Unfortunately, you and your employees had problems finding my prepaid booking via Hotels.com. There were also problems again when we left. This was very annoying and cost me a lot of time personally.

As an IHG membre i couldnot delay check out beyond 2 pm, despit it was low season. Nearby hotels gave me up to 5 pm sometimes however the lady in reception was strict about that and i understand.

Crowne Plaza Festival City was great! I enjoyed my stay & so convenient to the mall nearby. I had a very nice view overlooking the city & waterfront. There were different sizes of swimming pools spread out which overlooks the water & city landscape. At night you can go downstairs & enjoy a meal or outdoor seating with a big flat screen tv. It’s nice & relaxing. The room was very comfortable; clean & I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast included hot & cold meals & you can get latte, cappuccino's. There’s a nice walkway with a view & festival city mall was easy to walk around. It’s not as big as the other malls but it’s convenient to its hotel proximity. It has a view. Just take a taxi & you’re on your way to explore the highlights of Dubai💫

The hotel needs to upgrade few things as soon as possible 1- breakfast chef’s need to be changed as variety’s and quality of food is poor 2- water pressure at the toilet needs to be fixed as it’s low and toilet siphon needs to either fixed or changed ! Most of times very difficult to operate 3- WiFi must be upgraded

I liked everything about the hotel. The only concern I had was the humidity in my room. Despite AC being on the whole day the bed and clothes were a bit sticky/humid. But this was not a big problem, just a possible improvement. Overall a great experience and very nice dining and shopping just nearby without having to walk outside.

From the moment the storm began, the Crowne Plaza team sprang into action to ensure all guests felt safe and comfortable. Their proactive measures and efficient handling of the situation minimized disruptions and maintained a calm atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating, promptly responding to any concerns and providing regular updates about the weather and services available. Their friendly and composed demeanor made a significant difference in managing the stress of the situation. The waterfront view was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was amazing and staff members throughout the hotel and the adjacent hotel were pleasant and helpful. Walking inside to the mall was a short stroll. In its category, this is a fine hotel for families and excellent to take a few days en route to another destination as its location near the airport is handy. Be aware the shuttle works only for T1. And note too that the “free 10k surrounding area shuttle” no longer operates though taxis arrive soon after a request, which the hotel staff facilitates. Would recommend updating the website about that. However, would recommend soundproofing of some kind around the connecting doors as screaming could be heard from an adjacent room. Otherwise it was quiet and peaceful. A happy time.

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable, breakfast is highly recommended, mostly very quiet — but if you have a noisy neighbor they can be heard through the connecting door only. The taxi ride is short from the airport though a shuttle is available from T1. The adjacent mall is a short walk away inside and even offers a dental office with excellent service.

cleanliness, friendly staff and very helpful in booking for taxi. The breakfast buffet has a variety foods.... Chef Terry is very polite to greet us and spent a few minutes to his fellow countryman. We are greatful for the service in helping our luggage safe and for the exact weight allowed in the flight. over all an excellent hotel and we will recommend our friends and family. l

This was our 3rd stay at yr hotel/ we especially enjoy the incredible view to the creek - overlooking a big part of the city / the cleanliness and friendliness of yr stay is excellent/ we especially are fascinated of the drinking water in bottles in the rooms from the forum NORDAQ / so eco friendly !!!/ the breakfast and dinner buffets are exceptional !! / one point to criticize is only the poor water pressure of the shower ..// however we are 100 p/c coming back -/

This hotel reflected all other reviews and exceeded my expectations. It was a very quiet and peaceful stay with exceptional cleanliness in the rooms and entire property. Compliments to the chefs and all staff for the kind and respectful hospitality. Special shout out to Dipinder who’s housekeeping skills were top notch and went out of his way to greet us in the halls daily and asked if we needed anything more. I would definitely stay here again in the future and I had no idea there was a mall connected to the property until I got there which served us many purposes and of course convenience.
