Fantastic hotel in the heart of Riga old town. Short walk to all destinations. Nice and cozy room with comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great place close to the city center, and the breakfast was incredible. The spa wasn’t a real spa, just a pool and a sauna. But overall a great experience

Location of hotel was good, staff were helpful. Breakfast was very expensive so we ate at the cafe at the end of the road but other than that we had an enjoyable stay.

Front desk customer service needs work. Very unfriendly looking at approaching and asking questions they look at each other before answering.
One said to be WHAT after I asked a question. No auto check out like other chain hotels had to que for 10 mins to check out. Isn’t good enough for a business hotel

Friendly and professional staff. Hotel room was very clean and bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great breakfast, very helpful staff. Super convenient for old town and transport hubs!

It was a pretty good stay, location is excellent, it is close to everything. The hotel is updated, with modern design. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing I did not like was the cold colors of the room, grey and black. These are not my colors, but it is just me. Money wise, it was totally worth it.

Bery convenient and clean, comfortable hotel! Breakfast is also excellent. Wanna stay again.

The room they first gave me was next to the washing room. I complained about this. To me, it was clear to them the room had the problem but they just wanted to give it to a young guy they thought would comply. The second room was nicer, but of course, there was a party in the swimming are. I complained about this but "nothing could be done". So my complaints: noisy and deceitful staff. Never again.

Great hotel. Room was very small and super dark. We did not have a window. The window was just to the hall in the hotel.
Toilet room also very small.
For me 4*, not 5*

Absolutely perfect location

We decided to say at the Pullman on our Riga overnight from Vilnuis. After reading the reviews after we booked - did not know what to expect . Now that we have stayed an evening we would absolutely stay again . We were greeted by very friendly front desk person. Our room was great facing the park and very clean . They had our extra bed already made up for my son and the breakfast was excellent . We loved the location - no hotel beats the quality and location in my opinion . We will stay here again . Thank You for a great stay .

Friendly, helpful staff. Great location. The room was fine but a little sterile and somewhat dark. Good shower. Breakfast is exceptional, with an extensive array of choices as well as made to order specials and a choice of mimosas, Bellinis or Bloody Marys. I have to say the “pool” is a bit strange, a shallow and narrow “lap pool”. However, I recommend a stay here.

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a great stay. Friendly staff, clean and nice rooms

There should specific instructions provided for EVERY guest with there reservation on how to get to the hotel. You cannot pull up (not even a taxi) to the front door due to check in. Just saying oarking is behind the hotel is not enough. The back door is not available when you ate bringing in luggage. The staff should specifically say that you have to navigate to the public parking lot and park BEFORE attempting to check in.

8.0 / 10.0
Really nice hotel, the service, the cleaning, the breakfast and the location.
One very strange thing ....our room had the sink&mirror in the bedroom, instead of in the bathroom. If you went to the bathroom during the night, you had to stand next to the bed and wash your hands. Very inconvenient and the one thing that make this rating go from 5/5 to 4/5.

Nice Hotel and all good, but not a ”Five star Hotel” on todays world

Great staff. Great location.

This hotel is decent enough on the inside, but the historical facade belies a mundane and sterile interior. Due to its location near the Latvian Parliament, however, check-in and parking are extremely awkward. I would never use this hotel again.

Very friendly front desk staff, very good location, very clean room, and excellent Breakfast
3.0 / 10.0
Parking was troublesome and not an easy hotel to navigate to for first timers. Police permanently block the road to / from the entrance of the hotel so you have to walk around to the entrance from behind the hotel. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, room was very noisy from the rooms above. Staff were fine and breakfast was good.

The breakfast selection was excellent. Reception and concierge were very helpful.

All the staff without exception were kind, friendly and efficient.
The property was well maintained, spotless clean and in a great location. The only downside is that it is very dark with dark walls, flooring and furniture.
As the hotel name suggests, it is in the Old Town in Riga and is very walkable to all the sights and bars and restaurants.
The pool is pretty narrow and is a tight squeeze for 2 people to pass whilst swimming. The sauna is a good size and can fit in a fair few people depending on how closely seated that you want to be.
Breakfast has lots of choice and caters for all dietary requirements. There is definitely something for everyone whether you are dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian or none of the above!
I would recommend staying here and would definitely come again.

Overall the stay was really pleasant. Staff was friendly and the location of the hotel was perfect for us.

This was an interesting stay. The room was wonderful with luxury amenities like a robe and slippers. The staff at the front desk were always attentive. However, when I tried to take advantage of some of what the hotel offered, like a massage at the spa and dinner and drinks in the restaurant I was met with…. less than luxurious responses. I was told the spa would call me as soon as they were ready and I should wait in my room, so I waited all afternoon and never got a call. Decided to brush it off despite feeling sad I got no relaxing massage and go have drinks and dinner in the upscale restaurant downstairs. Front staff told us (I thought) to wait at the door to be seated and when no one came we walked through until finding someone who told us to go back to the door. So we did. Finally asked the bartender nearby if we were at the right door and he asked why we were just standing there instead of sitting down, told us to just find a seat and someone would come over. So we did. We waited for 15 minutes and no one came. In the end we walked outside and around the corner and ate locally. It was a disappointing stay since we had purposely looked for a hotel we could just crash at in a pampered way during a long layover.

Was very nice with just a couple of items to note. Internet in the room was barely working or not working at all. I had to use the lobby to work. Mosquitoes were everywhere. In the room and the lobby! Definitely an issue. I was eaten alive! Roof top bar/restaurant service was unfriendly and unwelcoming so despite wanting to spend time there, and is a great space, we found other options with friendlier service.

We stayed at the Pullman during the midsummer celebrations. It was all very nice. The rooftop bar was very relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The TV was a bit odd. One of the channels lost the video after a few minutes and had only audio. But we were not there to watch TV, so it was not a problem. The airport shuttle was EUR 33 and well worth the price, as our flight was very early in the morning.

After four days in Riga at the Pullman old town Hotel we are very pleased! The straff is friendly, helpful and service minded. The location perfect and the room was big, well cleaned and comfy! The only thing that bothered us were the mosquitos. Make sure to use the aircondition and keep the window closed:)

The Pullman Riga Old Town is in an excellent location just on the edge of the old town. The rooms are large and excellently cared for and the staff is both friendly and accommodating. It was truly one of the best places I've ever stayed.

I stay in Pullman hotels all around the world and I have had always great experience. This property in Riga is located right in middle of oldTown Riga and it is walking distance to many of attractions and restaurants. The hotel offers Spa and roof top restaurant and has a great choice of breakfast . Staff are great and alway there to help.

Property has been renovated, that's obvious, it is very modern. But it is very dark, not sure if this was an intention.
First room we got had broken air conditioner, but the staff tried to convince us that it works ok, the air is blowing is cold enough. They offered portable air conditioner that ended up being a very small fan. After a few argument about it we were moved to a new room.
Very few windows and there not much natural lite: in the lobby and in the room where we stayed.
In the room there are too many switches, too many lights for all parts of the really small room, but even if all them are on, the room is still dark. Hair dryer was ancient and did really work.
If you leave the tip every day the cleaning staff will do much better job then without tips, kind of odd. Location is the only category I would give the hotel 5 stars.

Great location and easy walking access to old town. Good facilities in general, swimming pool really only enables 1 person to swim at any one time as it’s a long narrow pool. Rooftop bar just added. Restaurant was over priced in comparison to others in the area and food average.
Bar understaffed when we we there and barman got very stressed due to a large party wanting drinks
Generally recommended overall we had a lovely stay and rooms were comfortable and clean and very quiet!

Lovely stay for a few days in Latvia. Easy to find and very close to the centre of everything. Room was a good size and nice and clean. Everything you needed in the room. Didn't use the dining facilities but friendly staff at the bar and reception. Fruit bowl and mini meringues in reception area.
