Most impressive is the service. Staff would go out of their way to help and serve. Let me name all those whom I can remember, Bella, Kevin, Kenny, Albert, Larry , Monica , Po, Michael, Anton and others whose names I may have forgotten because of our hectic trip. Especially the young man who brought up our luggage to our room.

We usually stay in conrad or shangri la in admiralty but decided to stay in causeway bay this time. Saw this hotel and decided to stay here for a change. We weren't disappointed. It's in a very quiet part but still very central. The room is spacious and most of all the service is top notch. The staff went over and beyond to serve. Already told my family and friends about lanson place and will for sure stay here again.

This is my second time staying. It was another pleasant and comfortable stay. We booked two rooms for me, hubby, mom and sister, to celebrate for my mom’s 88th birthday and my own birthday. The hotel staff was very kind and considerate in the earlier check-in process, efficiently kept our luggages, and helped my mother in wheelchair. They also have prepared cake and greeting card. When we left, they taught our driver how to park in the front and helped us to get on our car with luggages…etc. The food in the tea time and breakfast are tasty and good quality with nice presentation. For the first time, I tried their laundry. Cozy and convenient with powerful washer and dryer. Clothes are well cleaned with convenience. Gym room has lots of high-end machines. Though this hotel doesn’t have pool and sauna, its overall friendly service and high standard amenities used in the everywhere for guests are definitely outstanding and gives you a well-accommodating feeling. I would suggest that you can add onto sauna and steam or even jacuzzi for vip or club access guests, next to the gym if possible. That would make the whole place even more perfect and prestigious for the guests.

It’s such a beautiful hotel! Service was excellent at the front desk, well appointed rooms, very elegant touches. The lounge was so beautiful and breakfast was excellent!

The service and staff were amazing here. The one thing to improve on would be having to ask twice for an adapter or to clean a room (I think that's on room service not the front end staff). But the front end and restaurant staff were probably the best I've ever come across. I felt important, well looked after and appreciated as a guest and I appreciate the staff as well!

Even Causeway Bay is extremely lively and crowded, Lanson Hotel is placed in walking distance away from the most frenzy busy areas.It is a comfortable and rather luxurious hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the rooms and facilities are top standard.

It is nice to have a kitchenette with microwave and stove in the hotel room. The hotel allowed food ordering from outside and the concierge will deliver the food to the room. The hotel room is very spacious using Hong Kong standard. The room attendant, reception staff and concierge team are very friendly and attentive. The hotel location is perfect and is close to Time Square and Windsor Center. Will surely come back for another family stay!

You will not get much better comfort and service than at Lanson Place! The decor is modern and sleek. The staff are AMAZING -- where else in HK would the staff take the elevator with you from the ground floor to the first floor to show you where the bathroom is? The breakfast is AWESOME. The room is super nice and comfortable. I highly recommend you stay here!

The staff was fabulous, rooms clean and well decorated. Nice area with good shops and restaurants and only a few minutes walk from metro and bus. All in all, a very nice stay but the staff definitely made the difference.

I always stay at Lanson place hotel. Only con is that I wish the bathrooms had more hooks to hang towels. Location is awesome and it's relatively new. Overall is good but the key card seems didn't work well. We couldn't take the lift by swiping the key card as it had expired and another paper key card is needed to be reissued according to the staff. However, we just arrived in the afternoon and it happened at night after our dinner. It took us quite long for reissuing the card after a long day..

Hotel is centrally located with easy access to the Causeway Bay MTR station and with plenty of eating options nearby. Happy to be away from the crowd and bustle around Times Square.
