The hotel is bike friendly. We checked into the hotel after a long day biking in the rain. They have a lovely sauna, breakfast was really good, washing facilities and a great bar too. The room had beds that were too soft to our liking but that is the only complaint. Our building looked extremely new and we are already talking about a trip again this winter!! Oh and you can walk to the grocery store in 5 minutes and other restaurants if you wish.

It serves the purpose for one or a few nights only. The hotel is a bit old, and consists of several buildings. The room comfort is just ok, but clean, and I slept well. Nothing fancy. Lot of tourists. Breakfast was good.

It was fine. Nice apartments with private sauna. Maybe a little dated but perfectly nice.

Arrived after reception closed and received arrival instructions and everything went smoothly. Got into the room and noticed it was not like in the pictures. Had reserved a Holiday apartment. The building looked new but the room looked like it was 20 years old. Huge hole in the curtain, holes in the sofa. Floor was tile and freezing. The countertops and oven were old and nothing like the pictures. In some other country this might be fine but in Finland this is a ripoff..when I mentioned that the room did not look like the pictures the employee said that yes it is unfortunate they have taken pictures from different apartments. To me this is a scam. If the reception would have been open I would have demanded a new room. Breakfast was not the best and it really would not hurt to renovate the main building but like many hotels in Finland, they are just left to fade away slowly.

Apartment itself was pretty nice and functional, however the environment of the apartment is not too cozy... We had our small puppy with us and extra cost for pet was 35€. I think this is way too much for one night stay and that’s why I can’t recommend staying here if you are with pet and having short stay. Total price, almost 200€ for one night stay was way too much.

The hotel was well situated. And staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was a little dated. We stayed in February and although outside it was minus 34 degrees the hotel was far too hot indoors. We turned our radiators off! Bathroom needed some TLC as it the grouting was black in places. Couldn't connect to wifi in our room. Maid service not very good, in fact they only came into our room one day out of 4 and it appeared to be a token gesture, slipshod at best. However, the breakfast is superb, everything you could ever want is there to be had. It is set in a lovely spot and there are pubs and cafes close by to suit all tastes. All activities are close at hand.

Room was clean and the breakfast was good. However the hotel could use renovation and the room's soundproofing was bad. For the price it's fine but don't expect anything luxurious.
