I made a reservation at this hotel a week in advance and picked a non smoking room. When I got there he gave me a room that was filled with more smoke than a casino. I told him I would not accept a smoking room and he basically ignored me and would not give me a refund. The hotel rooms are dirty and very dated and the offices person is extremely arrogant and rude! If you’re a non smoker , good luck in getting a non smoking room. I WILL NEVER BOOK A ROOM AGAIN At THIS PLACE!

The room was huge. Bigger than any other fancy places I stayed at and affordable. What I didn’t like is that the area of the property we were at smelled. The smell lingered. It didn’t go away or fade away.

This place is very old, not updated, unsafe, smells, the lady staff when we arrived not nice to welcome clients, you register through a window outside. Broken cabinets.

The owners have been very sweet and accommodating. I've been staying here for a few weeks while I'm working, and it's been a comfortable stay. Will Definitely return if I'm in the area again

Well when I got there I was told that the type of room I booked was no longer available. Luckily the manager came and fixed the mixup but we had already gotten settled. So after picking up and moving to the other room it was a mediocre experience. Rooms are old and kind of shabby with minimum amenities

Check in was sketchy- the clerk didn't ask if i had a reservation, just charged me for a room, and then wasn't able to reverse the charges when her mistake was discovered. Everything else was just fine. I stay here every time I visit the Valley and it is always fine.

I arrived at about 3:30 pm the temp was 105 degrees I was not allowed into the small reception area but had to use a small opening with a shelf to conduct my stay. The shelf that I was to write on was so hot that I burned my hands attempting to write on the card. I asked the person there if she had a cloth or something I could use in order not to burn my hands. I got no response so I had to back into my car and run the AC while filling out the card. She took my credit card and gave me a key to the room. Upon entering the room it was very hot in there so I turned on the AC unit, I found the carpet had large stains as well as the ottoman. Great TV with cable and being so tired I fell asleep fast.

The only complaint I had was about the noise. I was in a room right under the stairs and near the housekeeping room, so I heard every guest that went upstairs and every booming stereo in the parking lot. And every day the housekeepers had shouted conversations with each other and on their cell phones right outside my room. I recommend this hotel for quick stops, but not necessarily as a place to try to conduct business for a week. Management is very friendly and accommodating at this location and the room was well furnished for the price point. Most of the lower priced hotels in this area have been converted to apartments, so I am grateful that this one is still in business.

I guess you get what you pay for. Ceiling fan was for decorative purpose and could be turned on. Went to bed and remove 3 dryer sheets and 1 napkin from under covers. Curtains could not be opened, they were tied close. Suspicious hole in the wall adjacent to next room. Toilet had to be flushed several times in order for anything to go down.

The place was small but located in a quiet neighborhood. The room had a window mount AC, a small fridge, a hair dryer and a microwave. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious. Only cons I can mention will be the height of the shower head. It was around 5 feet high(too low for me as being 6 feet)

Got to the hotel about 7pm, check I was quick, clean parking lot. Room smelled good, clean and air con got cold. Bed was comfortable, shower was clean and water got hot quick! Definitely will stay here again!

The part that was best for me was that I'd had a bad experience the night before at a hotel that was twice as expensive and they let me check in at 1:30 pm which gave me a chance to take a nap before going out to a nice dinner.

Clean room, check out was at 10 which is weird but they did accommodate a 12pm check out which was nice, overall nice stay.
