It was great we will be staying at the embassy again. The tickets and breakfast was amazing…

Hotel is overpriced for old furniture and couches that sink In.
Parking is 12 dollars which is ridiculous when already paying to stay at the hotel where else are we suppose to park?
Guest service when checking is seem uninterested and didn’t emphasis that happy hour started at 5 am, or how to use the punch card. Please have personal hotspot unless you want to pay an additional 11 for wifi.

Stayed for a friends wedding weekend and overall really enjoyed our stay. The first night we were there we did go to the restaurant downstairs and sat for about 30 minutes with no service however and there was still an hour and a half before it closed and the server walked by multiple times and didn’t even come over once so we left and got something else to eat. Other than that we loved our experience.

The rooms are very dated. Mattresses were horrible. One of the bed spreads had stuff smeared on it, like that bed had not been changed with new bedding. When we pulled out the couch bed, it still had dirty sheets covered in crumbs from the previous guests. For breakfast all the bacon and sausage was behind the counter in the omelet line, but line was so long and slow! We ended up eating scrambled eggs and cereal. Not impressed and will not be staying here again.

The bar wasn’t open past 10:00 p.m. The cafe is open till 10:00 p.m. and we got back to the hotel and wanted to order food about 9:25 p.m. and the hostess/waitress said their last call was 9:30 p.m. and we could only order something that was easy. I got a chicken quesadilla and it was wonderful but my husband wasn’t able to get anything because he wanted a meal. Little disappointed.

Upon arrival, found our room lights/bedroom TV/thermostat did NOT work. Attempted to call the front desk, but NO ANSWER at 6:30pm. Called the main Hilton number and was transferred to front desk, where I indicated that either someone needed to come up and assess problem OR given another room. Had to go all the way back down to pick up keys. In the meantime, engineering came up and fixed the blown fuse and repaired the issue. Stayed in the initial room. No one on Wednesday made an offer to compensate me for the extreme frustration and inconvenience. I spoke with the manager, Kyle on Thursday who indicated that he would be willing to compensate me in some way. Will contact him back to see what can be done for me. The rest of the stay went well. Bedding needs to be replaced - mattress too soft, causing back pain for me and my partner.

Rap music, with every other word being a curse word, playing super loud around property and at happy hour. People constantly roaming around property at all hours making our family feel unsafe when entering at night.

I was not aware of paying extra for parking and had a negative experience with a housekeeper that should not have escalated unprofessionally. Overall staff were polite, food was excellent.

Rooms need a refresh. Tub caulk was gross. No USBs in room. Out of ice on every floor. Ran out of coffee and soda. ATM ran out of money and hadn’t be replenished by our departure. 30-minute wait for happy hour drinks. Check in staff very dismissive. And a fee for parking that apparently no one paid except me, at the insistence of the check-in person.

I could have done without the 5 am false fire alarm. I am recovering from knee surgery & we were on the 6th floor. Another gentleman (elderly) in our wedding party group could not get down the steps, so he & his son in law had to sit in the hallway on that floor.

A short circuit caused the fire alarms to go off continuously from 2 am until 4 am on a Monday night. The staff told us no discount would be offered because “the fire alarms worked which is for the safety of the guests” - someone might want to explain to their management that a short circuit = not working. Needless to say, their malfunctioning safety equipment severely impacted the next day for myself and every other guest I spoke to.

I booked this property fir the pool for my dsuggter birthday and get there to check-in and pool was closed. Then at about 2am, alarms woke us up out of our sleep and ww had to leave room and go outside. After approximately 15 minutes, we were allowed to go back in our rooms. Approximately 20 minutes later, the alarms ring again and we had to leave our room again. Again, approximately 20 minutes later, we were allowed to go back in the room. Again m, the alarm rings briefly and shuts off.

Our bedroom had many things in disrepair. The light switch in the bathroom didn't work properly. The thermostat was hanging off the wall by wire. The caulk in the bathroom has a mess. The tile floor was worn down through the decorative layer. The shower floor was also worn through. Everything need an update and refresh. Had we been staying more than one night, I would asked for a different room. With two young kids, it wasn't worth the hassel to move rooms when they needed to get dinner and go to bed.

A dog had just peed in one of the elevators when I was trying to go to my room. Stains throughout carpet in room. At some point, the matt in the bathtub had been taken out leaving unsightly marks. I imagine when just opened, this was a very nice property. A number of parties were occurring, on a Saturday night, which I suppose is to be expected. Fire alarm went off at approximately 3:00 AM. When I asked for a late departure as a result, I was told it would be $25.00. While I am not coming back, it would be interesting to see where things stand in a year or so.

Free Breakfast was excellent. Accommodations were fine.
The big negative was the fire alarm going off at 5:00 am on Sunday morning. It was a false alarm and major mistake.
I'm 86 years old, and retired from a career as a Chemical Engineer and then Safety Director for North American operations of an International Chemical company.
Embassy Suites needs to review and revise their triggers for what constitutes a big enough hazard to activate a total evacuation. An evacuation creates risks of its own, including heart attacks, falls on stairs, etc.
When I came out of my room after the alarm, I looked over the railing and saw no smoke, fire or other obvious hazards. I told my son - "Somethings not right here." I didn't feel any urgency to find an emergency stairwell exit that wasn't suffering a backup at the time.
After we were allowed back into the building, one person in the elevator said that she'd heard that it was a small fire or something in the kitchen that prompted the alarm.
When I went down for breakfast, I didn't see any evidence of smoke stains or burn marks above the grille area or nearby. When I asked the cooks at the grille what happened, one said it was a small valve problem or something to that effect, without being too specific. Obviously not something that threatened all the overnight residents of the entire hotel or even a nearby portion of the hotel. Earlier, when outside, I asked one of the firemen by the fire engine if this was a drill, ..

The cleaning of the hotel was awful. The room was covered in spiderwebs, and the bathroom was never washed. The bathtub was filthy with built-up dirt and hair. The bedding was not clean and smelled like urine.

Jennifer at front desk was horribly rude and very unprofessional checking us in. I had to call my bank because of the way we were being charged deposits and she was rude because she said she was being inconvenienced and we should of taken care of this before our stay. I did not know that my bank would not authorize different deposits at the sametime. We will never stay there again because of how rude she was. My granddaughter has autism and she was so upset by the time we got in the room she just wanted to go home and not even stay it took me over an hour to calm her down. she can't take confortation and Jennifer's attitude was more than she could take. Also, we had kids knocking on our door and walls and it took over a half hour for someone to put a stop to it after we called the front desk three times. The air in the room had to be turned down to 55 before it cooled the room at all. two lights didn't work. we called three times to get clean sheets for the hide a bed and no one ever came so my grand son slept on the couch without making it out. unacceptable.

Our room was disgusting. A million different stains all over the floor, carpet felt almost wet/damp. I didn't even want to walk on the floor without shoes on and having little kids with made me want to barf thinking about them playing on the floor. Went to pull the pull out bed out and the cover had blood stains on it... And pulled it off to go tell front desk and mattress had huge huge stain on it. Husband went down to tell them and they luckily just said let's switch you rooms. New room was better but still kinda eh. Definitely everything is way outdated and kinda dirty. Won't stay here again.

I was happy with my stay. My family and i stayed for one night. My little kiddos loved the pool, which seemed clean to us. It was very busy as there was a bunch of travel baseball families. The facility seemed dated, however. Not necessarily a bad thing, but a remodel should be in their future. Upon arrivale our room was clean enough. We found debris on the floor (food) but nothing we could throw away ourselves. The water fixture on the ceiling (for fires) had come loose and was in pieces in the bathroom. The blackout curtain in the bedroom was broken but still did the job. It smelled clean and i didnt see hair on/in the bed or shower. We would stay here again.
