It was very dirty, the entire property. The whole building and outside smelled of weed and the dogs were loud at all times. Didn’t feel safe. All in all would not recommend ever.

The parking lot and exterior building clean , front desk lady pleasant and nice smile, hall way floors and walls filthy, elevator was a little ware out, room was clean baseboards could have been cleaned better in the bathroom. It's all about a little TLC and scheduling a carpet cleaner.

I checked in after 10 and there was no one up front I had to call and they sent someone down. It was not clean and I didn’t feel comfortable.

When you walk in it smells like RV or portable toilets cleaner / deodorizer.. it was nauseating. First room seemed fine until I got out of the shower . And there were tiny baby roaches all over my dogs food ! Then I was moved to a room right above that room and I was placed under a family or a party that was so loud I was about to go to Walmart parking lot and find peaceful rest there .infeel like part of working the front desk the person checking people in needs to take into consideration PROPER GUEST PLACEMENT..with in the building .if they have a million kids !!!! PUT THEM DOWNSTAIRS . the smoking area is located by the front door which is hard to find . And that is also a popular pee spot for pets so the combinations of smells is very unpleasant. But what’s more unpleasant is that my card was charged for a deposit AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN that has not been refunded after my check out . I was told my card was refunded on the 7th but my bank statement CLEARLY States I was in fact CHARGED ON THE 8th I called my bank and they see no attempt of a refund I called numerous times they sent me a copy of my folio which MEANS NOTHING BC THE BANK DOESNT LIE - so now it has been almost five days since my “refund “was SUPPOSEDLY given . I had to call my bank and dispute the charges myself since they are not cooperative.. ALSO THESE ROOMS DO NOT COME EQUIPPED WITH NO SHAMPOO CONDITIONER BLOWDRYERS ONLY ONE ROLL OF TOILET PAPER ONE BAR OF SOAP AND JAIL TOWELS - not even a box of tissues -

Save your money. Needs repair, dorty, smelled like urine and has roaches. Even the lady at the front desk stayed that it smelled. Also took a deposit on top of our paid room.

Not a safe place. There is NO FRONT DESK or very limited hours. Very difficult to get in touch with anyone (via phone calls) for anything. Non-smoking room smells like heavy smoker LIVED here. The hallways are filthy.. Stained, soiled, unwashed, carpets. Even if you arranged late check in ahead of your stay, you will wait in excess of 15 mins in publicly accessible foyer trying to reach someone. The phone on the wall for this puts you in an endless loop of selecting the same options. Use your cell phone instead. If I had any other option, I would have booked another hotel rather than stay the night. Worst hotel I've been in EVER.

there is no 24 hour front desk, had to phone from the entrance when I got there and they were pretty quick to respond. I was unaware and a bit confused at first but it turned out to be no big deal.

smells like piss - literally, lots of homeless people. Thought it's a decent place, but once got here immediatly understood that it is extremely unsafe. Uber driver said that this particular hotel has terrible reputation. Glad I'm escapred

Upon arrival to hotel we checked in and visually checked room then left upon arrival back to hotel and walked in lobby we started to see small roachs when we walked into the 125 room we saw roaches on the kitchen sink , wall ac unit, chairs and walls , we just decided to not stay , I have contacted hotel AI. Then was informed to call front desk which I did to cancel room stay for Friday. I will for future reference do a visual inspection of any hotel .

Had to put $100 for security that I hope I get back but I was not aware of and then they tried to charge me for towels that I tried to bring down and exchange but not for shampoo. Elevator broke down and the residents that live there their kids are all over the place and they make rude comments about the race of some people when 2 are standing right there. I and had another guest tell me she just checked in and had bed bugs thank god mine did not and she said the check in guy was surprised that’s all that was wrong. I like the girl that works in the morning but the little red headed dude sucks!!! Will never stay again but I know they do not care!!

The night staff was amazing and nice but once we opened the hotwl door, we saw german cochroaches running around our room. We shut the door and left immediately.

The staff was very nice and welcoming but the entire hotel smells like pee. Everything is dirty. I have pictures of me whipping the floor and the tissue is black and disgusting. Also have pictures of roaches coming from the bathroom. Also have pictures of some black crust that was left on my toilet all over.

The person who checked us in was super friendly and professional and the bedding appeared clean. That’s about all I can say. The bathtub was dirty. Not sure what was in it but I had to wash it down before using. And noise? OMG. I think we had a wrestling team practicing above us. And sometimes in the hall. There was also some dogs barking too but honestly that didn't bother us as much as being able to hear conversations from multiple room. Thank goodness it was only one night. We wouldn’t even have stayed after checking in but it was so late already we figured we’d stick it out.

Upon arrival, after MN, you are greeted with cigarette smell. There was a female stumbling in the hallway and she actually ended up on the floor. Price was double what i was quoted on expedia. I felt like i arrived in Schist's Creek but worse. I did not stay, I felt unsafe and the filth made me too nervous for over $200 for the possible 8 hours i would have been there.

The hotel was rundown and dirty, and the keys did not even admit you to the room area of the hotel, you had to get the front desk, clerk to let you in and he was not always there. The floors were nasty. Evidently some indigence are using it as a low-cost nursing home..

We stayed for one night to go to a party. Our room had no bathroom irems besides toilet paper. No kitch items, no cups, no plates. Nothing. Yes we did pay 100 but did not enjoy it obe bit. Bathroom was dirty did not want to shower there. The staff was rude. I would really love to see if we could possibly get a refund. Ill never stay here again.

Hallways, elevator, an lobby were filthy. Bath drain didn't drain properly so you were standing in water. Dresser drawers were dirty so I didn't use it. The man at the desk "escorted me to my room. I thought that was odd, but its a good thing because the first two rooms were occupied!
