Very friendly and helpful receptionists. The beach is right in front of the hotel. Beautiful town!

All of the staff were super kind and the hotel is in a nice location at the end of the beach! The t was super easy to walk down to the beach and all of the restaurants. We enjoyed our stay a lot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel alexandra. The location was excellent and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying

Very friendly, easy check in/check out..unfortunately, very noisy with a lot of mopeds racing past until the early hours…obviously out of the proprietors control. Beautiful views right on the beach and a 30second walk to first pateserrie, bar, restaurants and shops.

-Emailed hotel with a question, no reply.
-EXTREME TRAFFIC NOISE DAY AND
NIGHT! There was very little sleep. We
were exhausted after 2 day stay.
-Breakfast eggs were wet, bacon was
uncooked, cappuccino very poor.
-We politely asked the night clerk for 2
bathe towels. She was unpleasant and
said they would be bought up later but
we did not receive them.
-I am very sorry to write a negative
review, but I suggest finding a place
away from the main road and definitely
not at this location.

If you get a room on the first floor you will be awaken by the smell of bacon prepared for the breakfast, sometimes burnt bacon. The hotel is in a good location but the hotel needs renovations. Staff is really very nice.

The team at hotel Alexandra were lovely and helpful, they helped us when we locked ourselves on the balcony and let us check out late and use their facilities while waiting for our train. The location is amazing, walking distance to the beach and the hotel was safe and comfortable for 3 girls travelling from Australia!! Highly recommended, the beach was beautiful.

Nice and friendly stay with ok breakfast. Noisy traffic and old-school atmosphere. Fine for short stays but I can’t recommend for longer accommodation (or if you like to hurt your back on old matresses, get early wake up from traffic, or hear every time when someone else flushes a lot of water consuming toilet).

One of the best hotels I've stayed in....my room 305 had panoramic views over Cap Martin and Menton ....Amazing, staff were very help, room was large with a balcony.

Hotel Alexandra is across the street from the sea/ beach. It is a quaint hotel with very friendly staff. We had a beautiful HUGE room with a HUGE Terrace with unobstructed Sea views!! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and well- equipped. W We thoroughlyy enjoyed our stay.

In front of the sea are old buildings with no good maintenance. Many lights don't work in the room, problems with the internet—difficult parking.

Very nice staff. Especially a woman with dark hair will help in any matter. Clean hotel. Customers with dogs are warmly welcomed.

The only problem - mosquitoes were already in the room and bathroom …

I wanted to stay somewhere close to the train station with easy access to Monte Carlo. This hotel had reasonable reviews. The hotel was a 1970s building which apparently had not been renovated since then. The carpets and formica furniture were overdue to be discarded many years ago. The back room which I was in had a lot of noise from the road. The shower was in the bath with no shower curtain so inevitably the bathroom floor was completely sopping wet whenever I had a shower. The lighting and atmosphere was grim, shoddy and rundown. The staff were friendly. The breakfast room had a nice sea view at the front but without aircon was very hot. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in with rates of 100 euros per night. The resort it is in is a 1970s resort with little charm.

The hotel is in a great place just off the beach, the staff are friendly and helpful. Although its at the end of the beach its an easy walk to Menton in the sunshine. The bathroom was great but some of the finish details of the room need an update. The only issue we had was noise from people coming in late, as noise seems to travel easily. There is a little news agent across the mini roundabout, they are wonderfully friendly and the coffee is great. We stayed for three nights and would recommend this hotel.

I spent only one night in the hotel. The room was simple but nice and tidy. The painting on the wall had some marks of wet walls but other than that it was good. Bathroom was modern, large and clean. I can't really complain about the place. It was nice place to stay and it's still close to Monaco. Hotel garage was full but I was able to find free parking on the street close to the hotel.

Oh dear this is a hotel that needs money spent on it . It is in a great location looking over bay to mention . But tbathroom door only shut if you locked it the room was very dark although it did have a terrace but that was next to the road. beds where really uncomfortable but clean . Did not have breakfast . But you get what you pay for in this area & this was the cheapest hotel room we found would not return .you would be better spending a little more money & getting a good bed .

Great customer service. Little amount of parking. Very charming place right off water. We both slept great. Only negative was limited access to local restaurants.

Beautiful sea view. Very comfortable and staff extremely helpful. Unfortunately no lift access from the street or car park. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Average hotel. The door in the newly equipped bathroom didn't fit to the frame, it wasn't possible to close it. Don't trust their pictures and description - there is no parking and roof terrace is closed (I was told it's not safe), very reserved breakfast, worn-out carpets, walls, blankets. Location is great, the beach is across the street, you can go there from the breakfast and stay all day long; we found fruits, wine, cheese and bread in the small local store and coffee shop with fresh baking; only one restaurant around but Monaco is 15 minutes driving. Liked simplicity and location, good for a couple nights

room spotless ,beds clean &comfortable although room could possibly do with redecoration. Bathroom had been modernised with excellent facilities. Any queries dealt with quickly & efficiently by friendly and polite staff. Always greeted with a smile thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I was a solo traveller and couldn't afford an "expensive" hotel. Hotel Alexandra was very pleasant, On the front at Roquebrune Cap Martin. It was exceptionally clean, but is a hotel that needs some redecoration. but not such that it bothered me. My room was spacious and the bathroom also. It was very very clean, with crisp white cotton sheets, etc. Breakfast was in my opinion superb. The only downpoint was that there was no kettle or other facility in the bedroom for making tea/coffee. which I found very surprising. But all in all, it was a good experience, for a first-time solo traveller. I would definitely go there again.

A nice view from balcony. The interior is a little bit old but for a tennis fan OK.

A superb location, wonderfully helpful and friendly bilingual (French English) staff and adequate parking. All in all a good value hotel.

The staff was very friendly. They even called in the morning to ask if we were going to have breakfast when we had not come down from the room. You do not need to have a car because the train station is an easy walk. But, having a car will make your days easier. Nothing fancy, a little worn, but a decent stay in a decent location.
