The room we were put in smelled old n musty, maybe even a mold issue going on. The ceiling looked like it had a water leak and it may have been repaired but it was definitely noticeable. The living room chair was broke the kitchen table needs replaced and the handicap shower sucked as we had a hard time working it. Beds were clean and comfortable though. All in all this hotel needs an update room by room.

The room was supposed to sleep six people the beds were great but the pull out couch the mattress was awful dirty springs poking through it I had to take the cushions off the couch and the chair and put it on top of the mattress to make a bed out of it for the kids if two adults stayed in that that wouldn't have been comfortable also I had hidden charges fees at the end your company didn't tell me that.

Very outdated, our room had cracked floors. The lamps were not dusted. Had razor head trash behind dresser. Old springy beds. Was expecting better comfort and cleanliness for the price we paid to stay here.

The bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived at 3:00 pm notified front desk and repairman not available until the next morning. The bathtub had a black stain and was told it was the rippled effect on the tub design that made it hard to clean . The grout on the bathroom floor was black

Property is starting to age. It’s as clean as I’d prefer. Stains in the tub. Things you touch like thermostat were quite dirty. With that said the bed, carpet Ect were in very good shape.

Came in to Pocatello for an interview and the front desk attendant was very hospitable and offered assistance for anything to help me be successful. Her positivity and energy was very much appreciated!

I had a quick one night stay in a 1st floor king suite room. The hotel staff were very friendly and nice, she gave me advice on local eateries and even a coupon for a couple restaurants in town. Hotel is in okay shape, needs some TLC. Wasnt a bad stay overall othen the bed being super uncomfortable. I am not picky and have slept on some hard surfaces in my day but this bed was just as comfortable as the floor would have been. Replace the mattress and i would have no complaints.

The woman who checked us in was very professional and personable. She seemed to truly care about our comfort while staying. The only thing to say was kind of icky was the kitchen countertop, which was dirty when wiped.

Room and service is great. Everyone is friendly. My only complaint is Hotel.com stated pet friendly but did not say there was pet fee. The hotel did not charge me the full $100 but did charge $60. Note to check out hotel website for pet fees. My first time taling my two miniature dogs so I learned a lesson there. The breakfast was good and rest of experience was great. I will be back

This is an old Marriott, so it won’t have the fancy amenities or outlets, good lighting, etc. However, the location is great, staff was friendly and helpful but the beds are old and the springs can be felt through the mattress. A first for me at a Marriott! Hairdryer was broken and the hand held accessible shower head came apart in the middle of the shower, so it’s a good thing the shampoo was already rinsed out of my hair. Staff apologized, but no real offer to do anything to make up for the drama of our one night stay.

Convenient to a great restaurant, easy access to in & out with a pet. Room condition, mainly the bathroom was poor. Large cracked toilet bowl which appeared glued. Hair Conditioner & Body Shampoo broken off wall. Carpet, floor & dishes dirty

The hotel team, from front desk, to housekeeping, to maintenance was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating! Unfortunately, the upkeep, cleanliness, and attention to detail were not on par with what I've come to expect from Marriott. It wasn't terrible, just more like what you might expect from less reputable chains. For example, the bottom of the bathtub was stained gray and the corners of the shower had mildew and buildup. There were no luggage racks in the closets, so we put our suitcases on the floor and there was no bedding for the sofa bed, so we had to call for some at a late hour (which the wonderful night clerk delivered quickly and cheerfully). Again, no egregious flaws, just not the attention to detail that I'm accustomed to at Marriott and similarly priced properties.
