Beautiful and quiet. Near shops and restaurants

Great little boutique hotel. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and accessible to town amenities. Would stay again.

I have loved this adorable hotel. Really bummed to learn the restaurant was closed during our stay (actually chose to stay for “convience”) which was a total bummer. Nobody mentioned that part.

The young college aged man at the front desk upon check in was very nice and helpful. He provided us with lots of recommendations and showed us around the entire property on check in. The rooms and the property itself was very quaint and well positioned between all of the downtown area. The private area in the back overlooking the beach was also an amazing place to watch the sunset.

The property is beautiful. Holly, is an amazing host. The inn also has access to one of the most beautiful quiet beaches on the island!

Amazing room in an extraordinary little town. Loved the vibe , comfort and location. Walking distance to everything that Pa’ia has to offer. Recommend to everyone!

The hotel and the town were wonderful. Only criticism was the room size (super tiny) and the cost were somewhat out of sync. To be fair I did have the "petite room". Otherwise, pretty fabulous!

Rhea was a great host. She was attentive and went above and beyond. Room was clean and the beach access was great. The restaurant attached was a nice surprise

Definitely an inn and attached to a sushi restaurant- not a lot of privacy but very quaint

Perfect location for Road to Hana especially if you want to get up early (street noise hard to sleep late). But the beach was so windy you couldn’t sit there without sand blowing all over you. And the grass lounge area is ALL shade. Close to airport too.

The best hospitality. Clean comfortable and the beach front was beyond amazing.

Our room was at front/corner. Since I went to bed 9 pm until i got out from bet at 5 am, music pounded through the room and my pillow. I was not able to sleep a minute of that night

Despite cancelling within the allowed window, it’s been 2+ months without a refund. Hotels.com won’t help - must deal with the hotel directly. I have made numerous calls and there is always an excuse as to why it’s delayed. Sadly, I now have to report to BBB and dispute the charges with my credit card.
If there is any chance you may need to cancel, I would highly suggest booking elsewhere.

Large rooms, walkable beach access and in the heart of the town by all the shops and restaurants.

We loved this property. We only stayed for one night at the start of our trip to Maui, as it is on the way to Hana and near the airport, however next time, we plan to make it more of a destination and to stay longer - we liked it that much. It’s expensive but everything is, in Maui. For what it offered in comfort, location, friendliness, and cleanliness, it is worth it. Can’t want to come back some day.

Such a cute spot with a lovely private beach access. Such friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Easily the best hotel experience we have ever had. Their service and attention to detail was amazing. Cannot wait to visit again!

Amazing little hippy town. We were in the deluxe one bedroom and we have a own private yard, screened in porch, little kitchen and big comfy bed. It's had all the amenities you want but also loaded with charm. With its own private beach as well as being connected to one of the several restaurants in town. Greta location if you are surf or wind seekers. Perfectly located between several ideal locations. Highly recommend!

We LOVED our stay at Paia Inn! I didn’t want to stay in a super touristy area of the island and Paia Town seemed perfect for what we wanted out of our trip. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive and the room was perfect! I know others have mentioned staying above the restaurant was noisy but to our luck the restaurant was closed for a maintenance issue and we enjoyed peace and quiet our entire stay. The beach access was a great touch and the beach was gorgeous, quiet and we even saw a sea turtle! The town was our favorite part— so many shops, delicious places to eat and a great start for the road to Hana! We will definitely stay here again! Maholo!

The Paia Inn was everything we could have hoped it would be -- from the room, to the private beach, to the service we received from Raya when we checked in. The only thing I would change in the future is ensuring I stayed in a room that was not affected by the music at the connected restaurant, Vana, as it was quite loud until 10pm each night.

I stayed at the Paia Inn for one night due to driving Road to Hana the next day. It was exactly what I needed, but overall hotel is extremely overpriced. Upon checking in I asked about leaving my luggage in a storage room the next day, however I was never able to do so because the front desk closed early and wouldn’t be back until the next morning at 8:30AM, which seems extremely late for a hotel desk. As someone previously pointed out, I too am confused about the amenity charge, considering it is a very basic hotel. Good starting point for RTH, but I’d much rather stay elsewhere in the area or Hana for the cost.

Conveniently located 10 mins from the airport. The inn is attached to a sushi bar which was delicious. The live music was great. The room itself was cute, clean and cozy. All you need for a couple nights stay. The inn is next to a busy road which can be heard from the room, but we weren’t bothered by it. The live music can be heard from the room as well, but again, we weren’t bothered and the bar closes at 10. All in all great stay, would recommend. Also would like to mention, we flew in late, receptionist contacted us with late check in information and was very helpful. Thank you!

Quaint place, around a bunch of unique shops and restaurants. Would stay there again.

We stayed in room number 5. It was very small with no place to place suitcase or sit, except on the bed. I was annoyed by a 30 dollar amenity charge which was billed as I checked out. Hidden fees make me mad.

I appreciated very much the personal tour of the property by the host/receptionist.
