It was perfect for our work trip

We have stayed at this property for about a decade, maybe longer. It has been a great place to stay, but it's clear the hotel has fallen on some hard times. The property has become pretty shabby and in disrepair. While the front desk offered and gave a refund for one of our nights, I don't think I'm willing to stay here any longer. I appreciated the refund, but I wasn't looking for a refund. I was seeking a nice place to stay while traveling. You don't want to rest in a place falling apart when you drive a long way. Please fix your hotel or close it. It's going downhill fast, and it's pretty painful to watch.

Sheets were bumpy and stained didn’t seem freshly cleaned. Pillows were awful

Hotel rooms were nice and clean. I chose this spot as it had a car charger. It only had one and it did not work.

Room was spacious but otherwise run down and dirty. Tons of dust in some places triggering my dust allergy, paint peeling from ceiling in bathroom, actual pieces of what looked like chocolate on the bedside table from whoever was there before me. Stains on carpet and couch. Also no drapes so the shades don’t keep the room very dark. Would have expected more for the price.

The property could use some touch ups and repairs. Phone did not work in the room. Bathroom door did not close properly. Light switches were not functional. Window blinds were broken and could not be raised. A shame because the staff was pleasant and helpful and the location is perfect for a hotel.

The hotel is well located and the decor is modern and clean. The room itself was well equipped and very clean. The breakfast was nice as well. The biggest drawback is that there is absolutely no soundproofing in this hotel. We could hear every single sound in the room that adjoined ours. It made it difficult to sleep. We used a white noise app on our phone to block out background noise. The more we looked around, the more we noticed small maintenance issues that needed attending to or were sloppily fixed. If the noise and small maintenance issues could be dealt with, the hotel would be a good option, but we were not able to get a good night's rest here because of noise.

It’s as if they have no budget at all for maintenance. The AC in the pool and fitness room didn’t work, it was so hot it was probably hazardous. Shower drain was clogged they didn’t fix it during our 8 day stay. The one car charger didn’t work, the oven didn’t work so the included breakfast was very sub par. A number of desk people barely looked up from their computer game to talk to us, The hallways and elevators were always hot. The pools were closed all together the one day our son could have used them. The positives were great design of the downstairs shared space and wonderful breakfast staff who were super friendly.

The property had all we needed and wanted. But the TV didn’t work when we arrived. We requested help, but it was after 6pm so they said they would send someone the next day. We were there 5 nights, no one showed. There was a lot of things in various states of disrepair or on its way (the shower door seal was hanging on by a thread, the tv stand and desk were all beat to heck on the edges and the bottom molding was not even on, it was just leaning against it, the list goes on). The staff was very nice, and the breakfast wasn’t terrible. But yea, the facility needs a MAJOR facelift.

This hotel should have been outstanding, but the condition was disappointing. The bathroom sink faucet was loose and wobbly, which resulted in the plug being permanently in the "plugged" position. We were going to ask for another room, but we were already unpacked, and the line at the check-in desk was extremely long. Since my husband is handy with household repairs, we went back to the room and he spent 15 minutes or so under the sink, and he was able to tighten the faucet. This may or may not have been a long-lasting fix, but it enabled us to get through the week. Also, the shower door does not close tightly enough to keep water from spraying all over the floor with every shower. We requested an extra set of towels in order to mop up the water and keep the floor from completely flooding every day. The desk person cheerfully gave us an extra set of towels, but he didn't seem to make any attempt to address the problem, which is understandable, since that would require completely re-installing the shower door. Also, there is a huge crack in the shower wall tile, which was very sloppily repaired with what looks like grout but was smeared all over the area of the crack. This didn't affect our comfort, but it seemed to be beneath the standards this hotel wants to project. Dried paint spattered all over the floor. On the plus side: The lobby is very attractive, the breakfast is good, and I loved the availability of real dishes and flatware in the rooms and the breakfast area.

It was a nice, quiet, friendly, atmosphere with adequate room for relaxing and socializing.

Everything went wrong. Much in disrepair including EV charger and fitness room - reasons why we booked stay Use to be a nice place now it’s the worst!

We stay here often and it’s been a good place for us to rest.

It barely made it ok.. the room had a weird unpleasant smell, we asked for a different room but they said they were fully booked even though we made the booking less than 2 hrs prior.. they said they can have someone give the room an “air refresher” but since they were backed up it could take a while I said yes please and they never came. The “rain shower” had absolutely no pressure but the handheld was ok. Shower wasn’t super cleaned and we felt unsure so used our sandals while in there.. I had high hopes but we will never come back..

The one thing that was truly awful was that upon our arrival the entire second floor reeked of curry. It was really gross, and seeped into our room too. Other than that, our stay was good. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good - warm eggs, sausage, pastries, juice, etc. No decaf coffee, and when we asked we were told the decaf was in our room. Seems short sighted to not offer that with breakfast too.

Lots of parking, clean and employees are friendly.

Not much selection on breakfast, but we had kitchenette which I liked so we got our own food. Would like to see hard-boiled eggs & more fruit & yogurt. Pool often out of service when we stay there.

Nice place in a good location for me. Very good breakfast - yogurt with granola and fresh fruit, plus sausage and eggs, muffins and pastry. Poor maintenance in room - torn shade on window; dirts above the sink in bathroom. Fairly nice otherwise.
