1 elevator did not work the entire 3 day stay. Housekeeping only came 1 day. The complimentary water and tea in the lobby was poorly serviced either being empty or the hot water barely being warm. Just a general lack of service compared to other Hilton properties.

The room was perfect. The service was excellent. The whole process was smooth, professional and seamless. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Really just an absolutely flawless experience.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was very easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and IU's campus. The hotel was clean and updated. The only complaint I have is that only 1 elevator was working, so it was a bit of a wait for the elevator. Hopefully they are working to fix it!

Definitely did not meet expectations for a Hilton. First of all there is no sign for where to check in or park, so if you are unfamiliar with the area, it is treacherous to figure out how to check in, especially if you arrive after dark. They disabled the constant fan mode on the A/C, which makes it hard for me to sleep. They also locked the A/C so that it can't be set lower than 66 dg, which wouldn't be terrible if it didn't shut off at 66 dg and then not come back on until it was 70 dg. That is too hot for me to sleep. The room was tiny and dated. I had to go down four floors to get ice. One elevator was out of service. Staff was indifferent, if not flippant, regarding the inconveniences.

One of two small elevators was broken. Waited a half an hour with heavy luggage while full elevators came and went. Finally had to carry luggage in several trips. We are older adults, so this was difficult. Exact same thing happened in the fall, at this same hotel, which makes me wonder if it was ever fixed. Completely inappropriate for the money we spent!

The handicapped room was one of the best we have stayed in. My husband is in a wheelchair and there was so much room for him to move around in. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful! Very convenient location!

The staff was very friendly and the facility/room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy as we were always able to park on the street in front of the hotel during our 4 night stay. It is metered parking, but it’s free between 9pm-8am, which was beneficial to us as we only needed to park during that timeframe. There is covered deck parking next to the hotel which is managed by the city at $12.50/day.

The room was spotless, the staff are very helpful and friendly and it's so easy to walk everywhere from this location, no car needed.

This is a very nice hotel with a pretty lobby. Staff very nice. My only complaint is having to pay $12 per night for parking on top of a fairly expensive hotel room. And the fact that the elevators were broken In the parking garage. So upon arriving had to walk down five flights of steps with my luggage.
The garage does offer a service where they will take you to your car which is very nice. I think they should be waving parking fees during this time in the garage is not working.

The elevators were broken in both the hotel and the parking facility. The adjoining restaurant was dated. The rooms were very dark and only moderately clean.

Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Need more EV parking spots in garage and to monitor non-EV cars that park in EV spaces.

We needed a quick over night stay for a business trip. Very nice, clean and great service. The only negative was that you have to pay for parking. Front desk service was excellent and very helpful.

We were in town for an overnight stay to see a comedian at a comedy club and found out that everything is street parking only. This was the closest hotel so we were able to walk easily. The staff was very helpful with everything from where to park cheaply for the hotel, where to eat dinner before the show and how to walk to the club. I had a problem accessing the free Wi-Fi and they gave me the code for premium Wi-Fi, no problem. We booked with the option of breakfast included and we were given the option of a wonderful buffet or cooked to order options. And our bed was comfortable.

No hot water had to take a cold shower to start a long day. No effort was made to give me anything for my inconvenience. I had a 12.00 charge from the pantry they could have at least waved that! Instead I paid full price and did not receive what I paid for.
