The room is cozy and clean. Have a great view of lake. Few steps of stairs and you are on the beach. We had a wonderful time here.

We had to stay for a night and this was a last minute pick. But, its was GREAT! The room was nice. The beds were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. Nice viewing deck of the lake with chairs and a nice firepit. A Gem to find! Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

We had a great stay. It's recently been updated so everything was nice. The pizza place around the corner was excellent. We had a lake view. The sunrise was AMAZING.

Wonderful little motel. We had one small room issue but they mote than made up for it moving our rooms quickly and no issues what so ever. Beautiful room, view and cozy room. Thank you and we will be back and will refer friends and family ❤️

Nice room but it connected to pool fence and gate was slammed for about 13 hrs of day shaking room. Balcony opened up to stairwell and tv when out day before check out and no one responded to issue.

From the outside looks like a run down hotel until you get into the room very nice. Very family oriented. Pool & Gaming area’s. Nice that there is access to the Lake Shore.

Front desk was not available 24/7 and rooms were sparsely appointed with manual controls for fan and light that were very inconvenient. Rooms also lacked adequate power receptacles for modern guests.

It was on the lake although we were in the cheaper room it was nice property. Room was very old and no air conditioning for summer months. They do have some for more cost so you get what you pay for.

I can’t believe this motel keeps getting positive reviews. It continues to attract guests because of its location and a pool / spa by the lake, but it’s very unkempt. It has a trashy cheap feel to it and the customer service is pretty bad. They clearly don’t care to make a good impression. They didn’t even have towels for the pool or any extra ones because apparently guests just keep stealing them all summer. Why not get more towels then? Even the dish washing sponge is cut into a third instead of leaving a full one. Even $200 a night would be too much for this place. The pool is a bit cold, the spa isn’t always hot, and the “private beach” is a joke. Things in the room look like they’re just about to break any moment and are outdated. Even finding enough outlets was a challenge.

Check in was quick and easy. This is our second visit so we know what to expect. Looking outside it lacks charm but once your settled in its ok. The room is good size, beds are comfortable. The carpet should be replaced and the window ledge was full of dust. An easy fix for housekeeping. Parking can be tricky. Our room was the Deluxe queen. My friend stayed in the standard king and she wasn't impressed. I feel its a little overpriced for what im used to. However we would stay here again.

Well located, right on the beach. Adjacent to Kings beach. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The negative is the motel seems quite old. However it’s kept up and clean.

We have the lake front room. It was a beautiful view. The room was large, clean, and had air conditioning. We had a great time with our pup on the beach. The pool was nice and clean and there was an area to sit by the fire or play some cornhole. Great location to the limited restaurants. Love kings beach because it is a smaller town. We will be back

This place is right on the lake! There are many places you can go to enjoy the view. One night we sat by the fire / lake & had drinks. Everything is right there; kayaking, boat rentals, tubes, etc. Restaurants, coffee, ice cream all right down the street. Highly recommend White Castle Pizza! The Crown is quiet & peaceful. Good vibes. Definitely going back!!

The staff were great very polite and accommodating. Our stay felt safe secure, easy parking and very close to restaurants and stores. The private beach was the best part there were lounge chairs and it was so secluded i didn’t have to worry about anyone messing with our things or moving our stuff it was a dream come true. My first vacation was a success thanks to you Crown Motel Thank You !!

Upon arrival the outside was a little funky and not much charm. However, check in was quick and easy. The room was dated and the carpet needs a good cleaning or replaced. Also theres no a.c and since it was over 90° it was little uncomfortable. There is a fan however. The room was good size and had a peek a boo view of the lake. The beds were comfortable enough. The lakefront beach is small but convenient. We will be staying here again despite some negatives.

Due to the high lake levels, the private beach is very small. During our stay there, a large fanily took over most of what beach was available. Not the hotels fault, but for future guests, i would not chose this hotel if the beach is the #1 reason why you're booking it. What was great about this hotel was comfortable bed, rooms with AC, phenomenal views (from the lakeside rooms), and a great property with a nice pool, spa and relaxing area.
