We got in late, almost 11 and the person at the counter was very kind and welcoming. When we got upstairs, it was quiet and the bed was very soft and comfortable especially after our 5 1/2 hour drive. The water pressure in the shower was strong enough to get the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair within a decent amount of time. Unfortunately, we had to leave early for a college tour and did not have a chance to use the gym or pool. We sure would have liked to though. PCT is now his top pick and if he gets in, we will definitely look to stay here again.

I accidentally booked this Marriott instead of the In House Suites in Williamsport and made an honest effort to cancel within the same hour of booking and the hotel nor Expedia would help me obtain a refund despite my booking a room at another Marriot. We have been Marriott rewards guests for a long time so this needs to be refunded for us.

Its a Marriot cover over a motel. It reception and hall ways are good and looks like a "Marriot", however the room, bathroom, room-carpet, wall paper is like a motel.

hope you like ants with your waffles. I stayed 2 nights nothing was done to the room garbage not dumped beds were not made no fresh linens . Never again

It was good for the price

No internet. Computers were down due to a storm. My husband was upset because we were not told that when we checked in. Other than that, everything was fine.

Fine hotel stay. Pull out couch was tiny and blankets were kind of dingy. Indoor pool also tiny. No complaints thigh, great for the price. Lots of breakfast options. Quiet.

It was a good trip overall. The staff was friendly, the hotel was cleaned and well kept. The complementary breakfast was good. The only thing is that the shampoo was not filled and it finished the same day on the first shower.

A million thanks to the lovely front desk staff with the beautiful eyes who kindly called hotels. Com to request we be moved to another pet friendly hotel. I filtered on pet friendly hotel and this hotel was selected. When we checked in, we were told only service dogs. Hotels.com refused to transfer our reservation.

It was clean and was a standard hotel room. Nothing really stood out about it, however I did love that there was a fridge and microwave in it. I was very disappointed with the TV. It did not have any bluetooth capability to be able to watch Netflix and the channel selection was very poor and there was no guide on how to operate the TV. The ice machine was very far from our room, not a complete different hall. We were in the process of leaving our room and the room key deactivated precisely at 11 am so we needed to be let back into our room. We also were unable to access the ice machine for the same reason. The front desk staff was not really that friendly and almost seemed cold in demeanor, like we were a huge inconvenience to her.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating when circumstances required me to have an earlier than expected check in.

Air conditioner was loud and close to busy street so loud traffic. Staff was nice and friendly.

The property is old and outdated. The room had an overpowering musty smell when you walked in. The entire room was outdated with stains in the carpet. I would avoid staying here.

Breakfast was sub par at best. Food was cold and dried out. Ran out of several things. Took almost 20 minutes to get more coffee. Really not worth it. They should drop their pricea and eliminate that service because ot drags the whole experience down. Especially since ot was the last thing we did before checking out.

Only issue we experienced was back-up beepers on trucks in the lot adjacent to the window in our room started at 3:30 am . This was due to construction and will likely continue for several months.

We had to change our room three times to get a clean room that also had working bathroom facilities. The wifi password given to us was not the correct one.

Highly don’t recommend. I have stayed with Marriot Bonvoy and Fairfield Inn from Eastern PA to Utah many times between business for corporate planet fitness operations management and family travel. This is our preferred choice for affordable and comfortable stays. I have never written a poor review for any one of them until now. Thick curly hairs in the pool, which I cleaned myself before my son swam. (He wouldn’t even put his head underwater after seeing what we pulled out.) Gym was filthy. Moldy and grimy shower liner and curtain. Front desk wouldn’t answer the phone around 9pm l, when we found out there was no body wash. Beds were absolutely awful. My husband and I had a terrible night’s sleep. Spilled (soup?) and trash remained in the elevator for 24 hours. This is by far the most unclean and uncomfortable Fairfield Inn I have ever been to. As a business owner and previous ops manager myself, I believe in making the front desk staff aware first so that they have a chance to handle professionally themselves. After checking out, I acknowledged my concerns quietly and away from other guests. (My family and I were staying for my son’s state gymnastics meet and didn’t have time to switch hotels by the time we realized it’s condition. We did not ask for a refund or any anything except ownership.) Unfortunately, I received only poor excuses and a disrespectful attitude from the older woman at the desk. Thankful we will not be staying here again!

staff was friendly i didnt lime the fact inwas charged 40 dollars for an incidental fee which is out ragous i never had a hotel charfe me that they only shouldve used the card only if anyrhing happened

Outdated room and old furniture with stains. Still unsure if my grandson received a spider bite or if there were bed bugs. Either way, we left early and I’m still waiting on a refund.

Staff was exceptional and I like that all of the light switches are normal.

The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Barhtub shiwed some patch work to repair something. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was nice with many options.

Check in couldn’t find my reservation, likely I kept confirmation;go to room one of the keys didn’t work; go in room, refrigerator is making loud noise, went back to check in & got another room; new room no hangers; and of course only one key worked; check out- no one there waited, called out, hello, hello? Cleaning saw me waiting, but made no attempt to find them; wrote note, left on keyboard.

Breakfast was ready on time and with a great selection.
