Fantastic Hotel , location ,staff , particularly at check in receptionist name was Georgina she was exceptional, However , the concerge desk in the lobby were most unhelpful & not obliging , we had two occasions to deal with them very unhelpful & dismissive actually rude , the receptionist staff took over & our request was granted but only because of the Receptionist . Concierge staff need new training

This is an amazing property to stay at if visiting Dubai. Its in a convenient location to the airport and attractions. Download the careem app and you will enjoy discount locsl rates on taxi service. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing. They kept my room clean and provided exceptional hospitality. I would definitely stsy here again.

Great hotel. A bit off from the hustle and bustle of Dubai which you really feel during rush hour but the hotel itself is very nice from the room to the all the common areas and really liked that the hotel is connected to the festival city mall which is very large and nice.

We stayed at the hotel for 14 days. Service was outstanding with minute attention to detail! We were treated like VIPs throughout our stay! The restaurant Anise offers excellent choices. The service was excellent. Two staff members at the Anise restaurant stood out as the perfect hosts. They went beyond the call of duty to ensure we were served well: Ms Dinesha and Mr. Himanshu. I would also thank their supervisor whom I forgot her name. Thank you again for a memorable stay!

The staff at the executive lounge were fantastic and the food quality superb, In particular the response into our requests was very prompt and profession The cuisine was amazing the whole stay was perfect a memorable experience, special thanks to Calvin and Ali for the amazing hospitality and their knowledge on meals delivery as the cocktails of Ali's creation, very special experience.

Ratio of price/benefits/experience tgis hotel has been one of the worst. I can say that the only employee that really listen and tried to helped me for a request lf late check out was Michale. Two ladies I spoke at the front desk before should work collecting trash and not helping customers at a 5 star hotel..

I’ve been in over a hundred 5 star hotels in my life. InterContinental Dubai Festival City Hotel is the best by all means. I strongly recommend this hotel. The hotel staff are very welcoming. Special thanks to Wadeh and Michael in the reception. The hotel is super clean and the food is yummy

The property used to be awesome! It now it shows it’s age No more bed turn down service and the hotel do not consider your requests for late check out even when you offer to pay Also the hotel is overwhelmed by huge tour groups and they are clearly under staffed! Their famous pool is also on full renovation so I need to go the far inferior Crowne Plaza pool! I wish they can get back to the old days or rather consider dropping one star from their rating because they are for sure not offering a five star level quality service! Best regards.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel as we were passing thru Dubai on our way to Europe and stayed another 2 nights at this same hotel while on our way back home! I must say this one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! The restaurants at the hotel are also outstanding in food quality! It is also a very short distance to the airport and cabs are always available at the hotel!
