You can pay more than double to stay across the street ( really ) for what I thought was a better experience. Ruth and the team were the best and as someone that lives in hotels I recommend this as a 5 star stay!

Resort was not very upscale as expected. Breakfast was disappointing. The pool was very small. The area around the property was great and the beach was beautiful. There are much better resorts in the area. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Location is as good as it gets for not being directly on beach. Staff was friendly at desk and at bar, but was not really present or busy cleaning facilities during the day. Nobody maintaining pool or asking if you need anything. The beach attendent for the hotels area who also brought drinks was very polite and helpful. Always had chairs and an umbrella when we got to beach. Free breakfast was middling at best. Some fresh fruit or someone to make omelettes would have really made it something to look forward to. Room was clean and very nice. Maids took great care every day while we were out. There's defense room for improvement at this hotel, but it is a very solid option. All inclusives are hit or miss, so I was happy with going out and finding places to try for food.

Our apartment stinked very bad of mold/milldew.. the tiles got really sloppy with condensation, could not understand why the apartment did not have a proper ventilation system to deal with the climate. The apartment itself was nice and the pool but the smell was so bad.

8/01/2024 - 8/05/2024 the property was nice and quiet.staff was friendly front desk was helpful,one of the young ladies help my wife planned two excursion.overall the walk to the beach is closer then you would've expected. 4 to 5 minutes top i was shock how close it was . You would've to walk left when you get on the beach to sit under the umbrella ⛱️ they provide for us the guy on the beach was really nice he is a twin and they both work out there they're identical he was welcome and ask me several times if I needed anything before he left for the day.only 2 thing i didn't like about the room but was still visit this property again. They didn't have a stove and the air doesn't blow cold enough for me but i caught hot flashing lol so i need to be cold but it was ok for my wife I'll come again for that prices housekeeper did a good job also didn't get the room clean but they give me towels as i needed them so 5 star to ya'll one thang you can't some anything on the Balcony so I smoke my cigar on a beach

We have been coming to Provo and staying at Villa Del Mar for years. While it is not on Grace Bay beach it is a short walk, and you have beach loungers, umbrellas and the best beach attendants to help you. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We love the location to restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. We will keep coming back!

What i didn't like is the pools being dirty most days. Not a little dirty, filthy. Other than that, the Villa was a nice place to stay.

Excellent affordable spot, fantastic pool for toddlers, very close walk to the beach with complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, water, and kid's toys. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, just a great place. Would recommend and would come back!

Great location, amazing staff - only two issues were - 2 bedroom that accommodates 6 people has only one bathroom and secondly the breakfast is too basic, I won’t count as breakfast included.

The rooms were a great size and the space was very family friendly with a full kitchen. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful and we were grateful for their support finding services in town. The pool was small and not deep but the access to the beach was just across the street. Great crew on the beach w/chairs, floaties, and cool water. During the month of July, come prepared to protect yourself from mosquitos, especially by the pool and breakfast area.

Good option to stay walking distance from Grace Bay and not paying $1000 per night. The Room was spacious, had a kitchenette with microwave and fridge and coffee maker, dryer and washer. Property provide convenient sunbeds on the beach and cheap continental breakfast.

Awesome stay!!! I Loved this hotel/resort. Every thing was very comfortable and inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful!! The resort is close by to other resorts, the beach, as well as restaurants. We walked every where, and it was still a great experience. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great hotel. Just steps from Grace Bay beach. Rooms are large and clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is not great. Bagels bread pastries and bananas. A bunch of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Excellent value.

Couple’s trip for our anniversary, overall a very wonderful location and lovely for the price. Unfortunately, the grounds outdoors harbored lots of mosquitoes. For someone who is very sensitive to mosquitoes bites, having over 20 bites were very uncomfortable and made the stay not so pleasant:

We had a 2 bedroom Suite it was very nice and clean! Just like the pictures. Staff was excellent Westline & Oliver very helpful overall staff was all great!! Beach was a minute walk. Restaurant were pretty close 5-8 minute walk! They also have Swift Eats similar to Uber eats in the US! I would definitely return!! Thank you

This was our second time here. Staff and location are perfect. There is no restaurant but plenty of walkable options nearby. Unfortunately, this time we were in a unit on the ground floor which smelled of mold and mildew. Even though all surfaces and the room were extremely clean, the smell was unbearable at times. We called staff twice about it, and they told us to turn up the air conditioner. At one point a manager came and said they were unable to smell anything. We asked twice for a different room and we were told the entire hotel was full despite the fact that the beach area was 1/2 empty most days. At one point, the entire floor became wet when we opened the windows to air out the unit and we had to call someone to dry it. We were told we can’t open the windows, but we had to run the air conditioner and the ceiling fan. There’s evidence of humidity because they had little buckets of damp rid in the cabinets that were half full of water. We still recommend the property just don’t stay on the ground floor!!

Stayed here for 4 nights with a toddler in May. Initially I was inclined to staying on the beach , but cost was a factor. This gem is right across the beach , walking from my room took 5 minutes to reach the beach and it costs me much less . The Room was very spacious , everyday we had a cleaning service, feels very clean. Parking was easy. They have their umbrellas on the grace beach , so you don’t need to worry. If you want to get some food from grocery , or eat restaurants in grace bay it’s 15 minutes walk . 15 minutes sounds less , but with the heat , humidity it’s a lot,a rental car is better choice. And after spending 3-4 hours in beach you will not feel walking. Don’t expect much in complimentary breakfast. Bread jam , peanut butter , coffee , juice and serials. You can drive 3 minutes to grocery gourmet and grab breakfast by weights or eat other breakfast spots. Or cook or warm at the room. Very happy with my stay, cost effective, clean, very close to beach.

I highly recommend Villa del Mar! The location is great, easy access to shops, dining and the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk staff is committed to great service. VdM does a good job threading the needle between the "budget" properties in Provo and the high end resorts. I got good value for my dollar and definitely plan to return!

The staff were great. Westine was exceptional and Lakeithra and Kerone were also excellent. The resort is quiet and close to restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately the resort is a little tired. Our unit smelled musty and everything in the unit needs updating.
