible mattress. Also, the way the room was laid out made no sense. The toilet paper is behind the door and the thermostat is behind another door. There’s a door to the bathroom but no door between the sink area and the bedroom so the night light is visible and there’s no door to close. The breakfast is legally a breakfast but not anything you’d want to eat. Frozen bread products, scrambled eggs that most people threw away, only apple juice, and constantly out of everything. The breakfast staff were working as fast as they could, though, and were very pleasant. The “view” is of the highway but it’s not so loud. At least the first floor wasn’t as loud as the second. I think I’d try elsewhere next time.

Great stay for family vacation

Decent hotel, definitely very dated. Breakfast service was a disappointment. Food was not often restock and items were done for the day much earlier than breakfast ended. It wasn’t a bad experience but I did not feel the hotel or staff went above and beyond

Everyone we encountered was friendly and staff was helpful. Rooms and pool were clean. Breakfast had many options. Will definitely stay here again.

Our one day stay at this hotel was great. Breakfast options need some improvements. Some portions of the pulled pork were very dry or burned.

The breakfast was very good BUT both mornings the coffee had run out and the service was very slow on refilling it. Lots of people were upset at the delay of getting coffee. Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable although the pillows were too stiff. Nice size hotel suite. Very clean hotel.

Place was great. Pool and hot tub were in good condition, and the kids loved it. Breakfast was good. The BAD- the bed I shared with my wife felt like a 3000lbs canoo slept there the night before. Would have left 5 stars if I didn't have to sleep on the edge of a sand trap.

i'm disabled, an take pain pills. i only brought some many with me an i had like 10 pills come up missing.we go to texas an other places all the time and i never have this problem. i felt like i wasnt taken serious about this. I will be contacting my lawyer and see what he says can be done.

Reserved room for brother visiting from Wash. state. They were very satisfied with accomodations. Since they would check in late, I called to find out if that would be a problem. Assured it would not be--soon received e-mail regarding super-easy check in. Requests quickly answered. They were very happy with the room.

Perfect stay in a suite for our family of 6! Kids used the pullout couch & we had a rollaway bed brought in. Pool & hot tub were super fun & clean! Staff was helpful, thoughtful & attentive! Rooms are showing signs of wear but it didn’t effect our stay at all. Breakfast was good. Lots of natural light all throughout and so convenient right off of 90. We would definitely stay again!

It's probably not fair that I'm writing this comment as I use to be a housekeeper, but next time dust a little bit more, and make sure to check around the bed for extra this and that you didn't see the first time. I think the couches and chairs should be cleaned a little bit more often.

Hotel was very nice, clean, the front desk was all smiles all the time! The pool and hot tub very nice as well! I would definitely stay again !!

Rooms are cozy and comfortable with terrific amenities. Has an "at home" vibe. They delivered on the various requests I made. I slept like a baby.

An older Hotel but in fantastic clean condition. It was perfect. Very clean super friendly and always smiling staff. Easy access To like anything food or shopping related. A great continental breakfast. And as a bonus the night we arrived they had their "Social" it was so fun, wine, beer, snacks, soup and salad, cheese and crackers, Salimi and so much more. Lots of parking easy access to the 290. Even though close to the interstate it is very quiet in the room. Just a great place to stay. Really close to ECMC and the VA Hospital. We will be back. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel for a great price. I was in Buffalo visiting family and stayed at the Homewood Suites for 3 nights. The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient. The room was so spacious, which was fabulous, as it served as a place for us to have our small Christmas celebration. We never even heard another guest in the rooms or hallways, as everyone was so considerate. But the best part of the entire stay was the staff. Everyone was so incredibly nice and welcoming and eager to assist. It was just a fantastic stay.
