Very nice hotel, but impossible to get a good nights sleep in the room we had because of the train running throughout the night.

Room was clean and we had easy access to downtown.

One day got back to room and temperature was 79. Not sure if housekeeper reset it back of if automatically resets but 79 in the room is too warm. Tikd no breakfast bt then told we could go across the street for breakfast. Just be consistent.

Stained bed sheets, broken bathtub, out of shampoo, soap, conditioner in amenities.

Great hotel & location was great, our air wasn’t working the first day & we moved to a different room. They handled everything well. We will definitely stay again in the future

Beautiful hotel. Great shopping. Train is a little loud at night but not too big of a deal that we would not go back. Overall loved it

specifically booked a room with a balcony. Called days prior to confirm reservation, check in time and room with a balcony and asked to have a room over the landing. Was told no guarantee w balcony over landing. Sent text making sure balcony and asked for over the landing. Checked in told had to wait room wasn’t ready, front desk person than acted like she didn’t know who we were. Asked her if room had a balcony over the landing and she said it had a balcony but not over the landing. When I told her I requested it she said they were full. Room was dirty, there was hair all over the floors, big clumps of hair and the Air conditioner was froze up, we talked to same front desk person who put us in a room with a enclosed balcony area over part of the roof. The room was dirty, no hand soap, tv remote didn’t work and the room next door was smoking weed all night. During the night that air conditioner also froze up. Next morning maintenance guy said ac unit was froze up and we needed to move rooms and said there was plenty of rooms open. Different front desk staff, got us into a very nice, newer, cleaner room with a balcony over the landing. Valet guys are great help and go out if their way to assist.

We stayed at the Hilton Promenade South Tower. While it is very convenient to Branson Landing with multiple things to do, it has its drawbacks. Parking is a block away, so if you don't pay for valet $30 a day, it is very disappointing and still $15 dollars a day to park. Our refrigerator barely cooled at all. Luckily I had a big cooler I kept filled with ice that I had to drive down the road to purchase, because, no ice machine? Breakfast and dinner is not free and while they do offer it, it is across the street at the Hilton Convention center. The room is set up to where you would have to get room service for every little thing, we didn't even have coffee, just some tea bags. These rooms are about $400 a night after tax and to me the only good thing about them is access to Branson Landing.

Overall it was very good. I would suggest a couple things: Put vending machines on each floor so we don't have to go outside to get a drink. Also, I received a text at 6:30am on a Saturday, which woke me. I really wanted to sleep in, it was a getaway from the kids for me and my hubby. I would suggest not texting that early.

I did not like the idea of me “loaning” you $200.00 because you were afraid that a married couple in their 70’s was going to damage the property.
And then not return it during checkout as told us.
Now we have to wait 3 to 5 days for reimbursement.
Shear foolishness and disrespectful

The beds were uncomfortable, squeaky and moved a lot. Loved everything else about the hotel and location.

The room was very clean and up to date. The only downside is the lights in the bathroom were all very dim, and it was extremely difficult to put on makeup.

Rooms were great Breakfast was a waste of money. Lack of staff over an hour wait for food. 20 minutes before a server came at all.

The shopping around the hotel is good. Being prepared to pay $15 a day to park there at the hotel or $30 per day for valet. Be prepared to have your room cleaned after 4pm. I had to call the front desk a few times to obtain items that were not replaced after they cleaned .. towels, toilet paper. Im not sure it was worth $300 a night.

Valet parking was great! Never try to park your own car in Branson there is limited parking.

CHECK IN IS NOW 4PM AND A LITTLE AFTER 3PM I TRIED T CHECK IN AND YOU GOING TO CHARGE ME AN XTRA $50, VERY POOR BUISNESS , AS A CUSTOMER I AM ALREADY PAYING 2X MORE THAT ANY ROOM IN THE AREA PLUS $15 A DAY TO PARK, NO ONE ELSE CHARGES ME TO PARK,

Awful from the very beginning. Check in was 3:00. Arrived around 5:00. Was told room was not ready. And they would call when was ready. And was not friendly or apologetic about it. Around 7:30 still no call. So I then called them & was told it was just now ready. Still not at all apologetic about any of it. Then finally in our room at 8:00. Window facing a pub that is open til 1:30 a.m. So could not go to sleep for the very loud music & people talking & yelling. So after all that. They still would not evan give us some kind of discount for the terrible stay. RIDICULOUS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SEEVICE

Nice hotel - either new or updated. Awesome location right in the middle of the boardwalk.
There are two seperate hotels next to each other. Ours did not have a bar. Bummer. There is a very nice steakhouse inside of it. Will stay there again.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Very old mattress. Received rude emails from a staff member when I complained about the very uncomfortable mattress. Rude staff name was Kayleigh.

It was so awesome to be able to walk out of the hotel into Branson landing, we spent a lot of our trip nearby only venturing off to see shows and shop for souvenirs.

Guarantee check in at 4pm and room wasn’t ready. They did comp our parking for the inconvenience though. Overall, it was average. Hotel is convenient but pricey.

We ran out of hot water with only two people staying in a King Suite. Shower was way too small. We stay there because of the convenience to the Branson Landing. Considering it was the 4th of July, we enjoyed being able to go back to the room and rest in the quiet here and there.
