Reservation and payment included $12 breakfast. Upon check in, was told I would have to pay "additional" for breakfast that was already paid. Room was very clean but the halls to the rooms had trash or food trays outside the doors. Ice machine was not working. I have rather high expectations of Hilton Hotels.

My stay in general was good, the staff was nice and helpful. The property is obviously a bit older and could prob do with a little face lift but it was well-kept. My issue was in the room. When I checked everything out upon arrival the room was clean and looked fine, in the bathroom I noticed the drains were both closed, I thought that was weird but just random. When I showered, I obviously had to unseal the drain, and I left it open because, why would that be a problem? First night no problem. The second night when I arrived back in the room everything was fine, until I went to shower. Imagine my horror when I felt a little "tickle" on my foot while showering,,, I looked down and saw the BIGGEST roach (or waterbug?) I have ever seen in my life. I feel awful for my neighbors because of my screams and slamming trying to keep it from going into the actual room area. After covering it with the ice bucket because I cannot deal with squashing those things I thought it was over, back in the shower I go. I go to close the curtain and, THERE IS ANOTHER ONE ON THE CURTAIN ROD. I lost my mind again and then to my pure horror it disappeared. I had to finish my shower in paranoia and then closed the bathroom door and stuffed a towel to keep it from escaping into the sleeping area. In the morning IT WAS ON THE WALL ABOVE THE TOILET. Freak out number 3. So, if you choose to stay here and you notice your drains are sealed at check-in CLOSE THEM BACK UP after you shower or use the sink.

My black curtains had to be repaired before they could close. I called the front desk several times about noise, arguments, and doors slamming. The phone was also reported as not working, the television would not tune properly, this was reported. I was not given a wakeup call this morning after requesting one. Annoyed!

The front desk service with Rohit was excellent. He was courteous, informed us on services offered as well as answered the general questions about the city. The rooms need some updating and the air conditioner system is noisy and not so good but Rohit was prompt in sending the repair person making our stay at the hotel very pleasant.

I had to make a last minute trip for the unexpected death of my son. Rohit at the front desk was absolutely amazing, helpful, patient and understanding with me. I had to extend my reservation a few times due to the nature of my visit. And he helped every step of the way!

After an awful experience with another hotel near by, I booked a suite room in the middle of the night. This hotel was everything hotel should be: clean, with polite staff and spacious rooms. I will book at this hotel from now on. The bar and big conference rooms are always pumping so if your not a fan of events, this may not be for you. However, the room I stayed in was nice and quiet.

Our Room Ac kept switching off at night, was not entirely sure if the whole floor was program that way or if it was just our room. Maintained came but the ac is working fine in the day just after 12am is starts to switch off when room reaches set temperature.

Great stay! We took advantage of the hotel shuttle van to go to a concert at the Smart Financial Center. It was so nice to not have the hassle of parking and fighting the traffic! Would highly recommend this hotel and the location!

I really like the Hilton Garden Inn it was very clean, people were polite and parking was always available plenty of parking space. They even had a laundry room onsite for those who may need one. The pool was clean and the fitness center was a good size with plenty of equipment. The area was right near the highway easy on easy off. We had drinks at the bar which the server was very nice and attentive.I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I stayed in this hotel a year ago or so and I don’t remember it being so run down. Let’s start with when we got to the room it smelled like cheap cologne mixed with humidity. Not pleasant. The room felt musty, we walked into the bathroom and found a roach on the floor and the next day found a small one on the sink next to my toothbrush . The toilet didn’t flush well, the tub felt slimy and they didn’t offered body wash soap. The bed cover had a stain as well as the carpet. I overall did not feel so comfortable. Good thing about it was the staff is super friendly. The breakfast selection was really good, although not included, but the lady in charge of the food area was so nice and delightful. I wish I could remember her name. Overall, very nice staff, but not so good facilities. Probably won’t be staying here again.

Booked for a family 2 rooms with 2 queens and come in and was told one was on 6th floor and another on 2nd and also we couldnt get refund. When we got to one of the room it was one bed and not the two. Horriable experience and family with kid was separated.
