Had a great stay. The staff was friendly and although the hotel was fully booked, it didn't feel too crowded.

Firts time getting into the room, i had to take out a small lizart. All was looking good apart from missing pillows. Went to ask from the reception, but they told me that cleaning service was not available so i had to wait until morning. So had to sleep first night with no pillow. Following day i went again asking for extra pillows, and again at lunch time, but nothing. My husband then went to get some in the afternoon, and was not leaving the reception empty handed. One hour later he got them. And no, this is not the reason for the low score. Reasons are the kids crib having a folded blanket for mattress. Ants in the bathroom. Waiting 20 min for eggs in the morning. Running out of various items at breakfast. No orange juice, no water glasses or coffee cups - they had to bring paper cups at some point - NO COFFEE apart from plain black coffee with no milk - waiting 10 min for milk for kids corn flakes, breaded potatoes were reheated from previous day, waiting forever for someone to come and clean a table to be able and sit for breakfast, not having ANY TRASH BINS in the whole hotel in all areas, apart from a few which were just for recycling, no sufficient cleaning room service... Had the Clean my Room paper on my door handle from the morning i left the room, and until 19:00 when i went back, nobody cleaned it. Despite all of these though, and the hotel being HUGELY UNDERSTAFFED, a very big WELL DONE to the staff, which were doing their best to please their guests.

I have stayed in this Hotel in August 2022, and it was my second time with my family in this property. my daughters loved this place specially the water park and the lazy river. The restaurant food was excellent for breakfast and dinner, always plenty of choice and nicely presented, but for the lunch meal we used to eat in the bar next to the big pool. The staff are very friendly and always helpful especially. My greetings to Dimitris the receptionist, also to Soulla and Bampos, they are really friendly and helpful. Younan

We booked with my wife & child a room for 5 days. Upon arrival, there was not such thing as "warm welcome". The staff were cold, our reservation was not easy to find, & all information given for our booking were wrong (name, citizenship etc). Furthermore we had booked for half board & they insist to explain the term more than 3 times till i told them that we fully understand english. Rooms supposed to be equiped with kettler and kitchenette as per description indicated to the website. However there were only 3 cups for coffee & nothing alse, when i complain, they said that supposed there shouldnt be anything more. Finally they gave us only a kettler but no microwave.The room was suprisingly good & cleaned. However the telephone to call the reception was not working, heating operation (for the first night) of the airconditions not working & there was a noise outside the room from the aircons. Furthermore, the next day our room was not cleaned & had to talk with the reception.Public toilets downstairs near to the reception were clean but smell awfull. In Gymnasium there was only one treadmill, few scuttered dumbells & a hercules gym equipment out of order.Kids waterpark was also incomplete since half of the facilities were out of order (two water rides were not working etc).There was a variety of food but the quality was awfull. We ate onlu the first day because we had stomach pain/ vomit. Only our 5 years old kid enjoy after all our staying.

I've stayed there with my family for 5 nights all inclusive. Overall it was an amazing stay, due to the water park and food. I wasn't expecting much of the food, but I loved it. Everyday there was something different, and very tasty. Kids were also excited about the food. The lifeguards at the water park were great -always watching and making parents feel safe for their kids. At night we've enjoyed the Fire show, and the Cypriot Dance show. Mini disco was only for 15 minutes, but my daughter had a great time. There was no much of entertainment during the day for little kids - only painting rocks -same activity everyday. There is a mini market on site with the essentials. Bonus: relaxing massage on the beach.What we did not like: Very unorganized at the check-in. Advice before you get there, have your swimsuit on and pool bag ready and go to the pools until your room is ready. The receptionists were ok, but the rooms due to the cleaning service were not ready and took too long to give us our room. Lastly, due to the understaffed in the cleaning department our room was not cleaned at all during our 5 night stay. When we got the room, it was very clean. But, we needed someone to empty the trash, bring toilet paper and clean towels at least once during our stay.

The reception, bar staff and manager were all very helpful and accommodating. Very little queuing! Food was decent - not amazing but good.Rooms clean and comfy but no kettle or any plates or knives and forks so not sure how it has tea / coffee fasciitis!! Although it does have a kitchen sink and fridge that turns off when you remove the room key. The kids club was awful and advertised as being on for 4 hours a day - it was a table with paint and stone painting every day! The kids entertainer enjoyed it more than the kids. No interaction and even our 4 year old was bored after 20minutes. Very few of the day time activities happened and if you like euro pop you’re in luck! The swimming pools and slides were good. Evening entertainment was pretty average - kids mini disco for 20 minutes at 9pm - then bingo for €5 and another ‘form’ of entertainment - not really worth staying for - certainly not the karaoke or music night. All in all we still had a good time but it could easily have been so much better with better entertainment, a kettle, a couple of cups and a bit of daytime entertainment.

Food: very bad! We did not eat at the hotel.Room: OK. Lots of ants everywhere. Though it was a beautiful view of the seaSwimming pool: Again, just ok. It’s good for families. Water was hot! Which was not very nice with the heatCheck-in: The room was not ready by 2pm and there was a few others waiting in the reception for their rooms too. It could be just a one-off and it could not. If you have travelled far and with kids, not ideal.In General, you can get better with your money

The complex is badly maintained- the rooms were very nice and clean. The food was absolutely dreadful. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels and this is not 4 star food. Pool area nice. Water park nice. Entertainment team fantastic. Drinks medioca Would definitely not return because if the food. Tinned fruit, no variety of dishes. Small buffet. Disappointing and we paid £500 for 4 for 2 nights.The hotel is down a steep hill. Very tatty on arrival.

I had paid for a 1 bed apartment as confirmed with Expedia, upon arrival was presented with a room with a view but could not use balcony as had no cover and people sunbathing right next to it, requested what I had paid for and was told have no availability, this was the fault of Expedia for which I will be taking up a claim, staff were blunt and generally rude. Although rated as four stars, clearly its more akin to UK 2/3 star at best.

The Waterpark was great for the kids especially, but the surface was so slippery and my son hurt his foot. Also, the room was full of ants and the 2 single beds were soooo uncomfortable. Also, there weren’t enough waiters for the service.

We read the reviews before coming and were a bit worried as there were lots of negative reviews. We cant understand why - the staff were friendly, the food was good (better than other AI places weve stayed), the waterpark was excellent for children, and it was very clean. The rooms were also really good. Wed go again.

Great place for families with kids under 12. Pools are great but life guard around lazy river not close enough to watch the pool and never looking towards the kids. Rooms are modern but only cleaned every other day. Ours was only done twice in 10 days so not good. Food is good but staff are wearing jeans and tee shirts with only a hat protecting hair. This made the restaurant that is modern and bright look realy down market. Get the staff clean uniforms all of them. Areas of the buildings are very poorly msintained, just to the left of the front door is the deliveries and it stunk and had fluids running down the street. Behind the restaurant had fluids leaking and looked poor. Around the pools had ants everywhere, in most hotels these areas are washed and hosed down each day to clean drink spillages etc but this did not happen so the floors could be bad in busy areas. I know i am pointing out many areas of concern and i feel all could be sorted easily to enhanse a hpliday. Our holiday was good the main Barman Ashley and another lad on thecevening bar are great. One womon on reception was excellent. The water park for the kids is also good. We did realy enjoy the holiday but it was more 3 star than 4 star.

Property needs a refirb. Stayed 8 nights but room only cleaned twice, which we were informed of in our booking in package. Very few Brits in hotel, guests mostly Eastern block, who could sometimes be quite rude and arrogant. Food was excellent although restaurant was like a canteen. Lots of small children who were well catered for. Unable to gain access into the sea as beach was boulders and no sand. Pools were very cold. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties as lots of steps.

The manager and most of the staff were rude and arrogant. They didn’t make you feel welcome there at all, hardly any of them spoke English or chose not to, speaking in their own language and laughing amongst themselves whilst serving drinks at the bar. When you’ve spent a lot of money on an all inclusive holiday you expect to be made to feel welcome at the resort we didn’t at all because of the manager and staff there, instead we found ourselves spending a lot more money in the town centre on meals because we didn’t want to be at the hotel / resort. I can safely say they ruined our holiday and we will never stay there again.

We had a great time. Lots for kids to do. Food buffet style so you could choose the things you like. Even had UK type of food for the those that only like that. Loads of local dishes that were very tasty.
