Clean, comfortable and affordable. Everyone was polite and helpful. One employee who we think went above and beyond; The lady who works the breakfast bar, she was amazing, all by herself too. She was everywhere, cleaning tables, resupplying the food items, etc.

Always love to stay at this hotel when we are in town. Front desk staff is always friendly. The facilities including the pool and exercise room are clean and easily accessible. The buffet breakfast offers so many choices from cereals to sausage and eggs. They even offered carnitas, tortillas and sausage. The employees were so nice as well. They work so hard to ensure there is plenty of food on a very busy morning. You can tell this hotel is very well managed and staff cares about the guests.

The room was clean and well appointed with kitchenware. I reported a few things to the front desk like dead batteries in one of the tv remotes, a detached soap dispenser in the shower, a missing sheer curtain on a window and a hanging light bulb in the full sized fridge. Loved that the fridge was full sized. All items were repaired that same day except we didn’t get the sheer for the window facing the parking lot. That was a bummer since it’s “hello people” or the black out curtain. The breakfast was really good each day. Special fresh Mexican dishes like carnitas and tortillas with salsa, crema, etc. in addition to the standard waffles, sweet rolls, fruit, scrambled eggs. They even had chicken sausage and seasoned potatoes. Breakfast was a big step up from what I’m used to at other hotels.

We loved everything about our stay except that my daughter has a habit of taking off her rings when she gets in water of any kind and lost two rings by the hot tub. One was personalized with her babies names on it. We were sad someone wouldn’t turn that in. Other than that, everything about the stay was amazing.

This is our second time we stayed here for our son soccer tournament we love the hotel due to the suites and own kitchen and the breakfast is great have variety for the kids . We really loved the service that Virginia from the breakfast area did she was on top of everything makeling sure everything was stock . Very great worker and super kind

Loved the free wifi and parking. Very close to Lego Land. They also had a reception dinner going on when we checked in (Wednesdays); which was free for all guests. The downside to the room was the showers (shower head and faucet were old, sealing was worn out) and refrigerator/freezer (both started defrosting on our 2nd night. Luckily we didn’t have much food, so nothing went bad.

Stayed here with the family for our Legoland trip. Hotel is very clean. The pool is small but perfect for families with kids. The free breakfast is great! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Furniture is very worn. Couch and dinning room chairs sink in the moment you sit down. We had ants in our room! My husband called the front desk and they did send someone to clean it up, but the ants kept coming.

Bed was so uncomfortable- the head part was tilting backwards. Couldn't wait to leave. Room service only on request- I waited for towels, pillows and t/p for over an hour. Just not what I was expecting

Our family had a wonderful time here. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. My 5 year old grandson loved the spa and our suite was very comfortable for all 4 of us. The location was perfect because our main part of our vacation was Legoland which was down the street. The breakfast had a large variety of food for everyone.

Rating 2.5 Stars Room - looked ok, had double king beds living room and small kitchen. The guy looked rather old and couch material was rough and uncomfortable, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the room had 3 tvs all somewhat small, The bathrooms wallpaper was peeling off as well the light fixture in the bathroom was full of rust, the caulking around the tub was missing in some areas and looked like mold was growing, the shower head wasn’t centered and off to the left near the wall and the shower head was very stiff to move in order to attempt to center it. The toilet barely flushed to say the least. Carpet looked dirty and outdated. The refrigerator and kitchen appliances were all working. Check in - The checking was rather fast and easy as well as checkout, the staff were friendly and were attentive to any issues, Free Breakfast - Breakfast was good and balanced, plenty of items to choose from, it is very crowded though and the self serve area is quite small and have to maneuver your way to get a plate but your allowed to take your plate to your room which was good. Parking - The parking spaces are rather small especially if you drive a larger vehicle but they have plenty of exits and alternate areas to access the hotel which was convenient, Having multiple areas to park in based off the location of your room was really nice and convenient. Fitness Room- 2 treadmills ,1 bike and free weights, no fans or ac which was the worse part, windows were open, not enough

Beautiful and accessible area! The beach was only seven minutes away from the hotel. The receptionists and kitchen staff were nice and welcoming. Great family environment.

The lobby and breakfast area were nice. The employees were nice and helpful and the breakfast was great and the staff preparing and keeping up with the breakfast crowd were great. The rooms left a lot to be desired, the beds were terrible, the linens were awful, clean towels were not completely dried. The sofa looks like it was chewed by dog, the arms of chair at the desk was all peeled off. Definitely not up to standards at all.
