This property claimed they had no rooms even after two confirmations from Expedia. The Room was hot, AC Broken, Toilet Seat Broken. Terrible place overall. Music from Club pounding all night against the walls. Staff doesn't care at all about Customer Service Either. Horrible establishment.

So i get there and it looks dated. Not sure if this is commom practice but at check-in they wanted to keep my passport that didnt happen. Get to my room the hallway smelled and so did the room. My cothes even smelled. Than there this night club in the first floor. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! They took me for $1000 worh of drinks. Than claimed they gave me card back. It would have been a nice club if they hadnt did that. Spoke to hotel manager he said nothing. Its up to you if you want to stay here but you do at your own risk.

"SABENA hotel" meaning of SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN! Arrival to hotel, first question, Do you want a girl? NON thanks, arrival to room, after 10min, first call, Do you want a girl? no thanks! after that, every 15min, tok tok tok to door... ladies forcing an entering in the room and gives you number (and price, very expensive by the way) No thanks. I have decided to put "do not disturb" outside, nothing chance; every 15min, toktoktok. everything is payable, even the small bottle of water in room! nothing is free in this hotel! i have visited more that 70 countries in my life, first time such experience! for sure, never again this hotel!

Room was clean, but hotel was dark and smoky. Plus, if you are looking for some late night company that costs money, this is the hotel for you. Lots of that. I will not stay there again.

This "Hotel" was more of a brothel! I have never seen so many men and hookers. The night club on the 1st floor is so loud the walls pulsate through out the hotel and you cannot sleep. I had to move hotel as I was constantly having men knock on my door and I didn't feel safe. The hotel staff seemed to find this amusing and were very rude. Utterly disappointing- NEVER STAY HERE.

The Hotel was nice except for a few details. We reserved non-smoking rooms, but were given smoking rooms. It was difficult to get a room key that worked. The view was nice, but the windows were very dirty. It was difficult to get sleep because the club downstairs played their loud music till at least 4 A.M. every night. The morning we left, they were still partying loud at 6 A.M. If you are going there to party all night, it will be perfect for you. The price was fairly low for the size of the rooms. The service was friendly.

I stayed for 4 consecutive nights (10-14APR 2009). The water pressure in the shower was abyssmal, electronic room keys expire every day at noon, the towels smelled like cigarette smoke, the carpet was grimey, lots of late night traffic in the halls, loud music from the night clubs on each floor resonated through the walls while I attempted to sleep, the gym was the size of my closet and ALL of the equipment was broken, and fire/smoke alarms went off at 4am due to the night club downstairs for three straight nights. The wake up call NEVER came either. Besides the surprisingly fast wireless internet, this hotel is only a cheap place to stay for few days. Don't expect much more than that. You can pay twice as much and stay at two nice hotels a few blocks away, and just across the street from most of the embassies.

I arrived at 1am in the morning. This was a destination for people who wanted to party hard and stay up all night. The hotel was on one of the major roads that provided no access to the hotel. Get off at the nearest exit and work your way back through small roads, dirt lots and an alley. I parked down the alley. The staff was friendly and helpful but had a few odd policies. They wanted to take my passport. They made a copy for themselves after I protested. They also took my camera. I wasn't comfortable leaving my camera at the desk but they wouldn't waiver from their policy. They said they would lock it up. In the morning it was in plain sight behind the reception desk. There was a security guard walking the floor. He walked me to my door. It gave me a sense that this place needed a guard on every floor! The room was older and the finishes were cheap. The bathroom had a worn out look to it. It was serviceable and seemed clean but was very dated: reason for no camera. The people in the next room came to party. The loud Arabic music went on all night. I think the security guard asked them once to turn it down but that didn't last long. I never became comfortable with the room or the situation so I never slept. The sun came up at 4:15am so I left the hotel. I passed a policeman in the alley who was carrying an automatic submachine gun. Armed policeman in the alley? The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful but I wouldn't recommend the experience.
