Booked as hotels.com showed a great waterview with lounge chairs and a bar/food service outside on the deck, was non existent. Horrible.

Reception check-in could have been better. Hotel interior with Aqua Room was amazing but outside the property wasn’t clean (being around Ocean Park). Close to amenities - Mall of Asia and Star City.
The breakfast that was purchased with the room could have been more appetizing. Had to wait in the dining area as there wasn’t enough tables to hold a party of 6.
Would consider an alternate accommodation next time.

Staff weren't the best apart from the concierge Elijah who was very helpful. It was my wife's birthday and I had booked H2O as a birthday treat. I had informed hotel by email before I went about wife's birthday and again upon check in. We were supposed to receive a small something for her and that it would be delivered at 7 pm to our room. Nothing appeared.nothing was said by staff. Also the entrance to the ocean park is very dark and had poor lighting we had gone Into city for a meal. On return there was no lighting place was very dark. room Was nice. I don't think we would stay here again though.

Hotel is effectively inside the theme park - you have to go through the gates to get in. My room was in the far side of the building, taking quite a bit of a walk to get to the room.
Family room sleeps five, but note that it really is one queen bed and sofas. Two will sleep comfortable and the rest will not.
This will sound off until you experience it yourself: the AC produced a "wet" cold. The temperature was very welcome in the heat, but it was also somehow humid at the same time.
Room seemed clean but we found some cockroaches in the bathroom, and one of the closet doors was coming off.

If you are a tourist looking to spend time in Manila or on business then this hotel isn't for you. If you have kids and want to spend time at the water park, aquarium etc then this place is fine.
During the day the place is packed with tourists making it near impossible to eat at the hotel with long lines. The food isn't that good in any case and over priced with poor service especially their Asian Resto which was one of the worse hotel restos we ever ate at in Manila.
Thank goodness for grab food delivery.
You can hear at night Music from bar in bay side rooms, but it wasn't late.
Early morning like 630 am kids are running and yelling in hallway heading to eat or the water park. This was everyday. Again if you have kids maybe no big deal but if on business it's not good.
We found the front desk to be very nice and professional.
We had 2 rooms. Cleaning was fine.

There's limited dining in the area after 6pm, no water stations available, there's no blankets readily available for all room, occupants, chiller is not cold, and there's no security in the main entrance at night, unsafe.
2.0 / 5.0
The aquarium lights were not working from the time we've checked in until the next day even after several reports which has greatly affected the ambience of the room's theme. Chiller was also not cold. The room's old with obvious cracked paint and torned edges. There's also limited dining after 6pm and no security at night.

I would not be staying in this type of room in the future if the rate is still the same per night (Php 11k+) as it is overpriced, only if 50% of the original rate (around Php 7k or less) then maybe the following things that I'll mention will be acceptable. Only one bed and the rest are sofas. The TV is so small which for me is not acceptable as this is the bonding time with your family yet all needs to get close to the monitor just to watch, it's very uncomfortable. Also, other rooms for 2 pax have 2 restrooms while this family room only has 1 rest room when this type of room is for 5 pax. It's so inconvenient. Plus, this type of room is located too far from the destinations (i.e. lobby, gym, dining, etc.) as it's located in the inner part of the hotel which is not senior citizen friendly. The walk will take several minutes just to get to main area. Uncoordinated staff as well. Front desk just accepts calls but doesn't provide accurate instructions with other hotel staff as we keep on repeating our requests. Breakfast taste good for most of the food options in the buffet but very few selections.
I should have scored this as 1 star but I'll give it 3 stars since manager, Aries tried his best to compensate the unsatisfaction our family felt.

I really enjoyed the vast amount of attractions to do near the Hotel. I also really enjoyed the room itself and the room service was amazing. I didn’t enjoy the communication at the hotel however. I felt that things could’ve been explained a little better when it came to housekeeping.

Very good stay for the kids to enjoy Manila Ocean Park

Well, a fine example that you can’t live on old merits! The “big breakfast buffet” was a joke and nothing that we expected. The room was so humid and warm and it was really difficult to set the aircon right, a few degrees lower and it got freezing cold, the dry function didn’t work properly.
Signs of mold in the bathroom. Nice aquarium though.
The whole place was like a ghost town after 7 pm and the gym was boring and bad!

The room was lovely, but dining is very limited.
Our "free buffet breakfast" was cold and they didnt really care when we complained about it.

Because of its aquatics and water park this hotel is ideal for young children. If you're traveling solo or a couple who's not interested in any of the mentions, skip this hotel. Its very noisy and a attraction for the locals.

Nice room with large fish tank which the kids love.

The Hotel is good and nice rooms are good but facilities limited, breakfast was very average and limited selection, plus they packed things before closing time, which was annoying, the staff are nice and where helpful

The place is okay just for a quick stay. Need to consider additional divider between room and bathroom coz the room floor is getting wet when showering

Twice we asked the hotel to reserve us transportation to the airport and both times they forgot. But they were nice enough to call us a grab both times. Other wise it was fine.

We stayed at this property in 2015. We were really impressed with the breakfast buffet and the property amenities. This time the breakfast buffet was sub standard at best. No jams for toast? It was a very limited buffet. Definitely not up to the standards of an upper tier property. There was issues with communication between front desk staff and the pool staff. We were confronted about not wearing shirts while swimming? There was no such posted regulations. There was no water pressure on our last morning. Our front door keycard had to be reprogrammed multiple times. The advertised laundry service was not available during our entire stay. This is a property that I would avoid going forward.

The staff was super helpful and nice. Definitely staying there again. Great dining options and close to the beach.

We choose the hotel because of the pool and went we get there the pool is not available!!
1.0 / 5.0
When I was booking this, one of the booking amenities is the pool. It’s not the best pool in the world but the pool is on the picture so I thought it’s there. We got to the hotel to check in but got told that it’s under renovation. It was really a big disappointment as I have kids that loved water. Upon entering our room, the aquarium looks nice but we were left to figure out how to use the remote to hide the aquarium. Had to figure out by ourselves and felt ignorant at some point. Our first day, the shower flooded all the way to the walkway of our room. It just doesn’t drain fast enough. The bathroom doesn’t have a real door so you can’t really poop in privacy because the shower door is also the bathroom door which doesn’t latch at all. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely not. They didn’t do anything to make our stay memorable. The service, the staff and the overall experience is terrible. I don’t think it should be rated as a 4 star hotel.

The main reason I booked here was because it was close to the US embassy and it have a pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed down.

Hotel room was super cool with a giant fish tank in the room with assorted fish. Tank and room were very clean. The room lighting was cool and calming with even parts of the bed that lit up. Room was rather spacious and bed was very comfy. Big flatscreen TV which even had some American shows and movies. For the price, this place was great. Also, they had a great outside bar with good food, and with a view of Manila bay where we watched the sunset.
The area around, Oceanfront Park. was still under construction and severly in need of an update, but the indoor shopping parts were still very nice and cool to walk through. I'd definitely stay here again.

I chose the place for location AND aquarium view in the bedroom but things didn’t turn out as I expected. First, the first room that was assigned to me with an aquarium was nice and clean>>> BUT the smell of mold was horrible!! Masking it with DEODORIZER will NOT solve the problem! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. The mold smells like wet rags that wasn’t thoroughly washed with Clorox, lingers on the first room due to lack of circulation. Even when I asked to be moved, I could still smell the mold but it is not as bad because the room received lots of sunlight. But the curtains need to be washed or replaced! You have the heat and you have dampness = mold. Hotel might want to check the ventilation from AC Unit as well. I know about MOLD. I read about it because I have no choice. Finally, the location, it wasn’t walkable to Luneta Park or other places. You need to get a tricycle or a taxi. The cost is 150 php. Others will charge you 250 php or 300 php. Walk away from them!

The room is very well designed but the mattress was worn out. The water in the shower was lukewarm. And the aircon could not keep the room cool.

We really enjoyed our night stay in the Aqua Family Room. Our room was beautiful.
What let our stay down was the Cold Swimming Pool on the outside of the building and the Restaurant service. The service from the staff was poor, Except for Francis from the White Moon Bar, his service and expertise was amazing. He went out of his way to keep checking on us during our meals, in the restaurant area not the bar, and to make sure we all had drinks and to check on our food wait. If I could give him 5stars I would.
Our Breakfast room service in the morning was quoted a 15minute wait, we waited 1hr for it to be delivered and everything was cold on all 4 meals.
In saying this we would stay there again the next time we visit the Philippines and hope that Francis is still employed to say Hi to and that your other restaurant staff work quicker and better instead of all standing around talking so much.

The staff was professional and attentive to my requests.
The in wall aquarium is awesome.
Walking distance to all your desires: mall, restaurants, pubs and clubs.
I suggest you to call them for car service. Taxis will charge twice the fare from the airport.
