This hotel seemed really nice when we first walked in. I had to wait quite sometime for staff to come to the front desk and check me in. Our room was okay except for the bathroom. The sink faucet was awkwardly to the side and it was impossible to wash your hands without getting water all over the counter. The shower was either dirty or rusted and water wouldn’t come out of the shower head - only the tub spout. This was really disappointing for the price we paid.

The worst layout of a hotel room I have ever experienced. Giant weird desk in the middle of the room. Huge doorway into bathroom area with no door. The beds were military-cot comfortable at best. Worst sheets ever. Light coming in through windows kept me awake all night. Breakfast was atrocious!

Was there a few days. The front desk staff was absolutely excellent. One shift of the room cleaners excellent. Second shift loud, slow and was noisy in the hall all day. Overall a great experience.

Great pet friendly hotel in Casper. The decor is updated and the rooms are comfortable. They serve a nice complimentary breakfast as well. We will stay again the next trip through Casper.

Great place very clean!!! Wonderful for family’s. Staff were very friendly and helpful the swim pool was nice. Breakfast was yummy and loved the pet friendless. There is a wonderful place to walk dogs just across the street which was very convenient 💕 we had 3 teen’s with us & 2 dogs for a volleyball tournament. It was a short drive to the tournament which was nice to go take the dogs out during the middle of it.

Room on top of my room had either a dog or animal that was running around the room half the night, it interfered with my sleep, it would have been better to have customers with animals either ground floor or in designated areas. Overall everything was great, I will come back again

The staff was very nice and welcoming. There were board games in the common area that we enjoyed using. The pool was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The waffles were much better than other hotels.

I wouldn't stay here again unless I reserved the whole top floor to myself. Thin walls and ceiling let all noises in at all hours of the night. If you can get by on less than 4 hours of sleep then you will be ok.

I highly recommend this property when in Casper. It is a very convenient location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and very clean. Breakfast is very good with lots of options.

The building was well constructed with good insulation so the heat pump didn't turn on all night long. When it did come on, the heater was quiet. This was on a night when the temperature dropped to 20 below zero. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were perfect, the best I've ever had in a motel. The renovation wasn't the highest quality. The housekeeper left a clothing tag on the floor and the common areas were grubby. I probably would stay there again because a quiet heater/ac unit is the most important factor for me.

My sons headphone beats were stolen out of our room by housekeeping/staff member. Left message for GM to call me back, and a message for front manager and no one returned my call. Called the hotel several times and could never talk to GM.

We usually stay exclusively at Hampton Inn. We stayed at this property twice in a week (for travel stops). We also stayed at another property for the bulk of our stay at our destination. This location does not allow you to check in or out without going to the front desk. No other location makes me go to the front desk at check-in. Also, the mattresses are hard and we did not sleep well either night (different rooms). The other location had great mattresses and we slept 6 nights without issue.

The property was very nice. Our breakfast was great too. We were disappointed in the fact that the pool and hot tub weren't available. The rooms were very nice and our suite was beautiful too. The mattress however wasn't quite up to the standards of the room. I thought we would find our selves in a nice comfortable plush bed but instead it was very stiff/hard which made getting comfortable more than difficult and it made for a poor nights sleep. I would recommend a slightly softer mattress, middle of the road so those that like firm could be ok and those that like soft could be ok.

Your ad states that the property was renovated but not the rooms. Maybe they have some new caulking in the bathrooms. Front desk was real slow for the check-in.
