Stay was good, breakfast served was good. My kid played with toys near office

The hotel was okay for one night. Nothing to rave about but it did the trick.

2 nights stay - good breakfast with real eggs, waffles. Very convenient location.

Way too overpriced for the basic accommodations. Breakfast was sub par at best. Mountain View is there but understand it is the lowest part of the white mountain range.

Very well-kept Lodge with cleanliness showing both in our room and in the lobby and breakfast room. One nice touch at breakfast was that bagels, bread, etc were individually wrapped, avoiding the usual touching by others when picking their choices. I would stay there again.

Woderful stay and great service… ambience was nice and we enjoyed a lot as a family. There is a tennis court, pool(though we wanted as an indoor, still ok), kids play area and a piano in the lobby:)

Nice stay. Room is enormous and comfortable. Extremely clean and soft surfaces updated (carpets, sofa, bed linens) though the room itself (walls, doors) are in need of a painting refresh. Behind hotel is pretty stream, gardens, chairs for sitting around fire pit. Breakfast was OK - standard eggs, sausage, breads, cereal, yogurt offerings, though the eggs were not good. Stayed one night before going to Mt Washington. Several restaurants nearby for dinner.

We were traveling through New Hampshire for the weekend and took the scenic route.
Stayed where we were near at 5pm.
It worked out well for us at this point in the season.

My family loved staying here! Cozy and clean. The location was perfect! Homemade breakfast and 24 hr coffee and tea bar. Wonderful staff. I would stay here over and over again! We are already planning a trip back. Thank you for an amazing stay and contributing to our family memories!!

1. No elevator. The other properties that don't have elevators have sent emails prior to my visit so I could request a first floor room as I am in my 70’s with arthritis.
2. Amenities state laundry facilities; washing clothing in rusted out washer isn't acceptable.
3. I checked the current price for Hotels.com. It was $80.09 less than what I was charged.
2.5
Has a lot of amenities and activities; clean and comfortable accommodations in close proximity to restaurants. Location is not far from My.Washington. Good breakfast and friendly and professional staff. Would stay again.

I originally booked this stay because of the good reviews it had as far as property condition. Now don't get me wrong, the property itself "from the outside" seems beautiful . However, the moment I stepped inside and most particularly, inside the room - I was extremely disappointed. The room smells musty which could just be the rug mixed with other factors. Because I'm extremely picky with cleanliness the first thing I did was look behind the headboard and sofabed that's side by side the bed - and the dust and dirt behind there and on top of the headboard frame was absolutely disgusting and obvious that it hasn't been cleaned for MANY months. The bed was dingy so my husband and I just put a sleeping bag on top of it and slept inside of the bag in order to avoid having to sleep on the bed sheets. The bathroom was ok but the jetted tub we thought would be a cool romantic thing to add for our anniversary, we never used because of the condition of the wall and the the tub wouldn't drain with just the shower, so I can't and don't even want to imagine the hair backup that must be clogging it. I really had high expectations but unfortunately for the money we paid to stay at such a dingy smelly room we would have been better off staying at a 5 star hotel. Because this one certainly was not even close to being worth the price we paid. Will not be staying there again but my suggestion is for property management to start making some improvements and get a little deeper on the cleaning.

It was a last minute trip and I am glad we found this little gem. The property was beautifully landscaped with flowers that was alongside the saco with chairs and fire pits to use. Our daughter loved the pool and playground on site. Staff was friendly and allowed us to even check out a little later than expected last minute just because our daughter wanted to swim before we left. Seemed to be family run, everyone helping out! would recommend.

Property is a little older but maintained quite well. Location, staff, cleanliness and accessibility to all of the area events is well worth the price. Will definitely return for the Pumpkin People in October!!

The owners think of everything. They built a nighttime fire. They even provided the s’mores sticks. Waffle maker! What more do you need. Very kid friendly! Lots to do for the kids from pool to corn hole. Onsite tennis court. Can’t say enough about this stay. Minutes from outlet shopping and more!

The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and quiet and every room has an outdoor space either a balcony or a patio. There’s a gorgeous garden, lovely pool, tennis courts, playground, and a river right on the property. Breakfast was good—Perfect for families.

Our annual family trip to Storyland was a great & relaxing trip!
We've stayed at the The Lodge At Jackson Village for the past several years. The facility is centrally located and the staff is friendly & helpful.
The facility is starting to get dated, but our room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to be on the 1st floor, but unfortunately the noises from the floor above can be easily heard. Due to its proximity to the road, you can also hear a lot of vehicle traffic, esp during late hour of the night.
Overall the positives outweigh the negatives, and we enjoyed our stay.
Looking forward to returning next year!

It had easy entry and locations into the facilities.

Clean. Close to storyland. Great for families.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful, but to have poorly dressed (in PJ's) staff is a little odd.

Clean, comfortable room. We were on the 2nd floor. No elevator. Balcony was nice with a view of a stream. Complaints: ice machine broken, no water in either of 2 slots in vending machine, eggs and potatoes at breakfast were undercooked but other breakfast offerings were good.

The property was very well maintained. The staff were very friendly. It had a beautiful outside area for the kids to play around.

Surprisingly good for the price.
Not much to see in Jackson as it is mostly a small town for hikers and tourists alike.
But this roadside motel was nice and well-located for our trips around White Mountain. There was a small fridge and a small veranda as well as two queen size beds.
We didn't use the pool or the tennis court, but others might have good use of them.
The breakfast was as expected for a motel of this type. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
For the price, this was a really good experience.

It was very clean (although the room did smell a little musty walking in) and the bed was comfortable. It’s a good, soft bed. The pillows could be a better blend of one soft and one firm and flat but both were flat. I liked the towels and the linens were fairly tasteful.
The grounds were thoughtfully designed, with beautiful flowers, a tennis court, pool, and backyard with a river as well as a fire pit and vegetable garden there. The breakfast was ok, eggs, sausage, waffles, coffee. We would definitely return again!

We stayed two nights at Jackson Village as part of our yearly summer trip to the White Mountains. This is our 6th or 7th time in NH. Each trip we stay in a different place to earn a new experience. We booked this place with high hopes and as it has accumulated good ratings. Sadly, we regret our decision. Overall experience is poor. Not worth the money spent on. The way they manage and beautify the outdoor environment is commendable. We admire that. However, they pay very little attention to the quality of service. Breakfast is the worst. Both days they had only two items. Egg and potato. They just dump store-bought COLD omelets and potato without properly warming up !!!! It was surprising to see how lazy and careless they are. Just warm it up and serve. It is a very simple step, even a very low-key motel would follow. Any B&B place has a fruit juice dispenser, here they have placed one gallon of orange juice inside the bottle cooler. That’s it. Very surprising. We paid $170 + taxes + other fees per night. Why could they not be cognizant of the quality of service and food ? Very simple step that they overlook. I wonder why. Our advice is that do not get fooled by the ratings. We would never recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely beautiful, spacious room,

This property is very well maintained, the gardens are very nice and everything looks like new.
The downside was that the in room air conditioner did not have an "Auto" fan setting, so it was on the entire time. Also, the mattress on the bed felt like it was 20 years old. It was very soft and squishy.
The people at the front desk were very nice and very friendly.

Nice location and river passing through backyard

It's a cute property but didn't like the check-in experience and that I had to use a physical key to get in and out of the room. When we checked out forgot the key with me and had to return to give them the key. The room is nice and the beds are comfortable. There are no walkable options near so we have to drive to everything

We all (group of 8 pers.) appreciated this hotel.
