Very comfortable and cozy stay for a getaway!

It was very nice. Liked the view and atmosphere, it was the perfect hotel to get to the us bank

It started out slow. Valaid parking was a little slow and the front desk took a some time to get checking in. How they staff came on strong and finished well

Good location nice

The door to the bathroom was the stupidest setup i have ever seen. If they had installed a barn door or pocket door it would have been ideal. The door only opens halfway which requires you to stand superclose to the shower then close the door to access toilet. Super small bathroom and a little outdated for a pricey room

I recently stayed at The Westin Minneapolis for two nights and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. While the staff was very accommodating when I fell ill—promptly providing extra pillows, fresh towels, and a mop to clean the bathroom—the rest of my stay was far less positive.
When I booked through Hotels.com, I opted for a breakfast credit. However, the restaurant had very limited options, and no gluten-free choices, which was frustrating. Additionally, I was charged for breakfast on the first day, even with the credit, and discovered on the second day that the hotel does not honor the credit. I had to reach out to Hotels.com to address this, which was an inconvenience.
Parking fees were also misleading. I was told it would be $32 per night, but when I checked my bill, I was charged $35 plus tax per night. This miscommunication was frustrating and felt deceptive.
Lastly, the hotel appeared understaffed during my stay, with several wedding parties happening at the same time. It took much longer than expected to get answers or assistance, leaving me feeling like the hotel couldn’t keep up with its guests.
Overall, while there were some positives, the lack of proper service and communication made for an unpleasant stay.

There were not many amenities. For the price of the room, I anticipated having access to room service, parking, and free wifi, which was not the case. It was a pleasant stay, but I was hoping for more considering the price.

I felt the stay wasn’t a 4 star experience. Everything was mediocre and service was slow. Next time will try any of the neighboring competitors rather than choosing Westin again.

Dining service was ok but seemed a bit unorganized

Excellent hotel!

Great place to stay.

The pictures of a Grand room didn't match anything like what we got. I expected more than one high window in the room and seating for more than one person. Toilets are not friendly to taller people or with some physical limitations. Industry problem apparently.

Amazing staff and beautiful hotel.

The bathroom door touches the toilet bowl that's how small the bathroom is. Sink in bedroom, no valet 5 days of the week and the streets are filled with homeless and addicts. I'm sure it was once a great city. This property is soulless.

Great stay. Cable TV and wi-fi didn't work. Otherwise good experience.

Great location for baseball stadium and great bar/lobby area
3.0
We loved the bank building, lobby and common areas, and location of the hotel. We have been long time fans of the Westin experience and the building/location definitely met our expectations. We love walking into a guest room to find a wonderfully made bed, good smells and a sense of luxury. At this location found the guest room experience in room 509 very underwhelming. The seat of the desk chair was very worn, the bed was sloppily made and the duvet cover was frayed. There was dirt stuck on the sink and we got an overall feeling of uncleanliness.
We came for a couples night away and wished for a better experience. Without learning about more focus on delivering the consistent Westin experience we are used to at this location, we would not choose to return.

Great location. Would have like more dining options in hotel. Service was lacking in dining area.
2.5
Beautiful property large room easy access to light rail line and everything downtown. Felt privileged to get to stay there.

The property was safe. Front desk staff was nice.
The pull out bed was broken. The mattress was black stained and gross. There was glass under the dresser where it was clearly swept under. One housekeeper was rude.

Nice to have Starbucks inside the hotel, great workout room and very convenient for Target Center event

Severely understaffed, affecting all services.

Elegant hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Great because it was close to Target center where we went Olympic trial gymnastics. Poor because the sofa bed springs were broken & could barely be slept on. Overall a very nice hotel.
5.0
Nice property, much larger than I expected. We picked it to be in walking distance from US Bank Stadium - a short 15 minutes. We felt safe in the area, entrances and elevators were secure. Room was very clean and well maintained, and our floor was nice and quiet.

I did not get city views as paid for.

This is a super cool property (renovated gorgeous art deco bank) in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. The bar downstairs is classy, fun, and has delicious cocktails. Our room was so quiet and so comfortable - would stay here again and also recommend to friends!

We stayed in a suite and it was just perfect. Loved how big the space was and the hotel itself was nice and quiet.
