Good customer service. Room needed carpet cleaning and bathroom door was was sticking to the frame. Door frame partially broken. Workout room AC was not working and was 80 degrees.

I booked two rooms for out of town guests. This location is outstanding! The property is in excellent condition, clean and very welcoming. The entire property team was hospitable, helpful and outgoing. Thank you! I will use this property again!

Very nice hotel, but staff was incompetent. Upon arrival, our room had the deadbolt fastened, so we returned to the front desk where they got us a new room. From there we had 2 instances of our room keys not working and had to get new sets of keys. Overall, the staff was kind, but a frustrating experience. I would suggest being more aware of programming keys to meet the customer’s needs.

The toilet leaked at the bottom so we put a towel on the floor to avoid stepping in toilet water. The shower really needed to be caulked. It was dingy and cracked. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly

My stay was awesome! The rooms were spectacular. The breakfast awesome. I stayed in an a accessibility room in order to have an adjoining room with my family. The only issues were: No full size mirror in the room and in the bathroom there was no counter space and the lighting was horrible. Also the night light over the bed was not working and no one was available to check it. But overall it was great!

The property was great with indoor pool and fitness center. However, we were put in a handicap room which we felt guilty using if someone else might be in need. Also, the handicap room had very little light, especially in the bathroom We were concerned it was just our light but the maintenance guy came and reported all handicap rooms have these lights. However, the standard rooms have bright lights throughout. I only found this out by requesting more towels from housekeeping. This room also have limited counter space, no storage, and no ottoman. Long story short, booking with a third party like Expedia gave us a subpar room. When we voiced our concerns, the front desk dismissed them but the person at check out listened and was very apologetic.

We just stayed overnight passing through. My family of 5 stayed in a room with 2 beds and a pull out sofa. The room was a nice size and comfortable, everything was well cleaned. Breakfast was ready on time, typical offerings - bacon, eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit and assortment of juices.

I was astounded at the friendliness of the staff member who greeted us at check in. She should be a trainer of top-notch customer service habits. Friendly greeting, a pleasant smile, apologized for a brief distraction, kept eye contact, acknowledged I used a 3rd party service to book the room and still treated me nice (I've seen some hotels almost treat me as a second-class client in that situation), she asked if I was a Marriott Bonvoy customer so she could give me credit for the stay. Plus the staff member in the breakfast buffet made sure food items were fresh and spoke very friendly to people as well. It was a good experience.

The room was very clean. The staff was great. The evening staff was fantastic. The breakfast was very good and had many options. We went and made a complaint about the noise we were hearing upstairs. Sounded like someone was running back and forth and they addressed it immediately. Didn’t help that there was a cheerleading competition going on in Indy. I’m sure it was just a bunch of kids. Just made for an unpleasant night. Everything else was great. Close to lots of shopping. Has a bar on Friday and Saturday. The drinks from the bar were great.
