Basic hotel but comfortable bed. Good wifi. Good breakfast. Excellent service. Would certainly stay again.
3.4
Convenient for racecourse and cheap.
3.4
what you get for the price - basic room that was clean but the mattress was old and needed replacing. We arrived at 2000 and the restaurant was already closed so we had to go elsewhere to eat. Breakfast was fine and there was little noise from outside

The stay was a little better than the last time I stayed.thiis time you could sleep on the mattress with our having a bring in your back.
3.4
Should advertise cashless, only hotel ive ever had charge for a service dog!
3.4
The place was very clean and I suppose you get what you pay for and a great location for the race course or the Dome.
BUT... beds are hard springs coming through the mattress, only one pillow each which was pretty much useless and the shower was pretty much useless I am sure at some point I was in danger of getting wet.
I know Campanile's are basic and just a place to sleep, but expect way below a Travelodge or Premier Inn here, basic is being very nice

Stayed for the races, staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious
3.4
Basic but clean room, friendly staff, nice freshly cooked breakfast
3.4
Really outdated rooms the tv was broken with lines down. No plugs near the mirror. Tiles on floor and in bath were disgusting. Milk which was supplied was out of date as was the sugar

Fantastic stay, great place!
The chap on reception couldn’t do enough for you will definitely be back

I liked everything in Campanile hotel. Thanks for all

It was very 70’s decor, carpet didn’t feel clean, not enough towels or pillows, lighting poor.
3.4
Rooms ok for just to sleep in while visiting races . Basic but ok. Bit like a motel.
Expensive for race day considering standard . Couldn’t check in early .
£10 an hour for early check in

The staff tried but the towels were thin, only 2 plugs in the room and the beds were ok.

The beds could with changing mattress really uncomfortable and pillows flat

Have stated here a numerous times over recent years. Never really complained as it’s budget class and you get what you pay for.
The beds are crippling, really old and worn mattresses.
I asked to be moved on my recent stay which fortunately was possible.
However, I won’t be staying here again due to vehicle being robbed of all tools.
I reported this to reception and they said that the cctv was very poor. I asked about security and they told that this particular week the security man was on holiday……make of that what you will.
I would not not feel safe staying here anymore and would urge to think twice if you are a contractor with tools in the van.

The check-in was really easy and the receptionist was very helpful as it was a particularly warm day. I requested a fan which they were easily able to accommodate, which made my stay much easier as the runs can get quite warm. The shower was warm and powerful. The bed was comfortable. My only real complaint was the towels were a bit small. The area itself is quiet and out of the way yet easily accessible to anything you want to get to

This is a simple room. I have stayed in this type of hotel before. It is a purpose built modular building found all over Europe. You get a comfortable bed with clean linen, a clean bat/shower en-suite of course and there is a desk, TV, heating. For the money it is a bargain, perfect for quick stay, business or otherwise. Just to note my work carried over by another night and the staff were abliging in keeping me in the sko
3.4
For the price and as a contractor looking for the best value room available it did the trick but it's in desperate need of a make over and it's not some place I'd take my family too, location was good with plenty of fast food chain restaurants nearby I would stay again if price dictated by my budget but for a few pounds more per night I can find alternative options.
3.4
Lovely quiet stay, and all staff are superb had an error on my own behalf and was sorted from the manger with no fuss. Had a delicious meal at their french themed restaurant, all reasonably priced. My stay was worth every penny and more

Stayed here before, for the price it’s ideal for the races, staff very friendly room clean and bed super comfy no complaints

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent

The mattress you could feel the springs & so old a divert where people sleep. Noise of a large extraction system on the roof, purring all night.

Good location to shops and eating places, rooms cleaned daily and plenty of parking

The staff are very friendly, especially Karl, made me feel welcome, very helpful, polite and a great sense of humour. The room was extremely clean and warm, best value hotel in Doncaster by far.
3.4
Basic but clean
3.4
Hotel was fine, but the matrass on the bed left a lot to be desired and disturbed my night's sleep. Shame, as rest was fair value for money.
3.4
This hotel is a lovely little place, the staff are wonderful. The rooms delicate and the location fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel

Only stayed there for 1 night but its clean ,tidy everything you need really , comfy bed and heating was on all the time which was a bonus as it was freezing outside ,would defo go back
3.4
The staff were friendly and responsive. The MATTRESS was awful and is very sure to give a bad back ache or make an existing one much worse. I asked if the allotted room can be changed when I was told that all rooms were of the same condition and only 2 of the rooms which were for physically challenged guests. Apparently the management wants the hotel to improve the ratings before further investment to upgrade the mattresses but I doubt the ratings can improve with such poor quality mattresses.
3.4
Room clean after night 1 was very poor, dirty sheets and the best wasn’t even made properly, duvet hanging out of the cover. Also a soaking and filthy pillowcase left on the desk! Cheap and cheerful but won’t be back in a hurry.
3.4
It was fine really.Ok for the odd nights stay
3.4
No fault everything was ok

Its good for bed, kettle ,toilwt and shower...but desperately needs updating rooms
