The toilet was broke the entertainment center was supported by phone books to level it out and they couldn't find my reservation but other than those few things it wasn't that bad of a stay

It was affordable priced and had the basics needed. Would have been nice to have not been used by a smoker. Also no Kleenex provided and requested it two times. Staff was nice

I booked 2 beds, lady said no you didn't and nothing i can do about it. Had to leave a day early and no money was refunded. Place is falling apart, porch lights flicker all night. Was not a fun experience as a whole

Terrible! The rooms are in desperate need of repair. The whole building looks as if it needs dozed over. The office looks okay and that’s what you see in the advertisement. The actual motel is a separate building. The electrical outlets were exposed. The room was nasty. Worn out bedding. It advertises free breakfast, but there was no such thing…not even coffee! The price is good, but I don’t recommend it.

Very old motel. Needed some updates. It was very clean though. Bed was very comfortable. We had no washcloths the first night.

One major problem - My reservation showed the address as Hutchinson. It was actually South Hutchinson. There is an identical address in both, but I had to call for directions when my Garmin took us to the wrong place.

Toilet didn’t flush. The room was so dusty I couldn’t breathe. Called front desk for a question, said they call me back with the answer,,, no call back!

Small room with a loud air conditioner. Grass outside room had burrs in. Room was dusty like it had not been used in awhile

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Future out of town trips I will be staying here again

while I obviously wasn’t expecting a 5 star star, this hotel lacked everything. From doors I literally had to shoulder to deadbolt, the paint missing off the walls to the cable wires hanging along the wall and not to mention NO windows. I reserved a non smoking room and was informed that was the room I got. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It felt unsafe with people coming and going all hours of the night and there is NO amenities

Funky construction, cheap mismatched crummy tile work, floors, paint, and countertops, filthy rug, dirt in all the corners, scared there might be bugs, staff made me pay $10 pet fee in cash to avoid ccd fees so I had to drive to atm which cost me $5 in atm fee to get cash, room was freezing and super loud heater. Crummy fluorescent lighting. Room smelled like rotting matter.

The problem I had was the smell!!! It smelled like a breeding ground for dogs!!! Absolutely horrendous!!!

Hotel appeared to be a little run down. AC/Heat unit was a little loud. Shower curtain had spots on it and the towels, while clean were stained.

We got there at 5:00 p.m. and had to bang on the door and ring the bell for a minute or 2 to have them open the door so we could check in. They said it's a walking area and if no one is in the office, people will come in and steal milk, honeybuns, etc. out of the refrigerator and flee. The room was very dark--dark carpet. AC had not been turned on in advance as it was over a 100 degrees that day, so took a while to cool room down. The room had been painted and paint slopped on the trim. King size bed was so that if my spouse moved it woke me--if I moved, I woke her. I won't be back......................

First impression was the hotel clerk walking to the front counter in a greasy shirt, shorts and dirty appearance. I was very tempted to walk away less the cost of the hotel booked through expedia and go somewhere else. While the lobby building is new, the hotel itself is rundown and in need of maintenance. The walls were filthy. The tall lamp was coated with dirt. The air smelled of heavy air freshener trying to mask other smells. There was a 3" hole above the AC unit that went through the wall and could be seen from the outside. The thought of getting under the sheets were scary. My son and I stay on top of the sheets but under the blanket. I will never stay at this hotel again. When it is stated in the hotel rules that the hotel is not responsible for bites, take WARNING! Make no mistake, this is a rent by the hour hotel with free adult movies. Thankfully, it was only for one night. My son and I celebrated when we left the hotel the next morning! If negative ratings could be available, it would be a -2 out of 5! Do not let the online photos deceive you.
