This was our first stay at this resort and it was a family weekend with our grandson. It won't be our last! Our suite was huge with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen could use a bit more cookware, a working dishwasher and garbage disposal but we made due. No room service until 11am (none on Sunday) was disappointing but the pool area made up for any disappointment! The pool was huge and very clean with plenty of seating and towels. The area for little ones is great and my grandson did not want to leave!! This is the perfect place for families with kids!! Cannot wait for the next trip!

Everything was amazing, since the check in all the staff was very kind and professional. Rooms were big and sparkle clean. Very secure and have everything you need for and amazing vacation. We are definitely coming back.

This was the worst stay ever. The room smelled absolutely horrible and musty. The room was very dirty. There are no locks on the guest bathroom and the shower water did not get hot and even though we had a noon check out, the housekeeper started banging on our door at 10 am and even though we said we had a noon checkout, kept coming back and banging on our door. Even though I let the front desk know today, I heard nothing back, not an apology or anything. Very disappointing stay!!!

Person at check in was very pleasant and very helpful. I needed a room close to pool and main building due to mobility issues and she was very accommodating. However no one asked me to help me get my luggage to my room and it was a struggle as I was alone and on crutches. It didn’t occur to me to ask until I saw bellboys assisting other people. The suite was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool was good. The only people I encountered was the bartender at the pool bar who was lovely and so friendly. The young man who delivered my pizza and salad was also so very friendly, polite, and a lovely young man !! These two people really made my stay more pleasant!!!

We had to stay here last minute to evacuate from a hurricane. We was blessed they had a three bedroom unit available. The only issues we had while there was that the toilets kept clogging and we had to hunt down someone with maintenance to get a plunger. It was so difficult to get someone with a plunger we kept the plunger they brought finally. The resort is a little outdated with older carpets and the sliding glass doors to the patio sticks but all in all our stay was great.

We evacuated for hurricane Milton. We would absolutely stay here again. The atmosphere is calming and fun for the kids, it’s safe and it’s conveniently located to Disney, Universal and other tourist areas. We felt safe even as the hurricane went over Orlando. We walked to Target and grabbed a few bags of groceries. Restaurants are walkable too.

Mary Lou at the front desk made a crappy day much better with her big smile and friendliness. We had to find a place to stay since we had no power in Sarasota after Hurricane Milton. Mary Lou was great!! Good people are hard to find. Give her a raise! She was awesome!

Overall, the property was nice and clean and very quiet. The only reason I scored the property an overall four is because the additional room had a window that was located where the walkway was to other rooms, elevators and the street ; these rooms are accessible from the streets, so I don’t feel that was as safe as most properties I’ve stayed at. If there is a way to score 4.5 I would. I will say that there was no incident with anyone, so please do not let my opinion deter anyone from staying at the property.

We were very happy with Floridays resort. The outside of the property is beautiful and well cared for, and in a pretty central area of Orlando for families. The inside of our unit was a little dated, but it was nice and clean and had great amenities, and those are the things that really matter. The pool was great, and the cafe, while pretty basic food-wise, was nice to have available. We would definitely stay here again!

The room had a very strong odd chemical smell (not typical cleaning detergents), the carpets in the bedrooms were dirty (bottom of feet were dark), there was not sufficient soap bars in the bathrooms, limited towels and overall quality was not worth the price. The inside of the bathrooms could be in better condition, the balcony was okay but since we were on the first floor we had lots of critters. The landscape outside the property was pleasing and the front staff was nice but for early checkin had to pay extra $35.00 and I did request for upper floor but received first floor room. We booked a one day stay thankfully.

Upon arriving the check in was fast and easy except, The receptionist was not welcoming.She did not greet me, and just said “name”?. As if I was inconveniencing her. I booked and deluxe 2 bedroom villa and we got to our room and realized we were put in an accessible room. I called the office to let ask about this and same receptionist replied “honey that’s all that was available” in a condescending demeanor. I wasn’t aware that, that’s all that was available. Outside of the building there was a strong cigarette smell. The elevators were dirty and smelled. Upon entering the room, we noticed scratches on the cabinets in the kitchen. Stains on the remote, closet doors, water in the sink kept getting clogged, the fire detector was not screwed in and was about to fall, & Stains on the lamp shade. The room is half renovated, it seems as if the property put most of the funding into the lobby area and the pool area. As the they were nice and modern. The sprinklers were turned on around 8-9 o’clock to the point where we couldn’t even exit the building or walk on the side walk without getting sprayed by sprinkler water. Palm cafe food was good and pool bar drinks were good. Pool water was warm, and game room was decent. Parking not too crowded

Overall it was a good area and nice accomodation. Its better to stay ground floor. The only thing is, kitchen faucet water pressure was really low like you could barely wash your hands in it.

When we got there. We were greated with the most unfriendly desk agent. We were expecting to pay a lesser anmount upon arrival and it was actually way more with no explanation at all as to why. The desk agent was not open to explaining it at all. Then the ceiling in our room started pooring water. My husband called and they sent no one all day until I sent a text message. The room smelt musty. All of my clothes smell like musty mildew. Room service NEVER CAME! I do not recommend. The price on Expedia is not what you will actually pay and the customer service is horrendous.

I celebrated my 50th birthday here with 6 friends. We were in the 3 bedroom suite and we had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and each room had its own TV which was great. The customer service was beyond amazing! Anytime I called, the request was fulfilled quickly. I recommend Floriday's and I would definitely stay again.

Not bad but not great. Everyone was very nice, property grounds are very pretty lots of greenery, pool was great. We had suite with two bedrooms…again, not bad but not great. Bathrooms need updating but they were clean. Checkin was easy and service was fantastic. I do think it is a bit over priced for Orlando and the numerous other lodging options

Pool was clean and water was a good temp. Food was good. The room appeared to be clean, the floor had apparently not been swept or mopped. The water in the master bathroom shower drained very slowly which was gross. Tub stopper didn’t work. I would stay again, just not in that particular room.
