The accommodation is located perfectly near the water, a supermarket is closed by and lots of cool stuff to do around. The staff is friendly, the rooms aren‘t the most well maintained but are very well equipped with a small and practical kitchenette. I would definitely recommend it when you want a clam place to sleep with a nice neighborhood!

We were only here for one night but we enjoyed our stay. Great to have a little studio with a kitchen! The only improvement we would recommend is adding anti-slip mats to the bathroom as the tub was quite slippery.

Spacious room. Great place for a first night on the way to Spain. You can easily park here despite the fact that it is close to the center. Place Stanislas is and remains a great square, an absolute must if you are in the area. There was no reception when we arrived, but getting the key went smoothly due to the excellent instruction. I would not easily choose this for a longer stay: it was a bit too basic for that. We skipped breakfast (and rightly so, when I looked around the breakfast room in the morning). I charged my EV car in the parking garage at the back of the hotel: facilities in a big city like Nancy are still very limited and charging was a hassle (in France they don't make it easy to charge quickly, very hassle with a credit card and a lot of instruction - only in French of course).

Even though the city center is only a 14-min walk, the tram was only 2 min walk away…AND FREE ON THE WEEKEND! Reception was super nice and friendly.

The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful and the hotel also offers a good breakfast and underground attached parking. We stayed one night during hot weather and our room did not have air conditioning or a fan so it was an uncomfortable night. The bedroom portion of the room was clean and in good shape but the bathroom is in need of an update as the sink had multiple stains and did not make a good impression. The property's location is within walking distance of the main sights but the line 1 street car is just a block away and very easy to use. There is also a food store right behind the hotel so it's easy to stock up on food and supplies

Convenient location within walking distance from the tourist spots. Supermarkets nearby. Although there was no air condition, an electric fan is good enough during our stay. Free parking spaces outside the hotel. Good value for money.

The apartment hotel room was larger than a regular hotel room, with more facilities. The hotel had an adequate breakfast buffet. There was reasonable space to park in the street (in addition to available underground parking). While not located in the centre of town, the walk into the centre was not long. Staff very helpful

I am accustomed to have the room and bed cleaned up daily. The room has a kitchen that initially was well prepared, but the dirty plates, cups, and so forth were not touched by the maid, and the bed was not touched. Highly unusual!

I genuinely enjoyed the "apartel" idea. It was convenient to have a fridge, burners, hot water kettle etc. the market was just a block away. All was very convenient. The room was simply but we'll appointed. I wold certainly return or try another Residhome Appart Hotel since this is a chain. Very enjoyable.

This is a great place to stay because it is quiet and a lovely walk along the canal is behind it. Accessible tram to visit the lovely downtown. You can cook your food there if you want to save $$.

The hotel was really easy to find by car with free parking in front of the hotel. The check in staff was friendly and the rooms where normal size for a 3star hotel with a nice equipt kitchen the only thing is that there is no wifi only cable internet in the room not so practical for you mobile divices but overall good hotel that I would recommend

Stop over in hotel in Bensheim as couple with dog. Hotel is new, in a business park in a suburb of Bensheim. Good buffet breakfast with bacon and eggs. Welcome bottle of water in room. Airco, overall pleasant.

Quick check in with thorough instructions by reception. WiFi strong and reliable. We didn't eat breakfast in the breakfast room, but with a full service grocery store only a block away, we chose to prepare our meals in the kitchenette, which was supplied w/ all the basics needed, including microwave, refridgerator, and two burner stove top. The description on the website is accurate. The tram from the train station stops no more than two blocks away. HINT: fold away the bed back into a couch in the morning / makes the room seem twice as big for daytime activities. The city offers a variety of gardens and architecture, including the magnificent Stanislas square / UNESCO designated and for good reason.

While traveling in France, we always try to stay at the Residhome hotel chain, because they are consistent in size of the room, cleanliness of the room, and have a kitchen to save on meal costs. Residhome Appart Hotel Nancy Lorraine had parking and you could walk to the attractions at Place Stanislas. Recommended.

The hotel is quiet. My room had a large window and the floor to ceiling door, both of which opened so ventilation was good. There was also climate control and a large fan in the room. I did not need these in September. The kitchenette in my room was well equipped (fridge with ice box, 2 ring hob, microwave, saucepans, plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery). The hotel provides a very good buffet breakfast for 9 euros - good value if you have time - I didn't. This hotel is extremely good value and convenient. If you want your room cleaned, this costs extra.

This hotel is a pleasant 10 minute walk from Nancy centre. it is very convenient with easy parking outside (no need to pay) and a good Leclerc supermarket open until 7.30pm two minutes away. I booked a studio room for my wife and me which we thought was well thought out. We found the bed comfortable and the room had adequate space when the bed was folded to a sofa. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. My only criticism would be that the nights we stayed the temperature was 32c plus and the rooms do not have A/C. However, given the low prices for rooms, this is not unreasonable. A big plus, the breakfast is excellent. Fresh made pain de tradition, good ham, eggs, still warm croissant from the local boulangerie. As good a continental breakfast as I've had in hotels of four times the price. I'll be using other Residhomes in France.
