Floor was dirty. Bed was rock hard. Shower had no water pressure. Half the appliances were unplugged.

Paid for my room several weeks in advance. Called the day of and told them we would be doing a late check-in. Checked around midnight, recieved a room key and room number. Go up to the room and the key doesn’t work. After a few tries, people come to the door! Go back downstairs to tell the desk employee that there is already someone in the room. The desk employee was very kind and apologetic. He began looking to see if there was another room to suit us ( 2 adults and 3 teenagers). We were tired after a full day of traveling and band competition. They didn’t have a room that we could all stay in. The employee went and checked a couple of vacant rooms to make sure they were clean. Ended up separating us and putting us in two rooms. It was better than having no where to sleep but we had packed one bag so had to separate everyone’s clothes and items out. It was around 1 in the morning before we got into rooms and situated. The elevator sounds like it needs some maintenance. It sounded horrible the first time we rode it up. Truthfully thought it was going to quit and we were going to be stuck. The light by the door in room 301 would not turn off so the two of us that were in that room got almost no sleep. Just not a great experience and would not stay there again. Definitely not worth what we paid.

Our third time staying here. Very nice and professional staff. Clean room, comfortable bed, and very good breakfast with lots of options.

Amazing always stay here

We lived within a 5 mile radius of this hotel and had sold out house. So we made a reservation to stay at this hotel for our last night in town. Upon presentation of my driver's license to the front desk, I was informed "the hotel policy is that they don't rent rooms to locals." This is a first and ridiculous!

Bed was not the best quality, but they more than made up for it with the best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel in a long long time! Staff was awesome as well.

Had some issues with the bathroom smell coming out from the drainage shower, I believe. Also the carpets in stairs were nasty and they could do a better job cleaning them, the staff were nice at least and location was great

It was just okay. The room was spacious but the bathroom smelled like dog pee. The bath tub had no tub plug and was broken. Could have definitely been cleaner. The hospitality of the workers was beyond amazing however! They were the BEST PART of that stay!
