I had a pleasant stay, mainly because of the excellent service by the man at the front desk

Okay accommodation for the price. Grumpy old man on reception was a challenge to put it mildly.

Strange entrance if driving over streetcar tracks. Not the hotel's fault. Older property, does have a lift.
4.0
Friendly staff, free parking in the shade, receptionist was very helpful. Even got a free bottle of water from the owner. Walking distance from the city center.

Very old, poor breakfast and smelly room

Hotel was basic but what we needed as we were just travelling through - man at reception was extremely helpful though hence higher rating for service.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, my experience was positive. One of the notable aspects was its location, which I found to be far from Colmar center but the positive thing that I had a car because there was no transportation nearby

A receptionist, during day time, who is not always on this tracks...,a real lunatic, sometimes, unfortunately...

Nice staff, comfortable basic rooms in a cute city central to everything. It's definitely not fancy but if you just need a comfortable, clean place to stay with comfortable beds as a base for exploring the Alsace region, I highly recommend.

Had a great stay here. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very basic but has all you need in a good location in the city and the front desk is really helpful.

Bien et satisfaisant. Centre-ville, tout le personnel est super. t le petit dejeuner est si bon.

No English spoken. Room had a wall lamp hanging by the electrical wires, no hook on wall for shower, no toilet roll holder. Awful rubberised sheet on bed, remote for tv faulty.

Not too bad place has clean rooms. Looked at breakfast didn't like what we saw so turned it down. Doesn't look great outside but has secure parking

Good location and very good prices. Great staff, especially the guy who was on late at night - very helpful and friendly.

The room was big and good furnitured. The bed mattress was comfortable, but the duvet too thin. We were cold in the night.
The room and the bathroom were very dirty, especially the floors.

Two stars hotel at a price of a 3 stars. Old, sleazy and noisy rooms, ceiling stained, sheets of dubious cleanness, under all acceptable standards; breakfast OK

Enjoyed the stay overall, but there were some loud neighbours in nearby rooms, who kept me awake.

The staf didn't know we shoud stay in the hotel. Although we had a confimationmail from Expedia.

Best thing about this hotel was that it was in the centre and close to two amazing museums. The train museum an the Bugatti car museum. The rooms though clean were very basic. The shower neede upgrading as there was mould around the tiles. Breakfast was extra and minimal and there was a few ants crawling on the table where the food was.

too expensive for that level of service

Stayed here as a one night stop off on way to Italy. Room basic with plenty of Formica. No frills but value for money considering the low rate paid. Walked out towards Cathedral for breakfast and found café open early so did not eat at hotel.

We used this hotel as a night stop on our way to switzerland. The service was good, the hotel was basic but very clean and a good price. The best thing about the hotel for us was the free and secure parking around the back. The location was great, pretty much in the town centre and next to the tram stop. Free breakfast included with the booking which is always a bonus. I would stay here again if i ever needed to stop off for the night.

Really well located for walking into the Old City and brilliantly placed for using the tram system. Having secure private parking available a real bonus.

Poor maintenance not clean

Used hotel as stopover travelling to and from Italy. Was perfect for our needs and good, basic French breakfast (with small children free). rooms are basic but with both parking off street and helpful staff this hotel really was perfect for our purposes. We enjoyed wandering around centre of Mulhouse after arriving in the evening and hotel is perfectly placed for this as well.
