Pretty noisy hearing and drapes didn’t close well

A very nice, quiet, friendly place. The beds need better mattresses. The bathroom fixtures don't work very well.

Our room was spacious, though basic. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, and you're right on the water. There is a washer and dryer available on each floor, very inexpensive. The ladies at reception were very helpful and fun.

Front desk service is top notch ~ genuinely warm and friendly; they are also accommodating for those traveling with dogs. There are poop bags, treats, bowls, and a small bed in the room. Dogs are even allowed in the café.
My room was absolutely spotless.

Beautiful hotel right on the ocean. Wonderful restaurants adjacent to property. Great place to stay.

The check in staff were not as well trained in customer service. This was disappointing because it was such a well appointed hotel. Due to a booking error, the staff could have easily resolved the issue, instead created a larger issue. This was a disappointment. The rooms were exquisite, the hotel exceptionally clean, the food wonderful.

The property itself was excellent. The ocean views stunning. The hotel was kept to exceptional levels, clear taking pride in the appearance. The staff at check in however was uncomfortable. An issue that was neither the fault of myself or the hotel became very uncomfortable. It was exacerbated by the staff who clearly struggled with customer service. And despite an enjoyable stay, this tarnished the hotel experience for our stay. My request is that the staff receive some additional support in how to manage challenges without confrontational language.

A lovely few days for a cousin's holiday. We had ocean view rooms which were lovely and well equipped. Nice walkways around the property and a great restaurant 5min walk away. Like the in room fridge/coffee and fresh cream in the fridge even though I brought my own. Bathroom was nicely appointed, although I would have appreciated a handheld shower option (just my personal opinion) as it makes it easier to have a shower without getting your hair wet. There was no shower cap available, although I did see some in the maintenance cart. Great visit though.

Fantastic hotel! I wouldn't stay anywhere else if in Sidney. So close to the airport, yet no airplanes in sight. Get a bay view room. Dining options in the area are galore, but go to the restaurant adjacent to the hotel, it has the best seafood in the area. Craft beer selection is phenomenal. Walk to see the water and the mountains after that. The room resembled Icelandic minimalism, so very cool! 5 stars

We had a quick one night stay in a 2 queen bed room. Room was a good size with nice patio. Well equipped with robes, slippers, wine glasses, corkscrew. Nice area for walks along the shore, and close to good restaurants. Great large tub for anyone who enjoys a good soak. Will definitely stay again.

A beautiful place right by the sea, lovely, sweet, friendly staff, everything one needs. Everything is close by including grocery store right across the street. Just a gentle, quiet, serene location.

Dry convenient location. We were there Thursday night and wandered through the Sidney evening market after a great meal at the 10 Acres restaurant in the hotel.

Our absolute favorite stay of our 8’day epic NW tour. I wish we had booked 2 nights. You could throw a rock and hit the sea. Amazing balcony view and a place across the street where clams and scallops and mussels were so cheap we had to ask if the bill was wrong. The spa was such a nice surprise and the hotel is like new (unexpected for a sleepy seaside town). The two women checking us in though - they were so awesome it made me want to work there. Parking is super easy and plan on relaxing when you come because this is a place to slow down and enjoy the sea. Even my teenagers who are impossible to impress said this was their favorite stop-and I spent thousands on hotels in downtown Seattle and Vancouver on this trip.

Very nice hotel, not exceptional, however. Overpriced for a decent room. Very nice view. We liked being out of Victoria in a much quieter town- easy drive in to the city.
