What a pain to find out the reservation was not valid because it was made through hotels.com and the staff offered no support or assistance

The property despite remodeling, but it was still dilapidated, old, lack of parking, very limited surrounding restaurant, club, things to do et al.. Staff however was amazing from front desk, Valet, bell men, all extremely efficient. The only thing good about this place, room extremely small, bed in my opinion "queen size but yet claimed to be "king". bathroom too samall, does not meet the "hilton" standard.do not recommend for anyone

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at

Room was right above entrance and was very noisy. Toilet was troublesome. We found a vape pen on floor between bed and night stand. Threw it in garbage. The $25 breakfast was below par. Not everyone gets up when food is nice and new and hot. It was only 9:30am and everything was cold and had been sitting there for awhile.
Even though it wasn’t our nicest stay at a Hilton property, we still enjoyed our stay.

Overall this was a nice place to stay. Just didn’t enjoy the cobwebs between the curtains and windows and there weren’t any patio furniture.

Great overall!

For the cost I found it should have had more accommodations. No breakfast and the price for the weekend buffet at $25 per person was steep. valet parking was very expensive. For the price the room needed major upkeep. The desk was very wobbly, the cabinets had plywood showing at the baseboard and chipped paint.

$37/night for parking. Booked for 2 days but cleaning crew took all my toiletries as if i checked out. Restaurant was closed for seating. STEAK frites arrived with cold fries. Chicken Rigatoni pasta was mush. Chicken was rubbery.

The property itself is nice to look at & situated by the beautiful river and walking paths.
The price to park or have valet service is ridiculous, rooms were not cleaned or replenished, checked into a dirty bathroom other people’s hair everywhere, mold in the toilet.empty shampoo & conditioner, no complimentary coffee refilled not once!
Valet was a gong show~ could not find keys as zone guests handed keys with no tickets - double charged for valet parking when only used it 1 night for an 8 block cc was charged 47.00 USD twice!

Fun weekend getaway. Old State Capitol & good restaurants in walking distance. Nice (but small) pool deck overlooking Mississippi River. Great hotel bar.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff and very safe. I also liked that it was walkable to public parking and the riverfront. The breakfast was also amazing!

Too expensive for an overnight stay. Parking isn't provided so it cost us almost 15.00 to park across the street. Not enought ammenities provided. Didn't feel too safe, either. Staff were friendly.

I have never been treated so rudely as I was by the ladies at check in/check out. I will likely never stay at a Hilton again. The rooms need updating but the rudeness was the biggest disappointment.

I had multiple problems with my room water are not working in the bathroom leaks in the room by the bed they changed our room and the water wasn’t working in that room. I paid full price for a higher level room a better room they were supposed to adjust the pricing I was on the phone with Expedia. Expedia was on the phone with the management, but nothing got resolved even though the room I was in cost so much less than what I paid. Management assured me they would handle it. There was no adjustment made to my final bill. I never received any credit from Expedia, which was already paid so needless to say I’m very unhappy. I will not be using Expedia again or going to that hotel.

No parking except for valet....This was not convenient for all guests.

We booked an accessible room but no hand bars by the toilet. So it was not a fully accessible room. My husband had to use a rope over the top of the door then shut the door to be able to pull himself up off the toilet .

I booked a room with a River View because it was my wife’s birthday. This hotel location is fantastic. We attended a comedy show at the Manship Theatre which was less than a five minute walk from the hotel. We ate a Lloyd’s poor boy, Jolie Pearl and Little Village restaurants which all were in walking distance.

The room basically overlooked a huge car park. There was very little within walking distance and parking was a hassle. Dining options were very limited and a very small bar area.

Initially had issues with the AC not cooling. After 2.5 hours, the kind desk clerk, Katy, moved us to a different room—perfect. Bellman Herbert was super friendly and helpful. Love the historic, older aspects of the hotel. Had a river room view which was awesome!

Very good access to city core. Parking is an extra $50 per night after cost plus tax plus tip. I thought a bit steep! If your idea of casual dress is a suit and tie you’ll fit right in

Very run down room. Bathroom so small that 2 people could not fit, Shower handle about to fall off, sink barely drained, AC kept turning off throughout the night.
