The overall stay was fine and my room was clean and satisfactory. The hotel is a bit dark and dated. For one night it was fine and the price was very reasonable.

Came in for a wedding weekend and the hotel was great and accommodating and provided all our needs. The front clerk was nice and helpful and the room was great for my fiance, son and I. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. We stayed for the week for a nearby competition and it was graa re at to come back to the hotel and cool off in the pool. Additionally the option to cook dinner or go out is awesome.

The room was clean but well worn. There was no ice machine in the building because the refrigerator had an ice maker. It didn’t work. The floors felt a little slanted. Breakfast was ok but there was no water or juice available.

Older hotel and the beds were older and not very comfortable. The air conditioner sounded like a big truck at the window everytime it came on. Ok for a quick overnight stay.

All staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and stocked. The breakfast was hot, tasty and they had a decent selection. Good dining options very close by. Overall it was an excellent stay.

The hotel has suites with full kitchens. Perfect for longer stays. The stuco on the side of the building is in desperate needbof a power washing. Lots of AC drip marks and slimy residue. The pool had algie on the steps and waterfall stones. Worst of all the AC in our room (118) would never get below 75! No mater how low you set the temp. Made for very hot and uncomfortable nights.The matress on the couch pull out bed was thin and you can feel every spring in it. My kid tried sleeping on it and decided sleeping on the couch pillows was a little better.

We got in late around 8 pm, the room was nice and comfortable and easy to check in/out. The hotel was in a fairly convenient area with a lot of restaurants, grocery stores etc.

Our toilet ran all night and no ice machine for ice. Clerk said to use the one in the refrigerator but couldn’t find a switch or instructions. No plastic cups provided. But we did have glass cups.

After a day of travel we wanted to check in and get some rest. I am so glad I’ve grown accustomed to checking the room first and then unpacking the car bc the first room had a water leak from the ceiling. We got another room within 10 minutes. My only dislikes were that My kids found medicine in the bathroom drawer and breakfast seemed unorganized. There were dirty tables, flies and overflowing trash cans. It looked like there was supposed to be a lot of options but the staff wasn’t restocking at a consistent pace.

We stayed here while traveling. I travel a lot for work and our Funtime, I can’t remember the last time a hotel checked every box. It was so refreshing. The price was great for a Residence Inn. This hotel not only looked incredibly clean, it smelled so clean. The room was so comfortable, clean and up to date. Every one of the staff we encountered were so nice and friendly. The shower was amazing, the water pressure never let up and the water was hot (stayed hot)! It was a quiet hotel even though it’s right off I20. The breakfast was hot and the omelet was really good. There was a great variety of breakfast foods. We will stay here again!

The food was good for the continental breakfast. Room was clean, a little cramped, but otherwise ok. Went to the pool in the morning for the kids and found a live rat in the pool. Got it out with a plastic cake container that was left outside from a party the previous day. Staff took action immediately to make sure that the pool was cleaned movung forward. Seems understaffed for the size of property. Absolutely not the fault of the staff, its an outside pool.

I had to go through 3 rooms to get a room that worked - 1st room had water coming down in the bathroom the next day, they transferred me to another room that didn't have a working air conditioner. 3rd room was good until the last day when there was a large spider in the bathroom. I went down and asked for maintenance to come take care of it so I could shower they sent someone to change my sheets. The hotel needs a total refresh as there is large scratches in the cabinets. They also need to fix the second floor all issues - (Squishy)

It was our first time staying at a "Residence" Marriott. Living/kitchen area was quite large and comfortable. Separate bedroom/ bathroom area was a great feature other accommodations in the area do not have. Very clean and quiet inside and out. We stayed here for 3 nights; nephews wedding in town. Wouldn't hesitate staying here again. Great friendly staff.

The property was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint which is a small one was the circuit the waffle maker would have been plugged into was not working so instead of making arrangements for a different outlet they just didn't have the waffle makers. The other breakfast options were good but let's be honest the waffles at these places are pretty good.

Very nice hotel. Had some issues with our first room, but the night front desk staff resolved it by placing us in another room. Breakfast was tasty and the attendant kept it refilled nicely.

I saw wonderful reviews. I was disappointed to have a mediocre experience. The first night checking in close to midnight was great. The ladies in the front were helpful. Got in the room and I was exhausted. The sofa bed is not comfortable and the bedding doesn’t keep you warm when you have the ac on. In the morning, I noticed the room was dusty. Housekeeping should consider removing the dust especially in common areas of the room. The dishes were put away dirty from the previous guest’s stay. There was an old candy wrap in the cupboard. The breakfast was ok. The woman at the front desk during the day don’t greet guests. The pool was not clean and had a lawn chair in it. For the price I paid, I was not impressed especially for a Marriot Hotel

It was out of the way and not crowded. Good restaurant options almost within walking distance. Loved the size and shape of the room. Bed was comfortable. Close to ACU. Had a minor mechanical issue and was fixed promptly.

When we first arrived, we went to check in. 3 ladies were standing with backs toward the door. Only way to get their attention was to loudly clear our throats. Was told at front desk we had to pay for parking and an additional $60 for a security deposit essentially (was not told that in the email). Once we got to our room, the toilet did not work (was not fixed until 2 days later). Not enough towels for showering. Was told maids don’t clean rooms for 4 whole days at a time. Then, the last day of our stay, the maids cleaned, but, when we came back from traveling, upon entry into our room, we noticed a bag of trash sitting in our bathroom sink (on top of our toothbrushes). Rather than come get it themselves, they gave us a latex glove and a bag to get it ourselves. Also, bed was technically made, but pillows were just thrown at the head of the bed. Not fluffed or anything.

Unfortunately, this hotel didn't live up to its 9.0 rating. We were in town to see my son, who goes to college at ACU, and celebrate Easter with him. I wanted to find a hotel within a short driving distance of Crutcher Field, where we would spend several nights watching him play ball. We weren't going to have a ton of quality time with him due to his schedule, so for our downtime, I hoped we could relax back at the hotel and he could sleep on the pull-out couch. When I entered the room, it was apparent I would not have him come to the hotel. The room was overall dirty; the surface areas, including the walls in the bedroom and bathroom area, the fridge, lamp shade, and floors, didn't look like they had been wiped down or cleaned from prior use. There were fingerprints and grime on some of the surfaces. The pull-out couch was gross and had stains/spots on it. There is no way I'd sleep on that, let alone did I sit on it. I was very disappointed. I had stayed at another hotel right next to this one and thought it would be the same quality, so I wanted to try somewhere new for future reference with our future trips to Texas.
