Best Western in Pine Bluff is just what it is a room. The security door next to my room was always unlocked. Anyone could walk in. Also there was a roach in the bathroom. One of the bed rails was broken. During a college homecoming weekend they always triple the price of the rooms. Won’t stay here again!

Great breakfast included biscuits and gravy, bacon, scrambled eggs, and potatoes, in addition to the normal things most gotels have. Great service. Quiet, goood parking.

The room was clean, it was so cold in there had to turn ac off. The bed was hard! We will stay there again. The lady overnight was really nice, she did a good job

Hotel is pretty old and needs to be updated. Not terribly bad but we did not feel comfortable. Unusual smells present throughout Hotel. Next time we will stay somewhere else

The girl who is black and pregnant have calls for front desk going to voicemail while she sitting in chair playing with phone leaving them off hook also the toilet had plumbing issues we told her we had to unclog toilet on vacation smh no body should be on phone 247 at work and unprofessional rude black women serving breakfast yelled at my husband for making his own waffles need something to be done

Pool out of service, breakfast waffle iron out of service and the other options were underwhelming. Coffee was like weak tea. The room had splatters of something on almost every surface. Pillows are god awful no matter how many you get. Spend the extra $25 on another place

My room was clean. I reserved three rooms. I was in a room Fri and Sat. I asked if I could check in my other two rooms a bit early because we were going to a wedding. The staff was not at all accommodating. Also, the waffle machine was broken. The ice machine was not working. Other than that all was fine.

This is one of the best places to stay in Pine Bluff. This has become the only place I stay when visiting. Clean rooms, most staff is friendly, and breakfast provided is decent.

The only thing the pool was not wirking at all. Nasty green. Ice machine was out of order o. 3rd floor. And hole in the wall behine the stove in the room. It has gotten worse every time we have stayed there in 3 years. Fix it up or close it down. I will not be staying there again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, but there were issues with the rooms. The tv's in the first room were an issue, so we were moved. The second room didn't have hot water and the air wasn't cooling. The third room was better but there wasn't an anti slip mat for the tub and my guest nearly fell in the tub. Seeing that he is 6'3" and weighs near 300# that would have been a catastrophe. This is the first time we've been so inconvenienced and are going to likely look for other accommodations for our future trips. With all of this, we weren't even offered any kind of compensation/discount for our inconveniences.

Staff was nice. Definitely a older motel. Some were The pool was out of service, tv in room did not work, bathroom smelled a little like meldew, and it took the hot over 10 minutes to get warm in the shower.

The hotel was decent, but looks like they can't or won't implement the rules. Someone on our floor was smoking pot, the whole floor was smelling very strong. We even had to put the towel at the bottom of the room door to stop the smell coming inside. I reported the issue, they said they couldn't do anything, hence barely four stars.

Bathroom was in need of repairs. A previous guests hair was still on the shower curtain. A mouse was inside my room on the bedside dresser. At 3 am a very LOUD continuous noise started lasting 3-5 min. Unknown source. I went to the front desk rang the bell and no one was around. However, the lady that checked me and out was friendly
