Pleased with our stay except the bathroom drain was draining poorly, which was fixed in a timely manner. Only 3 bath towels in room and we were 4 in our party, requested additional towels at front desk, we never got them! Bathroom smelled of old urine or musty/moldy smell! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

What I liked: the accessibility and calm of the place. What I didn't like: The door to the room that didn't work and you had to send a technician, the AC that didn't work well, the lack of a bed (sleeping on a sofa is not decent on vacation) and bedding, few towels and the room not cleaned during our stay. Pleasantly surprised! We booked a last minute trip and found this hotel. For a large family, it’s perfect. It’s quiet, the breakfast is awesome, the pool is nice. The location is close to big chain outlets. The Mexican restaurant in front is awesome. You can’t go wrong. The beds are comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay at Homewood suites. The size of the suite was amazing, and the pool and hot tub were a wonderful way to relax after a long day. Breakfast options were great each morning. Staff was great throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was ok but dated and not real clean. Went to pool and water is not heated. Too cold to swim. Hot tub water was filthy. We could not see the steps to get in.

The pool was beautiful and clean- the breakfast was family friendly and the dining room had plenty of high chairs- the rooms were clean and spacious- we would absolutely stay again! Our 2 year olds loved it!

Was met with grumpy guy at front desk, room was cold and hard to warm up, bathroom area smelled like sewer gas, dirty dishes in cabinets . Bed was bumpy and hard.

Easy to find, having Margaritas restaurant right next door was super helpful, breakfast was outstanding! Staff made us feel right at home!! Pool and hot tub and fitness room were top notch. Room could have used some updating but it was clean! Kitchen didn’t have a ton of plates/cups, but I have no doubt that if I asked for more I would have been accommodated!

They did not have the room I booked so I ended up sleeping on the floor because there wasn’t enough room for the party I booked. They did offer a room across the hall but I was alone with 6 children and could t leave then unsupervised. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. In the morning they shut breakfast down before the designated end time and didn’t even have regular coffee brewed. They were actively putting food away before breakfast ended as people were trying to get food. I do not recommend this hotel.

Location & parking was easy. Check in was short & smooth. Room was EXCELLENT. Super clean & comfortable. Good water pressure. Pool was refreshing - Hot Tub was clean, full & hot with great jet pressure. Breakfast was your standard continental - but the fruit was fresh, pastries were soft. Staff was friendly every time. I would recommend anytime.

Booked a 1 bedroom suite and upon check in received a king suite. All 1 bedrooms were sold out so had to deal with expectations not met until day 2 in which they fixed mistake. Breakfast used styrofoam plates etc which is not eco friendly.
