This resort was very popular but they need to renovate for their price point. The staff was nice but not very helpful. It’s a good location for Napa and the on property restaurants were good. The room has a lot of wear and tear. The gym didn’t have water or towels. Pretty location with a cute vineyard in the back.

The hotel room was a very nice room & the grounds looked nice as well. The problem was the cleanliness of the room itself. Upon arriving & settling into the room we noticed that there was sewage water in both sinks in the bathroom & the shower was still wet. Immediately I called guest services & asked for someone to come unclog/clean the sinks, we were told engineering would be there very soon. While waiting almost 30 minutes for engineering to come I noticed the entry had coffee spills on the floor, the tub had some large particles in it and this just led me to believe either the room was never cleaned or someone literally just checked out before we got there, either way is not a good look. I called guest services again from my cell & I was transferred 4 times to get to someone & on hold for about 15min (between the arriving & calls over an hour had passed at this point) so I started walking to the front desk while on hold and halfway over I was hung up on. In the meantime my girlfriend was in the room trying to get someone to respond and running into the same issues. Upon approaching the front desk I asked for a manager I was told it would be 20-30 min to talk to the manager. I was really upset by this & couldn’t understand why I couldn’t just change rooms & they could deal with the raw sewage on their time. Now I have paid for a room I can’t use, I was late for food reservations & I had to wait? Poor service, no immediate refund & the hotel blamed hotels.com for the refund

Resort was very nice and we enjoyed our stay! The Olive Hay restaurant had a great breakfast and worked around food allergies! When we checked in, they didn’t have the room available that we rented. They gave us a $150 credit to use at the resort though. We were at the family pool early one day (9:00am) and there were no towels. I advised front desk staff but there were still no towels by the time we left. Overall it is a nice and clean resort!

Front desk and housekeeping staff are rude and questionable. Bar staff, valet, pool staff are the opposite extreme of being nice, friendly and accommodating. Room was not cleaned 2 days in a row (we were out of the room 9:30-4:30). Front desk was actually rude! Actually rude! And I was part of a wedding party that had probably spent easily over 150K that weekend at this resort. Only giving it 2 stars for the bar, pool and valet staff. Don't get iced tea, coffee etc at the little market across the street. Burnt!!!

We had a great time! The hotel upgraded our room to a junior sweet for our anniversary, they gave us a bottle of bubbly and A glass of champagne at dinner on our anniversary night. I feel like they went above and beyond! We loved walking the vineyard at night and in the mornings. The pool was fun! We absolutely loved our trip.

We paid extra for a Vineyard View room with a balcony - at check in - I asked for a quiet room if at all possible. The first room they gave us had no balcony and was directly on the pool with no “view” except the loud DJ at the pool. We went back and they assured us we would then be in a “Vineyard View” - it looked directly into a parking lot with a dumpster directly in front of our patio. The bathroom constantly had ants crawling in it and we could hear every footstep of the people in the room above us. We severely disappointed especially considering the cost.

Terrible stay. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days. The first time it was missed, they told us it would be cleaned the next day. The next day it was missed again, and we didn't want them to come because it was so late in the day, we just wanted to relax. They came and cleaned the room quickly, but not well. The calls to the front desk took MULTIPLE attempts before we could speak to anyone. Napa was gorgeous, but i spent too much time trying to deal with this overpriced, underwhelming "resort"

The bathroom ceiling started leaking water in the middle of the night, and water started pooling on the floor. I had to put down two towels. Water dripped on me as I was shaving in the morning. We told the staff bout the issue when we checked out (only stayed for 1 night). They didn't care. They said we should have reported the issue when it developed. OK, so at 3 a.m. I"'m supposed to call their maintenance department, and someone is actually going to answer the phone. I don't think so. The mattress was also mediocre. One night stay was almost $800. Will be sure never to go back.

There was water pooling in my room. My socks and slippers got wet. I called the front desk several times. They were going to send someone. No one came. Waited over an hour and a half. Tried calling again, then they stopped answering my call. Was pass midnight by then. Figured out it was from that fridge in the room. It was leaking. Valet put the boxed water in the fridge but didn't close the door well. Started to clean up the water and floors were dirty. Had to also kill a spider next to my bed and discovered the corner where I killed the spider was filthy. Didn't they claim to have remodeled this place? Just terrible.

Poor service, poor communication. Hotel was booked with two difference conferences, rooms were not ready at check in for regular guests. Conference attendees had priority even though they arrived later. Checked in 2 hours prior to official check in, room not ready until 4 hours later and only after we escalated.

We got a partial view room with a balcony full of bird droppings. When we called to change, we were told that there is not much they could do. This place is a 3.5 star hotel not 4. The service is poor. I expected more for the price

This is the second time we stayed at the property in the last 6 years. Has really gone down hill, mold in the shower, service was terrible, could not get towels for 4 plus hours, even when we asked staff in hallway. Room Service we ordered never came and after 1:30 minutes we just gave up. This is a premium price hotel, with terrible service, though the property is beautiful. We will not be back, do not recommend.
