The property was nice for the price. Large condo with a large living area, dining room, kitchen, 2 bed, 2 bath (master with a jetted tub) and a spacious screened patio. There was exterior work being done, but didn’t cause much inconvenience. There is a large pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, ping pong table. The biggest inconvenience is the very limited parking. One vehicle per unit, you may have to compete for a decent spot.

Communication with property was not the best, office was hard to find, and when we got there, no one would answer the door. Stay was fine. We did forget something in our room and called the property on our way home, turned it in through the website like they asked but NEVER heard back. Not once...told them exactly what was left and exactly where it was. Pictures included. Less than 4 hours after our departure. Doesn't seem exactly right there. Beautiful property, I'm sure that it's even better now if it's finished, just wish my property had been returned.

Absolute loved it. The property value customer’s requests. The rooms are clean and spacious. My group of 4 people totally enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen and common area are spacious. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Orlando!

Everything was well appointed. Impressed with the furnishings. The only issue was a dissconnected kitchen sink drain which we notified the office about immediately and was not repaired during our stay.

Firstly, a required deposit was not noted on expedia's website. Secondly, the guy who checked us in didn't bother to mention it either. He just charged our card for 100 bucks. Thirdly, the other guy that was in the office with him asked us to do a tour at their resort and in return we would get a gift card.he claimed it was 7 mims up the street and that we only needed our drivers license and debit/credit cards. Low and behold that morning we discovered it was actually 18 mins away. We still went though. Upon arrival the staff at the preview section of the resort was disturbingly rude to us and told us they cannot let us do the tour because we are not Americans and did not have American I.D's. (Why would we have American I.D's if we are not american)? This was a huge inconvenience and a slap in the face by those rude ladies who were at the front. If the rule states that foreigners cannot tour or buy, I can understand that but the way they were so rude is what bothered me the most.I felt like they assumed we could'nt afford to buy because we were dressed for the water park and looking black and rough. But little that they know we are already timeshare owners and they turned away a possible buyer who will tell everyone they know to steer clear! However, The hotel we stayed at was very clean and quiet. Also very spacious. Parking is a pain since there is hardly ever any spots available. But it was overall a nice place. In a good location.

L’état, l’équipement, la situation, la piscine ont été une agréable surprise. Tout était très bien. Ce n’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles, mais un appartement vaste, confortable , agréable et bien équipé . Nous étions 3 adultes et on a tous très apprécié. Nous y serions restés plus longtemps et nous y retournerions certainement.

We could not have been happier with our stay. I couldn't believe how clean the whole place was! I would love to make this our home away from home every 6 months. We booked it for the whirlpool tub but everything else was great too. Everyone was super nice, and we felt completely relaxed. We were lucky enough to get a room facing Fun Spot and the view was great. Our stay was really short and we didn't want to leave. It would be ideal for a week or even two week stay. :)

I loved the space. I met my family there for the weekend and we did not have to get multiple hotel rooms. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was very close to yet away from all the excitement Orlando has to offer. We will definitely be returning soon!

This place exceeded our expectations. Was nervous because pictures can be misleading. Looked at the reviews by other people staying on the property. Loved this place very much. Only thing that can be improved was the parking. If you come back late at night the lot is completely full and will have trouble finding a spot. Rooms were very spacious and CLEAN. The pics were as described.

This was genuinely one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. There was plenty of space for our family of 7 (3 adults and 4 kids under 10y). The room and property were very clean and extra cleaning supplies (laundry detergent, dish soap, etc) were provided as well. The best part was the huge pool! The kids loved it so much that we cut our amusement park visit short to spend more time at the hotel swimming and playing games. 10/10 would stay here again!
