LOCATION you cannot fault! So close to old town! But its showing its age & outside enviro not the most pleasant. It seems any big train station anywhere in the world display social issues of the city. If not for the closeness to old town, would rate it 3 stars at best. Annecy old town is amongst the prettiest places on earth I have been to & Ive been to many. Only good for 2-night stay max. Limited kitchen facilities. Room overall a bit dark to our liking.

A late reservation that turned out to be a very Pleasant stay In a modern comfortable spacious 4 person apartment to our full satisfaction. High cleaning standard and parking available underneath the hotel.

Great place to stay. The facilities are everything you would expect and the staff are excellent, friendly, helpful knowledgeable. Good value and good location. We travelled alone this time but seemed like it would have been comfortable if we’d taken our daughter too.

Easy, convenient aparthotel, walkable from the train station and walkable to the old town and down to the lake. Helpful and responsive staff who are at the front desk 24 hours a day.

Excellent location, a short walk into Annecy and to the lake. Great family room, good size with split level and 2 toilets. Friendly and helpful staff. We would highly recommend this hotel and we all absolutely loved Annecy.

When we arrived at our room for a 3 night stay we discovered the air conditioning was broken. We alerted the staff and were told someone would look at it, however they never did. We asked again and were just told sorry. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor every time we showered so we had to ask for more towels every day. On our last day there was an awful sewage smell coming from the shower. The location was convenient to the train and a 10-15 min walk to shops and restaurants. But we would never stay in this hotel while visiting Annecy again.

Very disappointed about the whole stay. First about the communication (no indication that there would not be any cleaning during my stay), the bathroom/shower (very week water jet which made every shower a very long challenge to rinse oneself) which had the standard maximum a 2 star hotel, and finally the bedroom with very low/cheap quality pillows and very hard maddrass which made each night a nightmare. The toilets were old and in a very bad shape. The toilet seat could not hold by itself.

Hotel located just outside the center of Annecy (in the station area) the room is equipped with kitchenette, refrigerator, hotplates and dishwasher. Convenient (unless you have a long car) underground parking for a fee). Courteous staff. The area is convenient but not quaint nor beautiful for an overnight stroll. All in all, it's okay, but lacks some of the magic that downtown Annecy can provide

Nice hotel with cozy lobby. Spacious room with nice decor & good amenities. Kitchen compact but well designed and well equipped (it even has a dishwasher). Good location, near the Old Town and lake. Free coffee/tea in the lobby and friendly staff make our stay most enjoyable .

Our apartment space was pleasant. The microwave handle was greasy to the touch though inside it was clean. We would definitely stay here again as it was close to the tourist sights. The staff were professional, very courteous and helpful. The ability to leave our luggage for a few hours after we had checked out was a very kind thing that they allow for guests. Thank you Aparthotel Adagio.

1 Elevator was not working. The remaining elevator was slow and small. It was faster to use the stairs to the 4th floor. Dishwasher broke and spilled water onto the floor. Staff was very helpful and responsive.

Decent sized apartment, well maintained and clean apart from the previous occupants putting dirty crockery away. Comfy king size bed. Very small kitchenette area suitable only for minor cooking. Plenty of parking underground linked by lifts directly to the apartments although it costs 13 euros per day. Good location only 10 minute walk to the old town and right next to the train station.

The location is great as it's right next to the train station and a 2 minute walk to the town center where you can dine and shop. Best thing about the hotel is the room size. The washroom is split in two, one has the shower and faucet and the other just a toilet which is a bit of an inconvenience. There are two elevators servicing the whole building and while we were visiting one was out of service, so it took forever to go up and down. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very minimal. And there are no dining options in the hotel, but right across the door there's a Novotel that has a restaurant and a bar so that wasn't a very big inconvenience.
